    Nice to know that I’m still waiting for my WiFi from @Plusnet. Was supposed to be sorted on the 19th, then 23rd now moves to 25th. Unreliable, unsatisfactory service

    @BibiLynch @plusnethelp We all know Virgin have **** customer service, but Plusnet run them a very close second. Recently two friends (you make three) have been totally ****** over by them.

    Hi @Plusnet my internet is down. Your website says phone lines open until 10pm but phone line closed and says only open until 8pm. How do I get support now?

    @greenwichguide @maryorelse Mine does that too (Plusnet). I appreciate more people are working from home but the past couple of weeks, it’s been really slow and unreliable.

    @plusnet Broadband seems to have stopped working today. Have checked everything, phone line is OK, cycled router and hub, no luck, limited mobile coverage here as well, please help!

    So I have 100% found a vulnerability in the current firmware of this router, but Plusnet support keeps refusing to arrange any contact with their security team (been trying since Weds last week!). Come on @Plusnet, this is kind of urgent and serious - would you rather I give up?

    @plusnethelp my activation date with plusnet was supposed to be 29.01.21 but I am still waiting for activation and its now 31.01.21, customer services only seem to want to help if they think your wanting to sign up, your helpline shows 7 days yet its closed sundays, poor service

    @plusnethelp I've sent a message for some support. Haven't been able use my broadband for a month now, and feel I've been mis-sold from Plusnet for a package that doesn't work for my needs. And no online chat on the website for some reason so can't reach help online!

    @plusnethelp my broadband is .38mbps and 3mbps download on two tests. supposed to be guaranteed 30mbps. plusnet help?
