    @Pazza_81 Hi. Have a look at Plusnet sim only deals. They use the EE network but are a hell of a lot cheaper than using EE directly.

    @Plusnet Let down AGAIN this morning after promise that engineer would be out to sort out issue between 08.00 and 13.00 today. No engineer - no update - no surprise. Waiting for installation since October 25th. Absolutely shocking service!!

    @plusnet You promised PROMISED on the phone you would come and install my new router. It has arrived. You have not. 2 pensioners with health problems. Not pleased at all. Please help us.
