    @Plusnet we have no had no wifi for two days in the LE10 area. what is going on? everytime we message we get a text that provides differing lengths of how long repairs are going to take. will we get a refund based on the fact we have been two days without sufficient service?

    @Plusnet hi, been doing some bandwidth speed test lately as I feel my internet has slowed down and the most I’ve seen is 400mb/s when I’m paying for a 1000mb/s

    @Plusnet I'm fed up of hearing people in my lane moving over to full fibre broadband when i'm still stuck on the old network with very poor service. When will mine be switched. Don't tell me to phone as i am fed up calling and waiting to be answered

    @tina0402x The trouble is all other providers BT Plusnet etc apart from Virgin use the same cabling, be it copper or fibre it all comes from the exchange. I worked at BT and this was explained by an engineer in the training. Copper is being phased out.

    @WeAreOpenreach Hi, Openreach works at the end of Upper Park Road in the CO7 area seem to have caused a broadband outage for me (PlusNet customer). Connection dropped around 9pm on Tuesday 17th of January. Can you check if this is related and advise? Thanks!
