@Plusnet I tweeted you a couple of hours ago about our internet&phoneline going down. It appears to be planned work but no notification, no warning, no notice of timescales, no compensation. Is anyone actually there today? and what the heck is going on?

. @Plusnet My phoneline and broadband have been taken down this morning without any notice for what appears to be pre-planned work - out phone mast has been taken down. Why haven't you notified me of this in advance, and when is it going to be fixed?
