Melissa (@MelissaByJovi) reported@Plusnet @ThatNeilMartin They asked for an email address. Your lack of email/ticket support is a major reason we left you.
-
Ad (@sometimesyouwin) reported@Plusnet So this isn't very clear. The link says that you offer a digital phone service. Is this correct or not?

Clareq12.bsky.social- REAL socialists wear masksπ· (@ClareQ12) reportedAs a customer, I really wouldn't recommend @Plusnet Been with them for years, no idea why. Internet speeds fall when contract is up for renewal, and not usually the speeds advertised anyway. I've been paying Β£35.99 a month for the slowest internet on the planet...
-
COYS CORNER PODCAST (@TOTTENHAM6191) reported@Plusnet years of poor service and drop outs constantly. Never getting the speeds advertised. Now an issue where it won't work at all and I have too wait 5 days for an engineer!! With a disabled child who relies on Internet as a sensory calm! Not good enough.
-
Jay (@Jason87r) reportedDear idiots @Plusnet and also @EE as u both have done it this month, if my payment date is set to 6th of month trying to take payment on the 3rd and then restricting services for your **** up won't magically make my money come in 3 days early, both account show 6th so do it!
-
COYS CORNER PODCAST (@TOTTENHAM6191) reported@Plusnet This has happened for far too long and always below promised speeds. I'd like too visit whether I can exit my contract as the service has been appalling
-
Nicky Robson (@Nicky_Robson) reported@Plusnet I'm dealing with my father's estate & customer services won't help me - how do you deal with a bereavement query when the deceased username is not known?
-
The Cov Report (@TheCovReport) reportedThatβs not too bad, mine went from Β£102 to about Β£160. I said Iβll pay something like the same as Iβm paying and they offered pennies off. Now save Β£102 less my broadband Β£24.99 on Plusnet. Havenβt missed it.

Citizen #376894 (@yidsnee) reported@biggle1908 With Virgin your internet speed will drop drastically when kids are on school holidays - the contention ratio they use is horrible. I'm very happy with @Plusnet for my full fibre internet - in the many years I've been with them, it's been hassle-free.
