@GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

My internet is well and truly broken! This unacceptable I’ve double / triple checked all connections. I can’t access any device. My tv and Alexa won’t work although the hub says it’s connected- everything else indicates no internet connection. @Plusnet #FedUp

@Plusnet It sounds like Plusnet is in big trouble at the moment, People can't get their emails and those who can can't send any. The staff are not being honest about what's going on or when the problem will be fixed. Not good for business at all.

@Plusnet I did not realise that this was part of the problems you were trying to repair. Thanks for the update. I hear a rumour that you are going to be stopping email services next year. Is this correct ? Thanks.

@Plusnet STILL.NOT.WORKING. How on earth can a major UK ISP not recover its email platform after nearly 72hrs?? Cannot login to webmail (which I never use anyway to access the inbox) and my email clients (Outlook / eM Client) cannot authenticate over IMAP or POP3. This is appalling.

@JevsTv Just check which network your BB provider piggybacks on (and that you get reception with them). BT (who use EE) are excellent, and at a fraction of the cost. Sky/Virgin both use O2 IIRC. Can't remember with Plusnet. Good luck!

@JohnLewisRetail Why is John Lewis allowing Plusnet to market their services under the name John Lewis Broadband when email is broken and customer service useless?

@micheloola @StalkerMaw @wgsaraband There could be a number of reasons as to why you never got service. Openreach do not cancel orders. Whatever the problem was I can assure you Plusnet would have been informed. May I suggest you contact Ofcom regarding. All the best, Ian
