    @Plusnet @UswitchUK Customer service is ridiculous and can't get a call back from a Manager for 72 hours? Seriously l need help URGENTLY, called 3 times but can't get thru to a Manager or finance dept. Worlds gone mad. 😭💔😡

    @fkhanage Unless it's virgin, they're all using the same wires. Go with whoever offers the best customer service, whoever is the cheapest or whoever offers the best package... whatever your priority. That used to be Plusnet but that's not the case any more.

    @Plusnet hi I’m having an issue with the internet as it keep dropping and coming back every 5 secound and it’s not letting me even log back into the WiFi of my phone I’m using my 4G for this sorry for the inconvenience
