@Plusnet You've just sent me an email thanking me for being a long term broadband customer, advertising a cheaper rate.....that is only available to new customers! Not quite sure I get your logic there, it's flagging that I might be able to get a chapter rate, but not with you!

@Plusnet hi. I am suffering from extremely slow internet speeds. Things as basic as excel documents wont save because of the speed. I need to work from home. Please advise. Thanks.

@reynlord @Plusnet @WeAreOpenreach Just so I understand this, it goes goofy as **** outside along the wall, through the ******* window and in through the window ledge into a plug that isn't properly installed? These ***** better give you a years free internet to go with this botch.

@MattNealRacing Plusnet is owned by BT but tends to be cheaper. Good service too. Would recommend 👍👍

@V96GLF @virginmedia When you select an alternative provider, avoid PlusNet - their customer service competence is lower than that of Virgin even though their technical competence is marginally better.

  • IFrancis62 Ian (@IFrancis62) reported

@visitandtravel @bt_uk @Plusnet I do too. Other way to ask if they could hang on for a second and then leave them on the line
