    @Plusnet really disappointed. You guys have messed up my number port for my mobile and I’ve just learned you’ve cancelled my broadband because you think I have 2 phone lines at my house. Ever hear of contacting the customer before doing something so drastic?

    @plusnet Waiting since Friday for my phone number to activate, no network. Numerous calls made to customer services. No help whatsoever. End of another day & still waiting for number to activate. Does anyone actually know what is wrong. Said 1 day to activate. Horrendous !
