  @plusnethelp @Plusnet Are there any issues in the SO42 area please? About 45 mins ago connection went down and normal troubleshooting is having no effect (permanent orange and flashing broadband red light).

  @KerryAnnCleaver I can recommend Plusnet for broadband. When things go wrong, and maybe once a year they do, I can actually speak to somebody, quickly, and they call back to check on things Car insurance.. they likely all seem great if you never have to engage with them

  @Plusnet got me with your adverts and headline price of £29.99 a month, what you fail to point out, although its in the fine print, is your call charges, if you ring during the day they are exorbitant and you put your prices up 3.9% every June plus the CPI. Be aware people!!

  @Plusnet hello, are there any problems in M20 at the moment? My internet is constantly dropping out and showing a maximum current speed of 6Mb. I have unlimited fibre so hoping it'll be a bit higher than this? Thanks

  So nobody been living in this flat since last year but apparently there was a cease order on my phone line? What ********? I'm guessing someone in the plusnet team doesn't 100% know what they are talking about.
