    @CraigDobbin1990 @Plusnet That's ridiculous!. I'll give them a chance to sort it but if they can't provide me a service I'm paying for then I'll need to look elsewhere. I appreciate the headsup mate and I hope they'll sort you out as well as compensate you. Not good news at all.

    Actually, this seems to be an #Openreach outage. #Sky #PlusNet, #Vodafone and #BT all affected

    @Bricrabtree History shows that they never did .... when we hear John MacDonald say “ nobody will loose their Job in the sector and he talks about amalgamating the workforce’s of Openreach, Virgin, PlusNet etc you know your going to finish up with £1bn + wage bill and no income stream.

    @Plusnet I have been on hold for an hour this morning!! This service is terrible. I have just signed for a new contract for my new house but I will be cancelling as soon as someone picks up this call.

    Plusnet used to be so good, now they're just another BT derivative, void of humanity, greedy for every penny, take away your service at the blink of an eye & bill you for their mistakes. Plusnet are warning me about not paying for a service i haven't had for 2 months. BT effect!
