Atholl Allan (@AllanAtholl) reported@MartinSLewis Broadband with Plusnet for 2 years, this year's quote ยฃ15 per month higher than vodaphone.. asked what was going on, told our customer service is better, vodaphone ยฃ25pm vs ยฃ40 AND vodaphone additionally offered ยฃ150 tesco voucher.. Absolute no brainer ! Thx MSL

There's no loyalty either way, just leave and get the same service from Plusnet/EE (same company as BT) for far less. Takes minutes.

Jason (@btc8500) reported@Plusnet Iโve spoken to the team and they told me to change the channels on the router but the problem is you donโt actually supply hardware with the capability to do the speed over Wi-Fi. So unless I buy an adapter to my phones and tablets the speed is POINTLESS ๐ฑ๐ฑ
