@terrapinspocket Earlier today, some customers experienced problems accessing their emails and accounts in Plusnet Member Centre and connecting to their broadband service. We worked quickly to resolve this and we’re very sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Just amazing that my Internet has been down most the day today so far yet Plusnet have still managed to email me about my bill 🙃 if they think that's getting paid they're in for a shock

After checking for 1hr @Plusnet hanging up on people after a recorded message, who call your support line, isn't good customer service, your status page states there are no issues still! Thanks to @VOXI_UK I've been able to set up a hotspot to at least answer some emails!
