@sdcbmthsch Hi Stephen, that does sound rather odd. While this isn't something we'll have much knowledge on via this support channel, I'm certain someone in our Community Forum may be interested to know about this. -Tony Plusnet Sheffield

@Plusnet Every time I try to make a phone call on my mobile I just hear beep beep beep and it goes dead. I've powered down my phone and powered it back up again, but it's the same problem. Tried wife's phone, same issue. We're both on Plusnet Mobile

@jan_skelton On the screen which shows the block, there should be a means for you to report this error to us on that page. Can you please do this, if you haven't done so already and we'll hopefully be able to correct this issue for future customers using this site? -Tony Plusnet Sheffield

@ariana_erbon @jan_skelton @Plusnet It was from my internet service provider. I was searching for radical feminist memes & the ISP popped up saying that safe search was on so I couldn't access adult content!

@Plusnet No internet for 3months, spoke with about 25 people at PlusNet spent nearly a couple of day on hold, had 3 different engineers out, then someone at PlusNet went & cancelled our contract without telling us rather than sort the issue. I’d rather speak to ANYONE else than you guys!!

@Plusnet Why am I unable to respond to "Help Assistant" messages. I've just been told my bill is going up (to an undefined amount) because you've been undercharging me... Well you've been charging me the same amount for the whole of my contract

@Plusnet My last Plusnet contract ended well over a year ago. If I take out a mobile sim, I would qualify as 'new Plusnet customer' for deals, correct? BT, Sky, Voda etc do. Quidco suggest that if I've ever had a product from you, I likely wouldn't qualify for any cashback?
