I always used to recommend them to customers but my own experience recently has been terrible. Incompetent and for a communication company, their communication is none existent.

Andy Coates (@AndyWoodturner) reported from Mutford, England@TonyNicol3 @Forest2Furnitur It's my own fault. The BB was continually dropping, and I should have dumped them years ago...but just never got around to it. The plusnet contract is 18 mnths so I'll keep on top of it from now on.

Starlink set arrived the next day, took 10 minutes to set up / much faster and no contract. For RURAL parts it’s best

Internet speeds fall when contract is up for renewal, and not usually the speeds advertised anyway. I've been paying £35.99 a month for the slowest internet on the planet...
