    @Plusnet @PhilipBiggs555 I can receive email but still cannot send! You SMTP server is still not working. What is the ETA? What compensation will you provide? It's more than 36 hours now!

    @AmandaS40972684 @Plusnet Have had trickles of a few emails. Mostly looks like those from the early hours before the issue first started (around 6am yesterday) and then new emails today. Haven’t had anything that would have been sent yesterday tho. It’s only personal mail. Moved biz from PN few years ago

    @jdmc_alli1 @sandhsystems @Plusnet I'm an email only customer, I no longer use them for broadband. I've been getting a steady stream of emails but I don't use their Webmail.

    @Plusnet That’s the same thing you have been saying for over 24hrs #nothelpful at least update the message if you can’t fix the problem #plusnetdown people need access to their #emails

    @laura_alice24 @SkyUK NO such thing as customer loyalty. Always shop around each time a contracts up and be willing to change. the money companies make because people are too lazy to shop around is insane! Plusnet have been pretty good the last 5/6 years - I make them drop the price each renewal!

    other #Plusnet users out there having issues? mail servers now in more or less constant non-response, webmail unavailable ( was, 'sorry, we can't load that now', is now blank). Site unresponsive, pages failing to load / error messages. Other web sites fine. Is the company ok?
