    @Plusnet you owe my Mum in law a huge apology! She has depression/anxiety so we deal with all of her admin. Have had to fight tooth and nail to try to deal with her account and still you made it impossible without her having to call you. No care for your customer’s wellbeing 🤬

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp Plusnet down 2-3 days again, I'm seeking legal advice, these cheeky sods charged me £70 for an engineer who was here less than 20 minutes and within 15 minutes of him leave no internet again, worst provider in history, please stay clear of these

    & I can see it pending for the full £200+. So I call @Plusnet again, & say I'm sorry but I don't have £200 atm & that won't debit. They're all apologies again, don't worry, they'll make sure the incorrect charges are removed & that my service won't be affected by the DD return.

    number of calls each day. Such rubbish customer service - get it sorted @Plusnet @plusnethelp - not good press for you when I have to tell so many businesses and individuals the vicarage phone number has changed - and why! Get it sorted!

    ...off my bill. Well, thank you, but I have no money because my giant mobile bill just came out. So I can't. I just have to sit here & wait for @Plusnet to work out what's wrong & call me back & hopefully fix.

    The day after the DD is returned, my service is restricted. So I call @Plusnet again. Speak to a lovely person, who says sorry, that shouldn't have happened, it looks like someone's refunded the amount instead of taking off the charge. Sends me a link to pay the £34 I actually...

    So I called @Plusnet & said I think there's been a mistake. Their customer services people are always easy to talk with, & they said yes, so sorry, that's an error, we'll get that removed & it won't come out on the directdebit. Sorted. Cut to the day before the directdebit's due

    @plusnethelp are you having issues in the Honiton, Devon area. Several households appear to be having issues with Plusnet the last few days. Can't play youtube/netflix on TV without annoying buffering!
