@plusnethelp - Hi Plusnet, I’ve been advised by another provider, I am interested in moving to, that my line shows I am already a customer of theirs but I’m a customer of yours. They believe that you guys need to review why it’s showing I’m with multiple providers, can you help.

@Plusnet our broadband has been down since 1pm yesterday due to “a local incident”. You said it would be back up and running by 7pm yesterday. Didn’t come back on. Text then said it would not be back on until 7pm today. Does it really take that long?

@Plusnet I want to cancel one of my contracts with plusnet. I received STAC code which I will not use. I am not planning to take contract with new provider. I called to discuss this but got response as the line closed. Could you please close the contract account no 98888497.

@Plusnet @plusnet much more than an inconvenience at this stage. Extremely bad to no service, 2 reports and complaints within 6mths. Impossible and chaotic customer service systems. As the customer I am experiencing ongoing disruption, delay in my work and costs #tradingstandards

@plusnethelp there is no way of communicating with Plusnet except by waiting in a queue on the phone or this way. PLUSNET you keep on cancelling my cancellation of the contract . I am leaving you and moving to BT - after 5 years waiting and a complaint to Openreach to resolve

Nice one @Plusnet Did not sort my broadband when I moved in Tues, delayed till Fri. Now it’s not working and I’ve been told I need an engineer who won’t come till Weds 6pm. Absolutely terrible. Shame, because its always been a good service. Regret not switching. Not proud.

@Plusnet I’ve been trying to solve a problem with my 4G while roaming abroad. Speaking to plusnet support they could not offer any help at all. They did suggest everything that I had already tried. I can not raise an issue now that I’m back in the UK.

@Plusnet I hung up and called back and had to lie by pretending I wanted to leave. I then had a 37 minute conversation with an operator who kept telling me how many awards for customer service @Plusnet have won and how easy it is to reach a call centre.
