So trying to change phone & broadband provider to @Plusnet but so far not terribly helpful. 😒. Not a very good start as a new customer maybe I’ll look elsewhere. @plusnethelp

@TendaWifi Thanks for the reply @TendaWifi but after some more troubleshooting last night it’s not the Nova MW3s at fault, the problem is that my @Plusnet Hub One DHCP server has stopped giving out and renewing IP addresses.

@Plusnet It shows up but says "unable to connect to this network". A few retries usually sorts it. Reboot of the router otherwise. I'll probably hard wire that one. Happens once in a blue moon on other devices that try to connect (which are all much further away from the router)

@Plusnet this company is an absolute disgrace. Was told if I paid the bill today they would Unrestrict my account. Instead they have closed it down and hung up on us. Leaving us with no internet or phone etc. you are disgraceful. Vulnerable people rely on me. DISGUSTING

@Plusnet 1hr 40m on call, tech team customer service manager paying for broadband contract in breach not fit for purpose 1.58mpbv speed no Internet told only guaranted speed on wired connection not wireless and will be charged £240 +to leave #tradingstandards #ConsumerRights
