I'm here to report my broadband in west Edinburgh cut out completely about 10 mins ago with the red broadband light flashing. A similar thing happened a few nights ago in the evening which was resolved when turned router hub off/on. Didn't resolve this time tho

Dave (@deostel) reported@Plusnet is there any way to report poor QoS for investigation with OpenReach? My service has been rubbish this week, but it's not you at fault. Neighbours on other OpenReach ISPs are also complaining of poor quality of service so it looks more like a network issue.

From experience Vodaphone/Plusnet have more outages. Virgin will just lie to you on the phone. BT from personal experience is the more consistent option as sky dropped out alot
