@TendaWifi Thanks for the reply @TendaWifi but after some more troubleshooting last night it’s not the Nova MW3s at fault, the problem is that my @Plusnet Hub One DHCP server has stopped giving out and renewing IP addresses.

  • robbins_ma Martin Robbins 🚲🚨🚑 (@robbins_ma) reported from Lowestoft, England

So trying to change phone & broadband provider to @Plusnet but so far not terribly helpful. 😒. Not a very good start as a new customer maybe I’ll look elsewhere. @plusnethelp

  • _Hometech_ Hometech Solutions (@_Hometech_) reported from Great Yarmouth, England

Do yourself a favour and never sign up to @Plusnet @plusnethelp. I always used to recommend them to customers but my own experience recently has been terrible. Incompetent and for a communication company, their communication is none existent.

@BBCNews What else do you expect from BT, absolutely rip off merchants. They took over Plusnet and now they are just as bad as them now. Switch to a Giffgaff or Tesco’s mobile for a far superior customer service.

  • sirblackers Richard (@sirblackers) reported

@Plusnet hello. My mum has moved and her mobile data has run out (I pay her bill). Can I get her a bolt on please? She’s actually just signed up for your WiFi (unlinked). Can you do anything to help? Thanks

  • Scampboi Daniel Smith (@Scampboi) reported from Croydon, England

@Plusnet for the second time in as many days my router has failed. It just randomly drops connection. I would never recommend you to anyone. In a time where people are working from home they need a reliable service and you are not it!

  • Scampboi Daniel Smith (@Scampboi) reported from Croydon, England

@plusnethelp @plusnet if this page was shut down in May why is the feed still here why have an account up which no one checks?

  • Yorky2860 Danny De La 🏔 (@Yorky2860) reported

@delwright21 @pantsdanny @Wdpts Openreach look after the network, openreach is a sub company of BT kind of but treat all service providers the same. Sky,talk talk, BT,plusnet and sometimes virgin rent the lines off of BT. So BT are responsible for repair/maintenance etc.

  • Robinwa69819580 Robin ward (@Robinwa69819580) reported

@Plusnet is the mobile service down in LL45 postcode?

  • peebeec Pee Bee (@peebeec) reported

@Plusnet I've had an email saying my website bandwidth allowance was exceeded yesterday. The email had a link to your rules on this, but the link is broken. I signed in to plusnet to view the webstats, but that is also broken. I think it may be a web crawler.

  • jules_wink Julian from Marple (@jules_wink) reported

@mattbloke Just using the router Plusnet sent, it's plugged in up in the attic workroom as that's where the phone line comes in. Have a Cat5 network for the desktop, and an old router downstairs acting as an ap. Getting 18mb on WiFi here now
