@MartinSLewis Firstly, I have been very lucky with Plusnet as my provider, unlucky with parent company BT and found TalkTalk the worst. Secondly, I have 7 email addresses I use for different accounts and only use the provider email for them. Thirdly, ALWAYS be prepared to walk away.

@OpenreachHelp Plusnet spoke to your chat center in India and said they weren’t getting anywhere. Then when we told them we wanted to make a complaint they sent us to your web page which then sends up back to plusnet. So something is going to have to give at some point?

@Plusnet hi i have dm’d you about terminating my broadband line to look for another broadband service in our area. Kindly assist me in this process asap as we need a better broadband line. Very slow connection with plusnet despite new router.

@WhichUK I’m still waiting for my refund from John Lewis Broadband via @Plusnet from October. I was wrongly charged a termination fee and they refuse to repay me even though they agree thru made a mistake. I feel that I’ve no choice now but to go to court! Please help @MoneySavingExp

@Plusnet is really the worst EVER isp or is there anyone else worst? Their phone number is faulty, their twitter team does piss all and their billing dept just sends retarded emails with no way to get in touch with them. Truly a company designed by morons.

@Plusnet absolutely shocking customer service today, if you’re using as a supplier for your phone you may as well cancel because they don’t care anyway. I’ll be looking for a different contract with a company that provides much better customer service and a better coverage!
