I always used to recommend them to customers but my own experience recently has been terrible. Incompetent and for a communication company, their communication is none existent.

Andy Coates (@AndyWoodturner) reported from Mutford, England@TonyNicol3 @Forest2Furnitur It's my own fault. The BB was continually dropping, and I should have dumped them years ago...but just never got around to it. The plusnet contract is 18 mnths so I'll keep on top of it from now on.

But bear in mind virgin, brsk and a few other companies require a new drill through in the property because they don't use the same fibre line. Plusnet use the same line and bt so it would just be a ont change.

I want to remain with plusnet fibre to cabinet but lose the phone line rental, at a reduction in cost. This was not offered anywhere & person I spoke to on the phone before couldn't help.
