We Are The 76 (@wearethe76) reported@Plusnet Your guides and online help don't help at all. I have had Β£10 added to my final bill with absolutely no explanation, no extra usage and closing my account at the appropriate time. Last time I tried to call it cost me Β£10. I cannot wait to leave you.

I just tried phoning 0800 432 0200, my phone has broken so I used my old one which is a rotary phone (BT standard issue), the automated thingy didn't recognise press 1 and said goodbye
