@Plusnet Hi Jess, you're at least the third member of your team to ask this! We seem to be at an impasse because I don't think it's reasonable to expect me to use a wired connection (it's not the 90s!), but you guys refuse to acknowledge there's an issue if I only use WiFi.

@dsue1441_re Just one small point which you probably know. I used to have a Plusnet email address. This was a mistake to use it since when I binned them I had to go around changing all my accounts so I've never used the BT email address I can have. The free add ons with BT are good value IMO

@Plusnet I have now managed to change my password. Please would you now explain to me why it is impossible to speak to a human at Plusnet support line??
