    @Plusnet These are AWFUL I paid for switch 13 Oct waited in 19 Oct NO SHOW then silence from them now waited FIVE HOURS while I am ill no show again. They take your money and do nothing old ill disbled upset

    @Plusnet This is exactly what I mean. I paid my bill and yet you took 100 pounds today. I don't have enough money in the bank to cover it, so your proposed solution of me remaining in credit with you ad infinitum is not a suitable solution, I don't WANT you holding onto MY money.

    @RunninOnEmptee @virginmedia Lol oh i never had issues with Plusnet. Virgin always cut off when my dad was with them. Sky does sometimes. Plusnet when i was with them. Never cut off once. Maybe its areas and number of people on network too. I duno.

    @EE Thank you but I’m not a customer, I’m with Plusnet who use your mast. The issue has been affecting the village for over a year, something relating to the mast, so i wondered if there was an update yet
