I'm here to report my broadband in west Edinburgh cut out completely about 10 mins ago with the red broadband light flashing. A similar thing happened a few nights ago in the evening which was resolved when turned router hub off/on. Didn't resolve this time tho

Still can't raise a line fault on your website as undergoing maintenance. Strange how broadband suddenly stops and then restarts in this manner. 😐 Never had issues ever until this month.

Owen Blacker (@owenblacker) reported@Plusnet Are you having intermittent connectivity problems in Woking (GU22 / 01483) atm? We're seeing 17Mb down, 70kb up, whereas we're used to 35Mb down and 17Mb up, but it's coming and going — it was fine on one call earlier then messed up on another and so on.

This didn’t happen with previous provider, EE. I have called you but not resolved.

Oh and also the month up front to plusnet.. Absolute joke.
