    @Plusnet were having issues with our broadband right now :( have done so for last few weeks. Have reset but no better and just freezes on the help page on your website. Please help!

    Don’t use @Plusnet - absolutely appalling service. Broadband constantly slows when using. First day of isolation and it breaks completely. They can’t fix the issue until Friday. Leaving me unable to teach the class that is waiting for me or post them work!
