@OpenreachHelp you do work at my property without permission. You won't correct the work but keep sending engineer appointment s for next stage. Total shambles, waste of money & lack of customer care! Shall I just dig my own trench? @Plusnet #openreachdonthelp

@O2 @thepeterhunt I'll just add that I agree with Peter, and I usually can't access the internet. Your team insisted it's plusnet, but it's not, it's the issues with accessing the internet on O2 when your masts are down as everything else works.

@Plusnet Rang from another mobile and was told of the issues you were having. A tech advisor gave me useful tips including settings, airplane mode leave it for 2-3 mins then switch off and back on. Worked, brilliant. 🎉👏 Intermittent interruption for a few hours but all good. Many thanks

@Plusnet Do you not understand English when you are commenting in English, my mother has try to get this sorted out a number of times. The next step is a complaint to ofcom and legal action in court against plusnet for breach of contract.

"Chat Now" with online chat help on an ISP's website (@Plusnet) doesn't mean "I want to go round in circles with a robot only to be told to call them". What's the point of it? Gah.
