  @Bricrabtree History shows that they never did .... when we hear John MacDonald say “ nobody will loose their Job in the sector and he talks about amalgamating the workforce’s of Openreach, Virgin, PlusNet etc you know your going to finish up with £1bn + wage bill and no income stream.

  @Plusnet really disappointed with the service - funny how you get to talk to someone but if you wish to cancel an offer the only option is to call and after numerous calls - waiting over 1/2 hour each time I can honestly say huge mistake having any dealing with this company

  @Plusnet Thanks. I just don't understand how 4 engineers have been sent out to me now and none of them have spotted this issue? Was also meant to receive a call from a manager about this ongoing issue - that hasn't happened either!

  @Plusnet I’ve mobile through you but I’ve a technical question EE won’t help as I pay Plusnet & today customer sacs told me to poke around in the settings to work it out & refused to talk me through it, is that customer service…
