@Plusnet hi, is there an outage in Bath? Our router has been out since yesterday morning, we’ve tried resetting, restarting, unplugging, turning it off for long periods of time etc etc etc. The one light is basically constantly orange/red, and the broadband light flashes red.

@Plusnet this company is an absolute disgrace. Was told if I paid the bill today they would Unrestrict my account. Instead they have closed it down and hung up on us. Leaving us with no internet or phone etc. you are disgraceful. Vulnerable people rely on me. DISGUSTING

**** my broadband... plusnet wanted to charge me over £50 for Internet access. So guess I'm gonna be using my phone's bandwidth which sucks...but much cheapness 🥲
