@Plusnet it’s been 7 weeks since I told you about my house move. Last week my router started intermittently working (7mbps download & 0.8 upload). Today you debited my account for a service I cannot use. I’m bored of calling everyday with no resolve. I don’t trust your service 1/

Seriously @Plusnet. Can you sort out a internet service that doesn’t go down multiple times a year. Not like me or my wife need the internet to work or anything. Or is poor quality service your brand now?

@Plusnet @plusnethelp I am asking you to be proactive and reach out to a customer who has had to consistently (almost daily) chase you for 6 weeks to ensure you are delivering a service I am paying for (which you are not). 3/
