  I have been a loyal plusnet customer for a number of years. I received an EE router and a text to switchover to EE, without wishing too. I have followed the steps to switchover and encountering problems. My logins are not working for either provider, can you help? @Plusnet

  Confused, you will no longer be providing a service to me and offered me to terminate fee free and move to BT . Attempted to move to BT , who couldn't provide the service I needed so found elsewhere. You're now trying to charge me early termination fee?? Why? @Plusnet

  @biggle1908 With Virgin your internet speed will drop drastically when kids are on school holidays - the contention ratio they use is horrible. I'm very happy with @Plusnet for my full fibre internet - in the many years I've been with them, it's been hassle-free.

  My broadband service is up soon and was possibly looking at leaving my current provider. Now @bt_uk, @EE and @Plusnet have now added a setup fees they can do one
