So trying to change phone & broadband provider to @Plusnet but so far not terribly helpful. 😒. Not a very good start as a new customer maybe I’ll look elsewhere. @plusnethelp

@TendaWifi Thanks for the reply @TendaWifi but after some more troubleshooting last night it’s not the Nova MW3s at fault, the problem is that my @Plusnet Hub One DHCP server has stopped giving out and renewing IP addresses.

@Oneshowywoman Plusnet...there's a 14 cooling off period and it's only an 18mnth contract, so if I'm not happy I can jump. And as soon as @three get their HUB in this area I'll change to that. I never use the landline anyway.

Do yourself a favour and never sign up to @Plusnet @plusnethelp. I always used to recommend them to customers but my own experience recently has been terrible. Incompetent and for a communication company, their communication is none existent.

@Plusnet after two years of fantastic service from you, I have moved home and almost a month on I’m still waiting on my WiFi being installed. Hugely disappointing, furthered by no one answering the phone. Help please?

@FearoDepth They will expect you to just put up with it. I had regular issues with them and they were useless. I had to put up with them until my contract ran out before switching to PlusNet.

@Plusnet Yet another disappointment. Was promised a call back from a manager today and it never happened. This is the third time now over a period of 4 days. Plus net cancelled our email without our permission when we changed address. All our emails now gone and they won’t help.

So @Plusnet sold us fibre broadband for our new home. Today they told us that it isn’t actually usable in the area yet but it will be at some point in the future after it’s installed “Why did you sell me a service that’s not available?” “It is available. It’s just not connected.”

@2minuteshate84 Hi Emmanuel. I'm sorry that your EE booster has been deactivated, meaning that you have no signal inside your house. I appreciate the inconvenience. We do have plans to introduce WiFi calling but, sadly, we don't yet have a confirmed date for this. Regards, Emily Plusnet Leeds

@movingnorthuk @Plusnet They say you gotta call. It’s the only way. Finally got through then & asked why they make it so hard to cancel and he just replied “we don’t, I’ve just done it for you know haven’t I” ignoring that the fact it taking me 4 days to get get him to do that simple task is the point.
