    @Plusnet I am already set up with virgin media. My WiFi has been shockingly slow. The other reason was the bill was increasing to £47 per month.

    @DeeManGuitar @Plusnet Cancel your direct debit with them and call trading standards for advice. Don't pay for something you hadn't agreed to. People need to stand up tonthese companies.

    @Effiedeans @TalkTalk @Plusnet I've switched from BT to Sky to Plusnet, never had any issues or gaps in service I assumed the *** from openreach just rocks up and moves the cable about at the exchange/box on change over day

    @Plusnet Plusnet do not seem to be aware that the links for renewal offers they are giving to existing customers are not working on the Plusnet website. Well now they are aware!

    @virginmedia Is someone coming back? Virgin took over the line so Plusnet have disconnected my normal service.

    @EmmaGB90 Never again for plusnet for me! I suffered a year of pain with them. Sometimes I only got 5mbps

    @Plusnet That;'s really nice @Plusnet but can you tell me why your 'refund system' is broken? It's now 6 weeks since Plusnet suppose to refund what's owed to me. Raised complaints and spoken to 3 'advisors' with no sign of resolution. @MarcAllera maybe able to help. I'll try him instead.
