@Gadgetoid @Plusnet Fortunately it is not my model of router but another customer's. They used to be so much better than this, including proactively getting in touch when I found a vuln in another company's router years ago when they realised theirs might have similar firmware (it did).

@plusnethelp hello plusnet. We had an issue with our plug socket the other day but the power was working we've since had an electrician change our power socket but now our router is going down atleast +10times a day can you help with this? Been happening for about 3 days now.

If you want a new broadband supplier don’t go to @Plusnet We @MarkOneMusic & I did. We had a broadband problem in Nov 2020 & reported it. It’s now almost Feb we still have broadband issues & no landline. 3 @OpenreachHelp engineers in house, way more outside. #useless

@plusnethelp Hi Plusnet. My elderly mother is having nothing but problems trying to close her account with you after a year of shockingly bad service. She cannot chat to you online and cannot email you as these services are down. I would appreciate a call to try and sort this out

@plusnethelp Hi Plusnet, my contract came to an end yesterday, but I rang the your customer services on 21st January to say I didn’t wish to renew my contract with you. I was told there were no charges to pay, but I’m now getting emails saying I owe you money. Can you help?
