@Plusnet absolutely disgusted in the service, no urgency offered, no compensation offered and told we will have to pay for the engineer to come out Monday! Weve been without internet since Thursday morning, cant WFH and we are heavily reliant upon the internet in the lockdown! 😭

No response from @Plusnet or indeed @plusnethelp Nothing online to explain the dreadfully slow internet Tried all the tricks at our end, now need some response from our supplier Documents etc take so long to load it’s impossible to work from them

Absolutely disgusted by @plusnet chasing down payment during these financially difficult times through a debt recovery firm. I was a customer for years and because I was moving I needed to cancel our agreement. No negotiating, just threats.
