Hi @VodafoneUK, I’ve just switched to @Plusnet and the first call I’ve put into them has absolutely blown you out of the park in terms of customer service. This is why I switched. You guys have lost the plot. @Plusnet are writing the plot.

@Plusnet A tech support at your company has just told me my ever dwindling BB speed is entirely down to my contract and little to do with line capability. Used to get 24-25mb now 13-15mb with guarantee of 14.61mb. Other companies estimate 21-35mb with min. of 18mb. Please advise.

Customer service at @Plusnet seems to be somewhere between awful and nonexistent. No chatbot; no email; no text; just phone for music on hold for 1/2 hour and no answer
