@jonnymain2011 @MillieWiller @pobski4 I done it got Plusnet fibre extra and not a problem with buffering considering the amount of Wi-Fi stuff cameras doorbell lights Alexa and a few other bits very happy👍

So @Plusnet Roam Like at Home is a bit **** Landed in America to a text saying you can use allowance for free then 5 mins later I’ve apparently reached my “Smart Cap” and my phone is useless unless on wifi 🌚

@PhysicsAndy @Plusnet @tescomobile Tesco contract SIMs don’t yet have full contract SIM access to the O2 network, so only have PAYG access to O2. I’m guessing it’s probably the same issue, too.

@_charlotte_e affecting the performance. I've increased the SNR margin to try and resolve this. Please allow at least 24 hours for the change to settle in and let me know if you continue to have problems after that. Regards, Emily Plusnet Leeds

I really hope I can get them stable fiber internets on October rather than November or December. I also really hope that my call tomorrow to the right department of Plusnet will mean I don't pay bills for service I ain't gettin'... 😡

@Plusnet my router won't turn on. Trying to get help on the phone but can only report broadband or line faults. Can someone help me please?
