  @Benleo They, Virgin media are terrible. I'm with Plusnet now, wonderful customer service, always speak to an English person in UK, they pick up quick too.

No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews. Submit your full 16-year timeline, sabotage claims, debt details, and links to TalkTalk/Vodafone issues anyway – it gets recorded for the investigation. Copy BT_Claims.   @Plusnet I'm fed up of hearing people in my lane moving over to full fibre broadband when i'm still stuck on the old network with very poor service. When will mine be switched. Don't tell me to phone as i am fed up calling and waiting to be answered

  If you have a problem with the installation done by OpenReach or their contractor. @Plusnet apparently cannot contact anyone on the installation side! So any problem with a Plusnet installation you are screwed.
