  • shoddyknight Tim K | The Once and Future Skater (@shoddyknight) reported from Birmingham, England

PlusNet have admitted our Internet stability is terrible, with data showing outages every day for 14 days. They closed my Support Ticket cos I'm swapping my provider in Jan to get FTTP. Wonder maybe if that's additionally to do with their terrible service....

  • foraneasylife Richard Baily (@foraneasylife) reported from Birmingham, England

How is getting broadband so difficult with @Plusnet it is more comical than the comedian in the advert! Service drops out, they credit the account. System sees it hasn’t received money, so issues debt letter and stops service. Then told 10 days to get service back. @MartinSLewis

  • solmeister01 Neil Sollis SRB/SRH (@solmeister01) reported from Worcestershire, England

@Plusnet why is your broadband so slow absolutely terrible

  • GigglyMunchkin GigglyMunchkin (@GigglyMunchkin) reported

Anyone else having problems with PlusNet?

  • Sarah_RedMeeple Sarah (@Sarah_RedMeeple) reported

@pemlife @Plusnet LOL that sounds about right.. I actually understand service problems, they happen, but less so companies making huge profits that wash their hands of direct financial / employment impact on their customers because 'you signed the small print'.

  • pemlife Nicola (@pemlife) reported

@Sarah_RedMeeple @Plusnet Same. We got told an external engineer was needed as the issue was at the exchange box, so we wouldn't need to be here. Luckily we were in as the engineer turned up at ours. But I had to call to check as online just showed 'engineer requested' with no date/time.

  • funkaygibbo John Gibbons (@funkaygibbo) reported

@Plusnet Why can't I access the @Screwfix website ? Screwfix told me it's a known issue. I've tried a few times now over the past couple weeks. Chrome reports "DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN"

  • Jacdee2017 Jac2017 (@Jacdee2017) reported

@Plusnet Why is Plusnet not updating us on why we are not being provided with a service. They say they will provide updates but never do!

  • louiscolpitts Louis Colpitts (@louiscolpitts) reported from Fareham, England

No internet again @Plusnet! When will this be sorted, it’s starting to interrupt my job!

  • MelJPotter Mel Potter (@MelJPotter) reported from St. Ives, England

@Plusnet is anyone available to help please?

  • DOOGY43543492 DOOGY (@DOOGY43543492) reported

@Plusnet Just to make sure that the work to fix my broadband is done by 14 November as Openreach promised

  • Sarah_RedMeeple Sarah (@Sarah_RedMeeple) reported

So let's be clear here. If you work from home, run your own business, etc- don't use @Plusnet. Their small print absolves them from covering costs directly incurred as a result of them not delivering the 'no break in service' advised by their staff - 7 days and counting so far.
