How is getting broadband so difficult with @Plusnet it is more comical than the comedian in the advert! Service drops out, they credit the account. System sees it hasn’t received money, so issues debt letter and stops service. Then told 10 days to get service back. @MartinSLewis

PlusNet have admitted our Internet stability is terrible, with data showing outages every day for 14 days. They closed my Support Ticket cos I'm swapping my provider in Jan to get FTTP. Wonder maybe if that's additionally to do with their terrible service....

  • YawningLyon David Lyon (@YawningLyon) reported

@Documark @Plusnet @OpenreachHelp It's worth testing it with a couple of devices, including at least one smart phone. Also test the wired connection speed, as that's what Openreach are responsible for. Wifi connectivity is down to the customer's router.

  • TraceyAmass Tracey Amass 💙 (@TraceyAmass) reported

@Plusnet it is a joke that I can’t report an internet outage after 19.30. That is very poor customer care

  • jennie_grimwood Jennie Grimwood (@jennie_grimwood) reported

@Plusnet why have I been charged for phone calls I’ve never made. I don’t own a landline phone and never have… something is wrong here!

  • SueHarte Sue Harte (@SueHarte) reported

@Plusnet EE say they know there is a problem in my area with the network - calling and texting is terrible and I can't even get onto wificalling. I can't contact EE as I am a plusnet customer. SO FRUSTRATED. What is happening!

  • Plusnet Plusnet (@Plusnet) reported

@Plusnet why is the mobile signal so bad at G69 postcode? Only H at best. This is in a major city with no obstructions. Has been like this for over a week. Is there an issue with the mast?

  • Michael81992344 Me (@Michael81992344) reported

@Plusnet I migrated from John Lewis to Plusnet on 16th November 2022. Since then the Customer Operations Team, have changed the amount and length of my Tariff, 5 times ! Plus a payment was taken 10 days after I paid in advance and no one can tell me why. Nightmare! Come back BT

  • jennie_grimwood Jennie Grimwood (@jennie_grimwood) reported

@Plusnet why have I been charged for making phone calls when I don’t even own a landline and never have…

  • pitpasschris Chris Balfe (@pitpasschris) reported

@DreyfusJames @OpenreachHelp Advised yesterday that Plusnet is ending its business broadband services and aims to switch me to BT. Having suffered from BT’s pathetic ‘service’ previously, and noted your comments in terms of the lack of improvement, I shall look elsewhere.

  • MBOSS8719 MBOSS1 (@MBOSS8719) reported

@Plusnet, why are your customer services team so useless? Without internet since 21/12 & no update as to when it will be fixed despite assurances I would be updated. Still no clarity on when the issue will be resolved. "It's an MSO so nothing we can do" - not good enough!
