@OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach @Plusnet Absolutely terrible service from both parties. Your engineers have shown absolute negligence and lack of understanding of the job they have been contracted to do, and as a result has had a negative effect on my business.

@Plusnet hi, is there an outage in Bath? Our router has been out since yesterday morning, we’ve tried resetting, restarting, unplugging, turning it off for long periods of time etc etc etc. The one light is basically constantly orange/red, and the broadband light flashes red.
