Michael Briggs π¬ππΈππ¦πΊπ± (@MD_Briggs) reported@ArmchairAdml BT is dreadful tbh. Only found out that broadband has gone up - have really a bad rural service too - & they are charging Β£4/mo for a land line that I dont use. Got a better Β£20 deal from plusnet - called BT and told them to match it or Iβm leaving - they matched it (nearly) π

CanarianWolf (@CanarianWolf88) reported@MrNickKnowles @SkyUK @skytv Get IPTV and a Plusnet FTTP internet connection. Don't give those parasites sky a penny, they're scum. Make sure you cancel your direct debit with them after giving them your notice as they'll keep charging you due to a 'system glitch'

John Doe (@grumps1000x) reported@Plusnet @Plusnet any reason you are replying back to others and ignoring my attempt to get help for my mam?

(((Tim from Radio Clash))) π π³οΈβπππ€ππ€ (@radioclashblog) reportedSadly we are still last mile copper here, no Community/Open Reach fibre yet but we do have Virgin Media (old cable)... Yes I know...but I suspect support will be as **** like nearly all of them now....if Plusnet wasn't dropping phones and Zen wasn't hyper expensive I'd use them.

SteveHooker (also bluesky) πͺπΊπΆ #FBPE π #FBPA (@Steve_Hooker) reported@Plusnet please can someone help. Following a no show for an installation on Tuesday. Todayβs engineer M group in behalf of OpenReach couldnβt get the 900MB full fibre running. Said that another engineer would come. No update yet and Plusnet help on phone could not give any help

Mark Crowther (@MarkTWIC) reported@Owramgirl @bt_uk I'm considering Vodaphone if price is the main concern, Plusnet is also on that list. Zen if I decide to pay more for a company that seems more customer focused. All are cheaper than the best offer from BT.

Flower Pot (@FlowerP79667758) reported@Plusnet are Openreach coming today to fix fault? The engineers came yesterday and found the fault. It was caused by the is pavement being dug up and wire cut. They have identified where the break is. Openreach have said you have to contact them, Ofcom rules.

peztyke (@peztyke) reported@JoshCF_ Just switch if the retention team dont offer new customer price. But bear in mind virgin, brsk and a few other companies require a new drill through in the property because they don't use the same fibre line. Plusnet use the same line and bt so it would just be a ont change.
