@BeansInYourBum @MatthewStadlen @CentreLeft_ Though Sky and TalkTalk do have a switching service for user email accounts, you can hold on to your Plusnet and BT for an additional monthly fee after your service switches.

Plusnet phone support is helpful, but I was slightly concerned that they did "data security" by asking me two characters from my password. The password I had set for use logging into the web site. You know... the one that SHOULD have been securely hashed on the server. Hmm...

@plusnet No internet for 12+ hours. Outages were reported last night and users in CF24/CF14 still reporting issues. None of your troubleshooting steps have fixed anything. Please can you advise when this will be fixed as severely impacting working from home. Have also DM'd.

A quick Twitter search of @EE and Towcester suggests their mobile phone signal has been poor to nonexistent in the town for years and they've done nothing to.improve it. This explains why my @Plusnet mobile service is dreadful.

@Plusnet I've been waiting on your sales line listening to music for over twenty minutes now. I can't use the customer service line because I don't have a landline yet! What can I do? I need help with an order.

@Plusnet So you can respond about seven hours later? I am currently having to restart my hub every day to get even close to a decent service. Still trying to work from home at the moment, so can I send you an invoice for lost hours??

@ispreview I once looked at Plusnet for pricing. It took 20 minutes, a call to them and a spreadsheet to work out. Why? Introductory discounts for the first few months and entirely different minimum contract lengths for broadband and fixed line service. Ended up not competitive.
