    @pablox53 @Plusnet Just phone call centre and ask to have it upgraded. I only pay a tenner a month and they're offering 30gb for that now. I could and have it increased again but I'll never need that much

    @Plusnet are you guys done working in the CT1 area? It’s been a week now and I still can’t use my phone. The signal keeps on dropping from 1 bar to no network, not very impressed…

    Well this is annoying. Many of the sites about the different MVNOs said Giffgaff DID support wifi calling. Turns out that is ***** and they don’t 😡 It was shown as being on with Plusnet and they supposedly don’t! It seems a no brainer to have it.

    @Plusnet Internet has gone down (orange light on router) and having tried all troubleshooting outlined on your website it still doesn’t work. Any other suggestions on how to fix this ASAP?

    @Plusnet your live chat teame directed me to you via here to get support on your website that crashed mid order & now I seem to have 2 contracts with you! I only want one. I’ve been charged twice & have emails saying 2 sims are in the way (only ever had one order confirmation)

    @Plusnet Of course, it will bear little resemblance to the coverage you actually experience, as all the coverage prediction maps are based on theoretical modelling by computer, and not real-world signal data.

    @Plusnet In the process of porting my number over to you, I now have had no service in my old SIM since this morning but the number is yet to carry across to Plusnet SIM. How much longer? Number is VERY important for comms, 2FA, etc.
