    @OpenreachHelp I paid through Plusnet and talked to them about it already. They said that I need to talk to you about it. Apparently because the engineer switched the line in the exchange down the road that's what is paid for. It was described on the site as "install a new line".

    @Plusnet after being convinced to stay with you following 7 years of service, being convinced not got to Vodaphone for £100 cashback, after 2 months you have failed to set up my new broadband contract, failed to call me back, failed to respond to my complaint. 😭 I give up.
