@Plusnet Confirmed. The engineer just didn't turn up. It's 2nd time I waited in for an engineer sent by @plusnet who didn't turn up. No one tells you. No one apologises the hours of your time wasted completely unnecessarily. No one says "This is unacceptable. 16 days? Now we will fix it."

Thanks to @Plusnet @johnlewishelp Broadband for the third time this year I'm having to book time off work I can't work from home as I wait for @WeAreOpenreach between 1-6 since Internet is down Had to book time off I bet it's the Router again

@Plusnet my 92 year old dad has had no broadband or phone despite paying a connection fee weeks ago. The engineer was supposed to go today, because he’s deaf & can’t hear the door, he’s been waiting by the window for him to turn up since 8am. 40 mins on hold to customer service

@john_actuary @rmappleby @ThreeUK Plusnet is cheap and very good - 15gb for £10, one month contract and free roaming (not sure if it's worldwide, but certainly Europe). And it's on EE network so pretty good coverage. But they do screw you if you go over data limit.

DAY FIFTEEN of no @Plusnet broadband. The promised router hasn't arrived. Manager who promised to update me hasn't. I work remotely. This is impacting on my ability to earn a living. For god's sake Plusnet either fix it or let me take complaint to @Ofcom. This is beyond a joke.
