@Plusnet Hi, no the issue has not. I spoke with your team on Saturday morning and was on the calm 45 mins. Lovely girl not her fault. Said my router was broke. Barely used the thing. Crap service

@Plusnet All I see is a line on the ground - a lovely day - and no BT Reach Engineer attaching one end of a wire to another, I've just cycled down the road - and no activity. Do you have any influence to get things done! Down since 29/1.

@Plusnet warning to other customers they reviewed my products as contract coming to an end - decided to stay with them but instead of renewing they cancel my business phone line and broadband and set me up with a new phone line which none of my customers know.🤬
