PlusNet have admitted our Internet stability is terrible, with data showing outages every day for 14 days. They closed my Support Ticket cos I'm swapping my provider in Jan to get FTTP. Wonder maybe if that's additionally to do with their terrible service....

How is getting broadband so difficult with @Plusnet it is more comical than the comedian in the advert! Service drops out, they credit the account. System sees it hasn’t received money, so issues debt letter and stops service. Then told 10 days to get service back. @MartinSLewis

@Plusnet @Plusnet I can't believe it takes so much effort to close down my monthly contract. It took me 3 minutes to sign up. Now I'm being told I can only cancel by calling a telephone number which will likely have me on hold at a cost which exceeds my monthly bill!?!?

@Plusnet I have a Hub One router but recently been having problems with it. It keeps switching on and off by itself thus interrupting the internet use Does this a couple of times a day. I have tried all your fixes Can I please have this replaced by one of your Hub Two routers
