    @Jarmara @Plusnet I was told that they will reimburse me for the cost of BT Hotspot - good job as I can’t really test how good the connection will be until I’ve signed/paid up. Not sure whether we’ll be able to WFH on a public network due to certain security requirements on our connections.

  • Love2travel17 Love2travel (@Love2travel17) reported

    @Morcia My (old) phone doesn’t support 5G, but I’ve just changed my sim only deal from EE. I got a much cheaper deal still on EE from Plusnet who have various data plans available. Just Google ‘best sim only deals’.

    @Woolystone @Plusnet That’s really pretty poor!

    @Plusnet weird question, I've found an old router from when I was a customer previously. Do you normally have these back, or am I free to dispose of? Cheers.

  • AurtherSwindel1 Arthur 'control group'🌸 (@AurtherSwindel1) reported

    @Plusnet having REAL problems with the Hub One you sent me as the WiFi and internet keep dropping, this has happened since you sent it. Don't give me any of the Plusnet Community nonsense as I've done it all, what's wrong with your Hub one routers?

  • tandleman Tandleman (@tandleman) reported

    @Plusnet Internet failing to connect today try your help says no issues. M24 area. Reboot several times doesn't help. Refresh router doesn't. Any ideas?

  • DJRoss13579 Dylan Ross (@DJRoss13579) reported

    @Plusnet WiFi has been off all day in DY6 area. Can you look into this? Have tried calling plusnet but the advice and help given did not help. Seems to be an outage issue affecting other people in the area of DY6.

  • Plusnet Plusnet (@Plusnet) reported

    @NicolaCarle2 Thanks for confirming that Nic. I will run a Smart Wireless Scan from here to see whether it improves things. Please allow at least four hours for the changes to settle in and let me know if you continue to have problems after that. Regards, Emily Plusnet Leeds 🌞

    @Plusnet It's hard to believe that the default position, when moving house, is that the cease/activation dates are not the same and must changed separately (if you remember to do so). On *all* calls I was very clear that I was booking this in advance to minimise any loss of service.
