@OpenreachHelp It was reported to plusnet but because this issue with the poles was reported 5 years ago and you have done nothing about it they told me to log a complaint with you which is impossible.

All the deals I picked here include 5G, so even though you’re saving money, you’re not missing out on anything. Also pay as you go, so no contracts or credit checks. Not been able to find anything similar for EE network - Plusnet mobile is closest price rise but is 4G only
