    @kernowspringer @Plusnet I once had to walk 4 miles in a heatwave to find a working phonebox to tell BT they hadn't connected my landline as agreed. It was a rural area w/ no mobile signal either. Grrrr!

    @Plusnet what's the latest on your broadband outage?, this is ridiculous, being told 7pm on the 27th at the earliest which is shocking. Im sure if I didnt pay my bill you'd want to know why. It seems BT openreach dont work weekend's and your happy with that, not us lot 😡

    @Plusnet Do you have settings in place on your router so that I can schedule the usage of SPECIFIC devices on my Wifi network. If so, you have a new customer.

    @Plusnet has the be the most unreliable service ever, I thought @bt_uk was bad, wish I’d never switched over. 8 times today I’ve lost internet.
