Andy Coates (@AndyWoodturner) reported from Mutford, England@Oneshowywoman Plusnet...there's a 14 cooling off period and it's only an 18mnth contract, so if I'm not happy I can jump. And as soon as @three get their HUB in this area I'll change to that. I never use the landline anyway.

I always used to recommend them to customers but my own experience recently has been terrible. Incompetent and for a communication company, their communication is none existent.

But you get the idea :P I worked at the largest internet company where I live, know a big thing or two on how it all operates. there's probably an issue with your COAX, DSL or FIBER. going into your place. it all depends... where..

My internet connection has been really unstable the last few days; it'll have periods of being fine, and then be up and down ten times in half an hour. This obviously makes doing anything online awkward at best. Of course, the moment I call @Plusnet, it stabilises.
