    @MarcAllera Have you actually investigated @plusnethelp and found out how poor they are at customer service? Is it right that I should cancel @Plusnet before the service has even started because no engineer turned up and no hub arrived till later?

    @MarcAllera Having emailed your office with no response about my @Plusnet service cancellation and the requested refund of £71.89. It seems like a social media campaign to hit you in the wallet will be the appropriate way to go.

    @AndrewBooton @Plusnet Tell me about it, used to be awful. However, over the last 12 months, it has been fine and improved for us. However, at its worst, we had 3 full days of utter incompetence/

    @plusnethelp please help. im getting really annoyed with this internet, its just so slow. plusnet also has some really bad wifi range. im literally right next to wifi and i get 5mbps - 10mbps. sometimes i get 0.1 - 1 download

    @Plusnet Hi, I can’t activate my reward card.I tried twice, and got 2 activation codes,still no good,so I sent an email on 24/11 to Card Holder Services,but no reply. Tried again this morning and got this message:- “Sorry service is temporarily unavailable”. Very frustrating!

    @plusnethelp @Plusnet downloads speeds of 2Mbps this morning, wifi has been terrible for the last 2 weeks - low speeds at best, nothing at all the rest of the time. How you can justify charging £18.99 a month for this is beyond me. Choosing Plusnet was a mistake that I regret.

    Christ! @Plusnet service has been going up and down all evening yet their status says all Green and OK! Other UP Testing sites report them has having connectivity issues.... Go figure!

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp not a good look when your technical help line is having technical problems. What's the cancellation fee on a 1 year contract because honestly I've had enough of this company
