@Plusnet hi I’ve been on the phone over 30 minutes and all I want is a refund that you owe me for my bill as i am no longer a customer. You should have given this refund by now, but instead I’m having to chase! It’s terrible customer service.

@Plusnet Award winning service the girl Jasmin I just spoke to couldn't have sounded lesso tethered if she tried, my first day with you it's 6pm and I STILL have no I ternet, despite you cutting my existing provider off at midnight!!
