@Plusnet Can you please define total loss of service. Cos I’ve had it coming on for 10 seconds and then losing connection. For 8 weeks

@kingmonkey25 I’ll say it for the rest of my life, but sadly there is no such thing as a good internet service provider… I had exactly the same thing with plusnet, where I moved home and they couldn’t provide their service. for their “amazing customer service” they left me with a huge bill

@Plusnet Phone mobile support and change to the 20gb + 2gb bonus data for £10

Folks, take my advice and stay well away from @Plusnet for Internet. Dreadful service and changing goalposts as they blame light bulbs and washing machines for interfering with the service. Full of empty promises.

  • RooRach razmataz (@RooRach) reported

@Plusnet How do you define total loss of service. Cos I’d define days where it sometimes comes on for 15 seconds at a time, to be total loss of service.

  • jaggythistle50 jaggy thistle (@jaggythistle50) reported

Folks avoid @Plusnet for Internet. Dreadful service. Fobbed off time and again with every excuse they can think off before you get ignored and promised return calls go unmade.

  • Anoninja7 Anoninja (@Anoninja7) reported

@Plusnet Our internet has been down for hours. Why is it always weekends when your service goes down? #fail

  • Plusnet Plusnet (@Plusnet) reported
