No WiFi/no Internet/no land line connection since Tuesday afternoon! I think it's time to terminate and find a new provider! Awful service

Your engineers have shown absolute negligence and lack of understanding of the job they have been contracted to do, and as a result has had a negative effect on my business.

I literally just laughed, took the headset off & walked off the floor. Didn’t even hang up.

Tee (@TGunson) reported@johnsick74 You can find 12 month contracts and even monthly ones, I moved to plusnet on a 12 month contract so much cheaper and no problems. I’ll then look around for a cheaper deal when this one ends
