How is getting broadband so difficult with @Plusnet it is more comical than the comedian in the advert! Service drops out, they credit the account. System sees it hasn’t received money, so issues debt letter and stops service. Then told 10 days to get service back. @MartinSLewis

@Plusnet Terrible service. Not had anything but problems since I signed up. And now I find out I'm not going to have any internet until next Tuesday. Ridiculous. I'm fed up with this company. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
@plusnethelp @Plusnet ordered broadband on 30th September... still waiting for activation date or any meaningful communication. Livechat not working and given up waiting on hold. Have I made a mistake?
@nyferjay @TalkTalk I had this exact same problem with them. Went on for about 3 months and they never helped. I spoke to managers, people would promise to chase it up and help and no one ever did. After arguing over the phone multiple times, we switched to plusnet. They fixed the issue in 24 hours
@plusnethelp My Mother is a new Plusnet customer. It has been 1 month since she recieved her router, which is STILL NOT working. She has tried to contact you to get help. She can't get through to speak to someone. Please get in contact so she can get her broadband working.
@Plusnet my wifi is not working & I am working from home, I am leaving to BT on monday and you seemed to have slowed my wifi to nothing explain ???? No option to DM you on twitter even tho your website says too.

@NumbersFox Vodafone are who I'm having issues with right now. However it seems to be far more of a geographical problem than an ISP problem from what I'm reading here. For example, BT and PlusNet were rock solid for me in the past.
