I'll give them a chance to sort it but if they can't provide me a service I'm paying for then I'll need to look elsewhere. I appreciate the headsup mate and I hope they'll sort you out as well as compensate you. Not good news at all.

A bill of £187 just dropped on me, and asked about repaying over time and told no, if not immediately paid, debt collectors would be used. Nice disabled help @Plusnet
