    @Plusnet @Misslockstock That page seems to forget to mention the more obvious solution to poor WiFi - buy a decent router instead of the bundled piece of cheap crap you've provided.

    Openreach engineer called out by Plusnet to look at our wobbly web says we're 850m from cabinet & majority of that is old aluminium wire. So not even copper. Explains why our web is a bit ****.

    @ArcticPandaPopz @Plusnet I had the same issue, I called them and they walked me through how to set up the 5ghz wifi connection, now regularly getting nearer the 70mbps on most compatible devices, hope this helps!

    @whosthemummy2 Hi there, thanks a lot for reaching out and I'm sorry to hear this. Please can you clarify which password you're having trouble with? Is it the password to connect devices to your router? Or is it the password which you're using to log into your router? -Adam - Plusnet Leeds
