    How is getting broadband so difficult with @Plusnet it is more comical than the comedian in the advert! Service drops out, they credit the account. System sees it hasn’t received money, so issues debt letter and stops service. Then told 10 days to get service back. @MartinSLewis

    @Plusnet my broadband is still off. Has been since about 10am. I’ve been patient but the lack of communication and support is getting very annoying now! Trying to work from home has been near impossible. Just some honest info would be appreciated

    @btgroup - as the owner of the woeful @Plusnet - have you got any update on when I might get my internet back after a nine hour outage? Or even just a moment to acknowledge there is a problem?

    @Plusnet Thanks, but why bother to respond to me individually (albeit generically) more than 2 hours after the service had been restored? It would have been more helpful to use Twitter to keep us updated during the outage, so those who were affected could manage their time effectively.

    @Plusnet why does your engineer fault bot ask me to type “next” to book the next available appointment but then FAIL to tell me when that might be????? I have a business to run. You’re not picking up phones either. Appalling customer service

    @plusnet Seriously, your entire Sheffield team needs to step back from this insipid copy+paste response fiasco. Not only are you failing to provide any meaningful update, you are actually making it harder for us to see if the problem is ongoing or now an individual one.

    @Plusnet The connection still isn’t working properly and no way to get in touch with anyone in customer service - this is really poor service.
