Neil Parry (@gromit77) reported@Plusnet Been with you for years, biggest issue is "authentication errors" devices getting kicked off. Had it loads a while back, then it stopped now its happening again. If I'm not changing any setting & the errors goes away for months & then returns surely that suggests its your end?

Beccy Dresden (@dresdeb) reported@Plusnet Plus, as I keep explaining, the speed alone isn't the problem, it's the fact that in a matter of minutes it can vary from below 5Mbps to over 50! I just want, need and expect a consistent service, as I've had from all previous ISPs.

We seem to be at an impasse because I don't think it's reasonable to expect me to use a wired connection (it's not the 90s!), but you guys refuse to acknowledge there's an issue if I only use WiFi.
