@Plusnet Thanks - it now appears to be working, was off for approx 1 hour (1.30-2.30) with a notification on my mobile data settings that you had turned it off (rather than just me being out of signal range). So hopefully all sorted now

@Plusnet cont ...... I was told I would receive a callback as a matter of urgency. This was at approx 9.45am & I'm still waiting. I have received an email to inform me my broadband is now live!!!! NOT without a router it's not 🤬 As a new customer I'm not at all happy 🤬🤬

@ajayjagota @GBNEWS @LloydsBank Agree. All the major banks seem as bad. I phoned Plusnet though this year... 45 mins.. Sorry our it system is down call back tomorrow. When I called back... Today we are honouring or covid hero's and support is closed! I swore quite a lot.
