Good morning @Plusnet. Over the last 2 days my internet has been cutting out, sometimes for several minutes at a time. As a therapist trying to do remote work with clients the lack of an uninterrupted internet signal is proving extremely disruptive. Can you please look into this?

@sjh_987 @Plusnet Yep, same. They replaced my router, but don't think I've had one day this month where it hasn't cut out. They said they'd send an engineer but it "might end up costing £65" which I'm not paying when I'm meant to move house in the next fortnight (to a better provider also) 🙄

@Plusnet worst customer service I have ever had, failed to provide broadband, agreed to release from contract. Took a payment of £85 anyway then promised to pay it back. 8 weeks later and no refund!

@plusnethelp @Plusnet I've had DNS timeout issues all day, both WiFi and wire connected devices. I've manually changed my laptop to OpenDNS and getting great service again, but my phones etc on plusnet DNS are hobbled unless I switch to 4G. Can you check your service please?
