Today internet disappeared, haven't received router. Hours on phone with numerous clueless, argumentative reps. I still have no internet and no solution. HELP!

π³οΈβπDean Ashfordπ³οΈβπ (@Play_Ruff) reported@Plusnet We pay for 36Mbps (fastest our property can get unfortunately), with a minimum guarantee of 20Mbps, but we're often down at 8-16, or in bad spots at 1-3, and they just tell us its wifi. Contract or not, Ofcom Broadband Speed Code of Practice lets us leave if this continues.

Steven Blake (@LovesToSpooge89) reported@Plusnet Hi, for the past month or so our connection has been randomly dropping. Usually happens a couple of times a day. Quite annoying when I'm in a teams meeting. It's not WiFi as router is solid orange when it happens. Would someone be able to help?
