@TendaWifi Thanks for the reply @TendaWifi but after some more troubleshooting last night it’s not the Nova MW3s at fault, the problem is that my @Plusnet Hub One DHCP server has stopped giving out and renewing IP addresses.

So trying to change phone & broadband provider to @Plusnet but so far not terribly helpful. 😒. Not a very good start as a new customer maybe I’ll look elsewhere. @plusnethelp

@Plusnet Hi, is there an issue in the TN34 Hastings area or nationwide as reset the router twice and just got an orange light instead of the usual blue one and no connection....

@Hotspur67 In recent times no. The only issue I had was in August they gave me a new *** which is an old BT hub under the hood. They are always behind the curve with BT. There were performance (speed) issues so I had to buy a third party hub from Amazon and plusnet reimbursed me cost of it.

@Plusnet Think I know why cashback didn't register. My bank's list of direct debits shows last Plusnet taken Oct 2020. BUT the authorisation's still live. So your affiliate sales system assumes I'm existing customer? Quidco & aff network should be able to reinstate? I'll delete old DD.

Just signed up with @Plusnet for 24.99 a month for 18 months and with a 60 quid reward card for fibre not bad considering I was paying EE 38.18 for the same kind of service which is over 5 quid more then they say the basic is online

@Plusnet More likely your sales system just itself checks if a referred customer is 'existing' and if yes doesn't confirm the order to the affiliate network it came from. (I realise Aff. Window & Quidco never see one's account details)

@plusnet Website down, broadband off. I'm switching and there will be no exit fees.
