@Ephemeral_Goods @Plusnet Bizarrely, I am a longtime customer of JL broadband and have suddenly for no reason got an email from them saying how sorry they are I'm leaving them. I'm not! So I'm kind of having the opposite experience to you but yours is very odd.

Outage continues, affecting also the local convenience store/post office et al. If @Plusnet rely on @BT_Openreach to swap out dead batteries from roadside cabinets and they in turn rely on the power company to provide uninterrupted power , who is the power company?
