    It’s driving me insane at the moment trying to sort out my parents phone and internet - at a distance because they live 200 miles away. @Plusnet your customer service to two 81 year olds who don’t understand the tech is appalling.

    @NtantuNow @virginmedia Switch to @Plusnet . Haven’t had a single outage in 2 years sine watching. With Virgin it happened twice in 6 months of joining lol

    @Plusnet I’ve been with you for years yet to switch to full fibre broadband I’ve got to pay more than a new customer. This is so wrong. I’m disabled and internet is my contact with the outside world yet penalised because I choose to stay with you

    @EE Hi, please can someone respond to my complaint sent yesterday morning, urgently! My Mum has been without a landline for two weeks, due to move from Plusnet. My Dad is in a home with Alzheimer’s & she has to keep topping up her mobile to stay in contact. Causing huge stress!
