    @plusnethelp @Plusnet So on the website you can talk to a chat agent immediately if you want to join up but not if you want help. I'm on the phone now ... 20 seconds until someone answered "oh you need technical support" I've now been on hold for 10 minutes ...

    @plusnethelp Very unimpressed with your customer contact policy. I was called last night and asked to provide my plusnet account password and digits from my bank card details to pass security. What were you thinking?

    @DOLWOAS I’m with Plusnet have been for 4 years but it’s been very poor over the last 18months l tend to use my mobile data it’s much faster. And lve had to put boosters in every room.

    @eva_angel9 The thing is that both of those will be using the same wires, cabinets and connections. If one is not so good there's no reason to believe the new provider will be any better without engineering support. I use PlusNet and love it, BT support! Arguably the best.

    @eva_angel9 Talk Talk was terrible & Sky very bad. Advise Plusnet. Been with them 12 months & absolutely no problems. Easy to get through to on phone.

    @plusnethelp I have an ongoing issue since just before Christmas. Phoneline went down and Internet speeds slowed with it. Phone was fixed on Saturday by openreach, but now I seem to have a "stuck profile" where my btw IP profile has updated, but my Plusnet profile hasn't.
