  Do yourself a favour and never sign up to @Plusnet @plusnethelp. I always used to recommend them to customers but my own experience recently has been terrible. Incompetent and for a communication company, their communication is none existent.

  @TendaWifi Thanks for the reply @TendaWifi but after some more troubleshooting last night it’s not the Nova MW3s at fault, the problem is that my @Plusnet Hub One DHCP server has stopped giving out and renewing IP addresses.

  @Plusnet The EE network in Orkney has been down for 2 days now. This is totally unacceptable. Apparently spare parts needed are not available northern Scotland
