@Plusnet the customer service gives false promises of the date and providing call backs to update me but that never happens. If I didn’t hound them myself I’d have to wait a whole month. I’m extremely stressed my mobile data is about to finish what am I supposed to do?

If ur in the UK never go to @Plusnet as your ISP, we swapped 2 days ago and our internet still isnt on, we were told that it was going to be instant They told us an engineer was going to come today between 1pm-4pm to fix it, and they never turned up, we called them again (1/2)

@Plusnet Ancient router was fried by a power cut surge. Ian your technical support colleague identified the problem and organised sending out a Hub Two. Result: Problem solved in 48 hours. Customer delighted. Well done PLUSNET!
