    @DerylLynn @Plusnet Don't **** about. Slap a claim for Β£1,000 +costs in via MCOL. They'll happily settle out of court for Β£500 or more + costs and repair it.

    @WeAreOpenreach @Plusnet how do I find out if you are doing planned engineering in our area? Almost every week our internet stops working at night. No way of checking if you are doing engineering. Been down for 45 mins so far. This has becoming a weekly issue now

    @LozzaFox We had max 12-14 mb/s from Plusnet. I was paying Β£44/ month inc tel line ( no mobile signal either) Starlink I get 100mb/s for Β£35/m and VoIP for phone Β£4 It’s the way to go !
