    @Plusnet hi my internet dropped router solid orange and I’m oncall for work from home. Tried to ring but your closed and tried to submit fault on your web site and it says the page is down for the fault logging. Please can this be looked at.

    I’m out of contract in two days with O2. Worst coverage I’ve ever had. Going back to EE. Do I have to end my O2 contract or just switch? I can never remember. Also any suggestions on who to go with? I like Plusnet and I think EE provide their cover.

    @ella_kemp If it’s available in the building hyperoptic is great, they do up to 1gb speeds. I’d say avoid plusnet, kept losing signal and low speeds. Both of these were in Greenwich!

    I really hope I can get them stable fiber internets on October rather than November or December. I also really hope that my call tomorrow to the right department of Plusnet will mean I don't pay bills for service I ain't gettin'... 😡

    @Plusnet I am the account holder for an 89 year old partially sighted lady. You promised broadband installation since 26th July. Haven’t received any dates of connection still. What’s going on? Your duty of care to an elderly customer is clearly very lacking!

    Hi @Plusnet, thanks for working so hard to resolve the issues caused by my failed switch out to Now. Should have been simple but Now and Openreach left me with no incoming calls since 29th July, then no dial tone and eventually no internet! 1/2

    @_charlotte_e affecting the performance. I've increased the SNR margin to try and resolve this. Please allow at least 24 hours for the change to settle in and let me know if you continue to have problems after that. Regards, Emily Plusnet Leeds
