    @GlasgowNotOsteo @Plusnet Hi Daniel, thank you for your message. They did offer a repayment plan. My issue is that it wasn’t explained to me that i would have to pay for 4 months of broadband that we didn’t need or use when we reopened. Fairly brutal customer service given the circumstances..

    Dear @plusnethelp @Plusnet your appalling customer support means on 11th day without Broadband, WiFi and telephoned. Enforced working from home means you are jeopardising our jobs

    @steviebiscuit @Plusnet Same here, DM wasn’t helpful and SIM still hasn’t arrived today. In 20 years of porting numbers, no other network has proceeded with a number port before the SIM is active (most of them don’t take a full week to get a SIM to you either).

    @Plusnet Raised network issue some months ago - assured temporary. Persevered & despite assurances no improvement. Consequently having to move providers only to be told of cancellation charge. Advisor unhelpful. Overall a terrible customer experience. Please look into.

    Some might ask, what was the worst part of moving? The numerous delays? The builder who took 2 weeks not the 3 days he promised to fix our kitchen. No. It was @Plusnet, who promised we'd have Internet on the 13 Nov and now say it'll be 1 Dec. Bloody brilliant service.

    @jimmerc25 @Plusnet Not had any problems, I've got a couple of old routers for WIFI extenders, pick them up for next to free at car boots :-)

    @Plusnet Free to all existing customers? The Technicolor TG582n has been absolutely terrible for wifi.

    @Plusnet On Nov3 a problem receiving emails occurred. This was explained by plusnet that an abortive attempt to make their servers stable made them unstable. We we assured that the problem will be resolved soon. When will plusnet remedy this?
