    @Plusnet hi Plusnet! All of your diagnostic checks/help say my internet connection is great and everything is fine, but it’s freezing/dropping constantly - my speed checks have been between 0 and 0.55mbps all morning. This is super frustrating - what’s going on?

    When you switch from @Plusnet because their service is abysmal, but they still try to take your money. So you call them and their arrogant staff hang up on you. Annnddd they wonder why you switched 🥴🥴

    @Plusnet not been able to work since Thursday lost so much money as I work from home for an emergency service company so is impossible to take calls as the line keeps dropping!noone seems to know what the problem is and I’m being told I will pay if I cancel!!

    @ChrissieBailey2 @Plusnet Omg same I work for emergency services from home and I’m having the same issues!! It’s a disgrace @Plusnet sort it out!! Now being told I will be charged if I cancel I’ve lost 5 days work so far!!

    @Plusnet My 85 year old mother would love to check in with her family but @plusnet has left her with no internet service since 19 Nov and nothing more than a trite text from a bot "sorry for the inconvenience". Appalling service and attitude.
