So trying to change phone & broadband provider to @Plusnet but so far not terribly helpful. 😒. Not a very good start as a new customer maybe I’ll look elsewhere. @plusnethelp

Do yourself a favour and never sign up to @Plusnet @plusnethelp. I always used to recommend them to customers but my own experience recently has been terrible. Incompetent and for a communication company, their communication is none existent.

@TendaWifi Thanks for the reply @TendaWifi but after some more troubleshooting last night it’s not the Nova MW3s at fault, the problem is that my @Plusnet Hub One DHCP server has stopped giving out and renewing IP addresses.

Merry Xmas @Plusnet - I left your in Nov for the land of milk, honey, and FTTP - but am still receiving billing emails (albeit for £0) - and when I login to website it tells me my account is closing down and I can't change anything. Can I cancel the billing emails? They worry me!

Hi @Plusnet I've been having my broadband drop out almost daily for the past week. Was wondering how to request a new router since I've been with you years and think it may be the issue? Line seems fine. Couldn't find the info on the website
