    @Plusnet another weekend, another two days of my wifi dropping out constantly. I’ve gone through the help text service, twice now, and still no difference. It’s gone beyond a joke.

    Plusnet are sending an engineer out tomorrow afternoon, and they better be able to fix it!!! We haven’t even watched Emmerdale today, this is ******* bullshit.

    Absolute shambles from @Plusnet Was told to sign up with them due to good customer service. What a mistake that was. Don't seem to have a clue what they're doing! No dialogue between themselves or Openreach. Meant to be connected from today, but now without WiFi.

    @Plusnet Hello , I wonder if you can help, we are stuck in Thailand due to the unrest in the Middle East so we are not at home and do not have a way to contact you buy phone , we was surpose to have broadband fitted today 9th March with openreach but we wasn’t at home. Need help

But you get the idea :P I worked at the largest internet company where I live, know a big thing or two on how it all operates. there's probably an issue with your COAX, DSL or FIBER. going into your place. it all depends... where..
