@plusnethelp Hi, the initial contact was with the support team and the support team told us they would be in touch with a date for an engineer which didn’t happen. As it happens we’ve now left Plusnet and joined Sky broadband

Champions League - 4 goals in first 12 minutes I think. Missed them all though thanks to useless @Plusnet service and waste of money BT Sport subscription. Only one mobile phone on in the house and got fibre. Can't wait to get away from Plusnet - avoid at all costs

Hey, @Plusnet @plusnethelp people. I have fibre broadband with you guys specifically for watching movies (Amazon Prime). But I'm getting such slow speeds from you, it's ruining my viewing. The speed I'm paying for would be nice, gents.

So 14 days after raising an issue with @Plusnet explaining the exact problem and directing them to the solution. After 1 no show @Openreach aborted visit. The second engineer actually listened and solved it In 39 minutes. #shitshow

Zen Internet out again, I was working on my site, turns out there are works outage again til 6am? That's it, I'm going back to Plusnet 1st chance... Many hour outages every week because of 'maintenance' is not acceptable. 6 1/2 hours last time. Might.complain to the Ombudsman.

@Plusnet Please send an engineer out so I can use my broadband. I’ve tried everything to get you and @OpenreachHelp to send an engineer and no one seems to care about the issue at all. 24 days without any internet connection and counting.

@OpenreachHelp Please please please send an engineer out to fix my broadband, I’m with plusnet and they keep telling me you’re coming and you never show up. It’s been 24 days! I’m desperate. I need to work from home and homeschool too.
