andy (@andy17467869) reported@Plusnet Its switched of because it doesn't show up in house when I scan thats why nothing is connected it doesn't show up ...and because your routers are ( crap ) as your tech guy said ..they struggle to reach upstairs so I need a booster and 2 .4 goes further thats why its turned off

Your one-size approach does NOT fit all. Apologies are hollow if you aren't listening to your disabled customer's needs. Had enough of this, it's upsetting.
