So trying to change phone & broadband provider to @Plusnet but so far not terribly helpful. 😒. Not a very good start as a new customer maybe I’ll look elsewhere. @plusnethelp

Do yourself a favour and never sign up to @Plusnet @plusnethelp. I always used to recommend them to customers but my own experience recently has been terrible. Incompetent and for a communication company, their communication is none existent.

@TendaWifi Thanks for the reply @TendaWifi but after some more troubleshooting last night it’s not the Nova MW3s at fault, the problem is that my @Plusnet Hub One DHCP server has stopped giving out and renewing IP addresses.

@EE our broadband is down and I’ve checked all the usual suspects. Trying to contact customer support texts me from an SMS short code which @Plusnet (my phone provider) don’t support! How can I get my problem looked at/talk to a human?!

@Plusnet Morning,we think there is a problem with my father in law's phone line,it's very crackly when we ring him, not helping with his very hard of hearing!! Is there anyway we can check without having to call out an engineer as one of us would have to be with him. Thank you .

@Plusnet We are now into our 16th day of our phone and broadband outage issue. Plusnet have lied to me, called me a liar and done nothing to fix the problem, blaming @BT_Openreach for the problems and lack of progress.

Swapping internet providers - Plusnet said our service would be maintained until 11th. Woke up this morning to no wifi connection, and our new router from Now hasn't arrived yet 😭😭😭

@Plusnet We are now into our 16th day of our phone and broadband outage issue and I will be contacting OFCOM later to raise a complaint. I am reduced to using from a local co-working space at £24.00 per day which I doubt plusnet will refund.

@seancinematics Try moving to Plusnet Sean. We've had no problems with them at all and we get BT Sports cheaper with them.

Cancelled my @Plusnet now, it shops the day BT put in their UC £9.99 Broadway. To be fair Plusnet service I've had no problem with, I was offered a cheaper new upgrade but still more than a tenner with BT. I'll go back to Plusnet if things change the future #CostOfLivingCrisis

@Plusnet my internet drops connection often after midnight, this incident isnt isolated to myself as when i check downdetector many others report the spike. Surely i shouldnt be getting charged the full rate for inconsistent internet and very sub par speeds. Sort it out.
