@Plusnet I’ve had a red light showing LOS on my ONT for a few days. I texted ‘Help’ this morning and was advised that there’s a fault in my area (S13) and that they’re usually resolved in 4 hours. That’s now passed. Are you able to provide an update of any kind?

@Plusnet it really hasn’t been ‘straightforward’ to sign up a new account online. You’ve taken payment, but no account set up and page said no payment taken. Spoke to your customer services and told I need to wait 5-10 days to get a refund, and to call back if I haven’t received!

@Plusnet I telephoned your sales department to enquire about broadband deals and your representative refused to provide any information because I wouldn’t give me date of birth. Stated he needed to get into the system to provide any information re at all. Disgusting service.
