Hey, @Plusnet @plusnethelp people. I have fibre broadband with you guys specifically for watching movies (Amazon Prime). But I'm getting such slow speeds from you, it's ruining my viewing. The speed I'm paying for would be nice, gents.

Champions League - 4 goals in first 12 minutes I think. Missed them all though thanks to useless @Plusnet service and waste of money BT Sport subscription. Only one mobile phone on in the house and got fibre. Can't wait to get away from Plusnet - avoid at all costs

@Plusnet Appalling service from you #Plusnet. My elderly, recently widowed Mum has just switched to a new provider and you are refusing to allow her to port her landline number to the new provider. She is worrying herself sick about it.

  • McGeorgeOfTheJ1 McGeorgeOfTheJungle (@McGeorgeOfTheJ1) reported

@Plusnet It's not packet loss, the router is BLOCKING packets, they are NOT being lost. I have had 2 engineers tell you in the last few weeks that the line is fine, no problems with it. The router is the main problem, it is old tech and useless. I have had a 2nd one in the last year 1/x

  • adywhitwell ady (@adywhitwell) reported

@Plusnet hi wonder if you can help. I used to have plusnet broadband and no telephone as I use plusnet mobile for that. Transfered to bt fttp and they removed the phone line when putting in fibre but you are still charging me line rental even though I have no line

  • DadRundle Elrond Rivendell (@DadRundle) reported

@Plusnet still only getting 10.45 mbps on ethernet connection. This is ongoing problem guess you don't like keeping customers just getting new customers. Oh and before you tell me it's my end I used to get 50mbps with Talk Talk and when I first signed up with you.

  • Mshorif2 M shorif (@Mshorif2) reported

  • HM_Dec90 Holly (@HM_Dec90) reported

@Plusnet can anyone tell me why I am have to reset my router regularly again please ? As much as I like the speed and price, I've had more issues in my 1st year than the rest of my years as a customer elsewhere 😫

  • garyburton45 gary burton (@garyburton45) reported

  • XFlonix Flonix (@XFlonix) reported

@JL03MOO @garethadams @Plusnet To the cabinet, yes, not to the customer! Don’t tell me, your mobile phone has fibre internet too because the mast basestation has a fibre backhaul!

  • Richard11180090 Richard Kemp (@Richard11180090) reported

@Plusnet Landline keeps dropping back to dial tone. Only cleared by incoming call. Broadband ok at 32Mb/s in day but 1Mb/s at night. Help.
