@OpenreachHelp I did during the first outage on Thursday a.m, but they couldn't see anything wrong. Then I discovered that locally people on NowTV, Sky, BT, Vodafone, PlusNet and TalkTalk were all complaining of a simultaneous outage - and Openreach is obviously the common denominator. W7 area

@Plusnet @plusnethelp I've been on hold to you for 25 mins, trying to get the cost of my contract reduced (price offered is 50% higher than competitors!) and I STILL can't get through - tell me why I shouldn't just cancel and go for NOW broadband please?!

@GStebson @Ian_urRu @Plusnet They're not the only networks. Phone Coop usually do well with ethical advertising. In the hypothetical situation that *every* company advertised on GB News (which they'd be insane to) you'd pick the one who used them least or were first to pull support.

@Plusnet @plusnethelp It's now been 3 days without internet. I was promised it would be fixed by Midnight Friday. My wife has been unable to work for 3 days and my child has missed 3 days schooling. This problem need to be addressed immediately. #plusnet
