    @Plusnet making it way too difficult to cancel broadband. No option to do it online so forced to call with mad wait times to get through. Even tried their 'Additional support form' online and it just took my back to my account. Great support for vulnerable customers that 👍🏼

    Forced to change from @Plusnet to @EE last week. Phone did not work for 4 days. Now emails not working, can't send emails out. Do you seriously expect us to be paying for your non-existent service??

    @Owramgirl @bt_uk I'm considering Vodaphone if price is the main concern, Plusnet is also on that list. Zen if I decide to pay more for a company that seems more customer focused. All are cheaper than the best offer from BT.

    @Plusnet That wasn't advised & there isn't anything the chat can do seeing as they couldn't help on the phone until 8am Saturday apparently

    @Plusnet so I cancel my contract with you 6-8 weeks ago and you now take a new payment from my account today. Then I’m told it’s ok you can have it back in 30 days… wtf?
