    @Plusnet just wanted to say how lovely the customer service staff are especially the lady I spoke to at 8.18 this morning over a moving to EE mix up (this is why I can’t leave you!!).

    @robsterowski @Plusnet BT/EE/Plusnet broadband went down about/before midnight on Monday/Tuesday. Have you rebooted everything?

    I have been a loyal plusnet customer for a number of years. I received an EE router and a text to switchover to EE, without wishing too. I have followed the steps to switchover and encountering problems. My logins are not working for either provider, can you help? @Plusnet

    @EE Today’s the day when I’m being switched over to you from Plusnet. My internet service has indeed been switched off by Plusnet…but I’ve had no email from you about when and how to connect my new hub. Can you help?

    @EE Hi, please can someone respond to my complaint sent yesterday morning, urgently! My Mum has been without a landline for two weeks, due to move from Plusnet. My Dad is in a home with Alzheimer’s & she has to keep topping up her mobile to stay in contact. Causing huge stress!

    @Plusnet Are there any issues in ST7 with service? My router light is orange & when I try & connect on my phone I get a msg that hub 2 manager now requires a connection

    @Plusnet have restricted my service as payment hasn’t been made(despite setting up a DD!). I have tried to pay online several times but payment page is not working. I called 3 different numbers between 18:20 and 18:40 and been told their lines are closed and only open 8am-8pm?!
