    @Plusnet Question 230114929 - been waiting for someone to contact me but saw that ticket was closed. Why? Problem of connection drops still occurring daily. Reopen ticket and provide support please.

    @Plusnet we've upgraded our broadband with Plusnet and there's issues installing the line. The 3rd review is now due 10th Jan but we still paying for the service. Can you assist?

    Why on earth did I go with @Plusnet? Phone line down AGAIN and the internet. Even upgraded to the best package and still awful. Their amazing 24/7 helpline says it “cares” and then informs me it’s closed. Bet their software on taking your money is working fine 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

    @Documark @Plusnet If cannot provide the service you pay for then end contract? They rent from BT. Grandson got an EE mobile router. Works great

    The @Plusnet advisor has said nothing they can do and service likely to get worse as more people sign up! Worse than 0.36mbps upload?! His attitude less than supportive or helpful. Have terminated service and will get a sim only, hotspot, unlimited deal instead at 1/2 the price.

    @Documark @Plusnet Way to go, i dont get a phone signal at house otherwise i would be doing the same, i get better service in my camper van via phone than at home.
