    @Plusnet @Plusnet internet down - again. Any particular reason for the outage? According to yourselves, there's no issues, even though down detector has multiple PlusNet internet issues from all over the UK. ST20 area.

    @Plusnet plusnet. Half the time our Internet is slow or choppy. And today..of all days when we're stuck at home. We have had no Internet for 3 and half hours. And your help advise...turn it off and on again 😑 unacceptable!!

    Yet again disgraceful service from @Plusnet STILL not supplying agreed speeds so in breach of contract. Also in breach of their complaints procedure by not only failing to respond in timescale, but also not even acknowledging the complaint. But I can't leave cos of contract???
