@Plusnet Hi. Can someone tell me why my bill is double what it’s meant to be please? My services have now been restricted as when I came to pay the site was down? The payment page seems to be down a lot or maybe I’m just picking a bad time. Can someone help please?

@Plusnet Our connection (in TN14) has dropped - router working fine but no broadband connection available - but your service status says there are no reported faults. Any ideas?

@virginmedia Well, that's great. If I said I would pay you "as soon as I can" for my broadband, how do you think you'd take that? Please arrange for a human to call me to explain why I should stay, as this is atrocious service so far after years of reliable internet from Plusnet.

Having such trouble porting some mobile number over @Plusnet, some number work but no service, others seem to be stuck in limbo. Can’t even dial these without hitting voicemail or getting number unavailable. Very poor service so far.

One of the worst customer service experiences of my life, let down massively not once but twice by @Plusnet trying to set up a straight forward account. “award winning” I think not! Utterly disappointing more like.

@EddieRobson Hi Eddie, I'm really sorry to hear you're having trouble loading up Youtube. Is this happening on multiple devices and does the same thing occur when using another internet connection, like mobile data? -Tony Plusnet Sheffield
