  @Plusnet i am unable to reach you on your number 03301239123 from abroad. all other UK numbers I have called tonight have been fine, so I know its not network issue my side. every one of your social media channels I try to engage with, tells me to call the number. you need to improve your AI BOT responses, or at least get the customers complaint read.

  @JessfromW At least with plusnet you can speak to a nice person in the UK usually, who attempts to help, not some evil 3rd worlder who will say or do literally anything to stop you getting an open reach visit (although I've disappointingly got someone from the subcontinent,in the UK, once).

No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews.   @MrNickKnowles @SkyUK @skytv Get IPTV and a Plusnet FTTP internet connection. Don't give those parasites sky a penny, they're scum. Make sure you cancel your direct debit with them after giving them your notice as they'll keep charging you due to a 'system glitch'
