  • robbins_ma Martin Robbins 🚲🚨🚑 (@robbins_ma) reported from Lowestoft, England

So trying to change phone & broadband provider to @Plusnet but so far not terribly helpful. 😒. Not a very good start as a new customer maybe I’ll look elsewhere. @plusnethelp

  • _Hometech_ Hometech Solutions (@_Hometech_) reported from Great Yarmouth, England

Do yourself a favour and never sign up to @Plusnet @plusnethelp. I always used to recommend them to customers but my own experience recently has been terrible. Incompetent and for a communication company, their communication is none existent.

  • AndyWoodturner Andy Coates (@AndyWoodturner) reported from Mutford, England

@Oneshowywoman Plusnet...there's a 14 cooling off period and it's only an 18mnth contract, so if I'm not happy I can jump. And as soon as @three get their HUB in this area I'll change to that. I never use the landline anyway.

  • AlchemyLive David Lanham (@AlchemyLive) reported from Great Yarmouth, England

@TendaWifi Thanks for the reply @TendaWifi but after some more troubleshooting last night it’s not the Nova MW3s at fault, the problem is that my @Plusnet Hub One DHCP server has stopped giving out and renewing IP addresses.

  • DaveCatchpole Dave Catchpole (@DaveCatchpole) reported from Beccles, England

@Plusnet having a major broadband outage this morning username ‘teamdb’ trying to WFH and unable to get anything done tried restarting router to no avail

  • AndyWoodturner Andy Coates (@AndyWoodturner) reported from Mutford, England

@TonyNicol3 @Forest2Furnitur It's my own fault. The BB was continually dropping, and I should have dumped them years ago...but just never got around to it. The plusnet contract is 18 mnths so I'll keep on top of it from now on.

  • im_nomi Naomi C (@im_nomi) reported

@Plusnet My partner has been waiting for a £50 refund since October, he's just called and been told they cannot access his account to check anything as his direct debit has been cancelled. Please help!!

  • linzosmalingos lindsey robson (@linzosmalingos) reported

@Plusnet Can you please provide me with an email address to send an urgent complaint? Your webpage only allows 400 words and my complaint is alot longer than that 😫

  • TheGoodestBuck TheGoodBuck (@TheGoodestBuck) reported

Got up to a desperate note on the kitchen table, Mrs is off work today and the internet is down. Reset the router and wifi extender, nada. Think it must be Plusnet. Sort it out, people!

  • Boyer316New EVERTON BOARD RESIGN - TORIES & KENWRIGHT OUT (@Boyer316New) reported

Do you support IPV6 on your FTTC packages @Plusnet....?

  • taijipaul taijipaul (@taijipaul) reported

71 days with no phone service Plusnet tell me Openreach don’t have a engineer because they are busy rolling out full fibre broadband why advertise for new customers when you know you can’t do the job is 71 days a new world record

  • sattapaal sattapaal (@sattapaal) reported

@ElizabethShoes not too bad. might go for plusnet, i dont have a vodafone sim. already have spotify too.

  • Boyer316New EVERTON BOARD RESIGN - TORIES & KENWRIGHT OUT (@Boyer316New) reported

@YesCompSols @Plusnet Yeah that's weird, our BT contract ends on 28/01 & I'm looking around because at £41 per month it's just too damn expensive. The new Vodafone Pro 2 looks very tempting but I've read they don't offer IPV6 either.

  • DavyTolmie David Tolmie (@DavyTolmie) reported from Falkirk, Scotland

@Plusnet my phone is having trouble making calls, can I get a new sim card please

  • PScotfree Peter Shankley (@PScotfree) reported

@Plusnet Your "CPI guide" online gives example with CPI for Jan 2023 at 2.0%. Which idiot wrote that example. CPI in January is likely to be around 12%+. Get a grip PlusNet. Come March you will be unable to cope with influx of complaints re possible increase of 16% or thereby.
