Andy Coates (@AndyWoodturner) reported from Mutford, England@TonyNicol3 @Forest2Furnitur It's my own fault. The BB was continually dropping, and I should have dumped them years ago...but just never got around to it. The plusnet contract is 18 mnths so I'll keep on top of it from now on.

I always used to recommend them to customers but my own experience recently has been terrible. Incompetent and for a communication company, their communication is none existent.

Steve 'beyond the bounds of respectability' (@Stever_wales) reported@Plusnet i am unable to reach you on your number 03301239123 from abroad. all other UK numbers I have called tonight have been fine, so I know its not network issue my side. every one of your social media channels I try to engage with, tells me to call the number. you need to improve your AI BOT responses, or at least get the customers complaint read.
