@Plusnet Hey @Plusnet - desktop email now will not download, which makes it day four of this outage as it affects me (and presumably others). Webmail very very slow. This is not a good look for you.

Websites that draw your surname from your email address are honestly the worst. Looking at you, Plusnet.

@Plusnet @drc1947 With respect, this is untrue, please stop saying this. Plusnet email cannot be accessed using a client. We are now into day 5 of this outage (please admit that it started late on the 9th), and all we hear is this repeated, formulaic non-truth.

@Plusnet I see email is back down again this morning. Could download but not send yesterday, today can't even download!!! Getting a joke now. Please don't reply with 'most people can now access email' as clearly its a much bigger problem.

@Plusnet I had my router installed by Open Reach by 1pm yesterday, why doesn't it work? Someone on your phone service said it would be on by midnight last night. Hope I'm not being charged for this week without wireless?

@Plusnet @lizcooperclark Plusnet emails can be accessed using an email client as normal.' No they can't. Email clients using IMAP & POP3 are still getting authentication errors. DM me for an example.

@Plusnet @drc1947 No. Plusnet (John Lewis) email can NOT be accesed via an email client. Both Windows 10 PC & Samsung phone now asking for password update. Broadband temporarily dropped a couple of times last night too. What is your estimated time to fix this?

@Plusnet Great value broadband, award-winning customer service, for just £22.99 a month? That'll do. We're here to help from 8am-8pm every day. OR Just copy and paste every response. That won't do!

@MoneySavingExp I used Plusnet 'SIM only' for a while, but terrible in-house reception and no 'connect using WiFi' availability, so now have a £5pm 'SIM only' from Three that does support WiFi connection. Works well.
