    .@Plusnet Do the engineers ever show up? Second time nobody has arrived and nobody has the decency to call us. Total waste of time. WE have to call YOU in order to find out what's going on and nobody at customer service has asnwers. Do you and OpenReach speak to each other? πŸ™ƒ

    @WubbzWubbz @petepaphides I'm using Firefox - it's not the browser. The problem is @Plusnet, I've had this issue before. If their servers flag a site as not secure, it'll be blocked until the owner of the website contacts them. I can't use the Trunk Records site for the same reason.

    I should be getting compensation for this service @Plusnet as just found out there was a strike for open reach workers, so I was never going to be connected today. Lied to me when I rang up, unwanted stress now.

    @Shinobilyrical1 @Plusnet I wonder what part of award winning customer service includes waiting over a hour to get through to customer services!! Am a new customer too awaiting activation not great when you can’t get hold of anyone

    @Plusnet hi, can we have a chat? I've just left your service but received an email saying I've got a bill. When trying to log in my username or password is nolonger recognised. I've reset my password just now too, but still not letting me log in. Thanks

    Back to @Plusnet where we were told that there wasn't a block on the line. So reassured that there was no issue at plusnet's end, and with no deal from @VodafoneUK we decided to go with @ShellEnergyHome, again good deal and this time with an Amazon voucher attached. Great! 5/?

    Hey @Plusnet - any chance you might partner with @CityFibre in Wolverhampton? We've months left on the contract with you but would like to go full fibre...unstable Zoom calls not good for home working

    @Plusnet Don't you worry. You were happy to fob me off to the Ombudsman knowing the way you treated me was crappy and the compensation was insulting so I'm sure they'll deal with the situation as effectively as possible. Your customer service is: mess up then apologise. Rinse. Repeat.

    @Plusnet I have no signal since earlier this morning and cannot make or receive mobile calls. My postcode is BB44RA and my mobile number is 07570812176. I have not been advised of any problems by Plusnet. Can you please look into this
