@Plusnet why is my sim only picking up 3G every time I go abroad,I put SIM card from my other phone into this phone and get 4G no probs? Therefore this is not an iPhone problem but SIM card prob ?? Thanks

@Plusnet Nope couldn't do it so still at square one ..I've spoke to a guy today he said the new routers should be out soon so I'm going to hang fire ..and he promised il be priority for a new hub which should fix the problem he said

@Plusnet The router does make a constant whirring noise. Think it may be on its last legs which may have caused this issue. Are you able to send a replacement please?

@Plusnet I just want internet in my bedroom im disabled and spend a lot of time upstairs but all this is driving me crazy the router hub 1 is powerful enough to send a signal upstairs..so deffo need another router tech guy said
