Why not go with a good solid British-owned broadband provider like Zen Internet, Plusnet or Andrews & Arnold or even good old BT! NMP (@NDP2022) reported@Plusnet Do not use this company. They take your money, donโt set up an account and fail to refund you when you provide your details. Customer service is non existent. EE have been amazing compared to this shower of a company.

Definitely easy to speak to a human. Iโd rate them as โgood enough to not leaveโ which is as good as any customer service gets from me these days!
