@Plusnet I have no mobile signal, my son has EE and he has no signal either. Apparently EE have switched off a mast in our area, I suggest you get them to turn it back on or I will be looking for a new provider. Bridgnorth, Shropshire.

@Plusnet hey there, my sim card isn't working and your help system said to tweet you. It has been working for almost a year but dropped out yesterday and I can't call or text. Tried in another phone and done all the usual steps and nothing
