    Anyone recommend a SIM only deal with an eSim? With Plusnet at the moment good value and service but they’re a step behind EE (who they piggyback) on 5G and Esim. They are much cheaper than EE though. Sky don’t do Esim yet either. Anyone else?

    @Plusnet Left Plusnet months ago but of course they keep trying to charge me money, do they actually listen to customers or is their crm system just not working? Such s shame, very bad customer service

    @Plusnet why do you make it so difficult to cancel 30 day sim only contracts? Every other provider I've used has an option in the app, or on the website. I can't find anything like that anywhere on yours. How do I cancel??

    @Plusnet very bad service. 1 of your customers didn't realise they needed their PUK code, now lost all contacts, business & personal. Is there really nothing that can be done? Don't take a contract with @Plusnet when their customer service so unhelpful !!!

    @Plusnet is there an outage in the CF39 area? We haven't had Internet for almost 48hrs. Can't log on to your website to report it and nobody answers the phone.....

    @Plusnet for a company that puts adverts all over the TV about customer service, my Nan has been without internet for 3 weeks. 3 new routers but still nothing. Saturday she received a call from tech team who was angry at her for not being able to do what he was asking!! Shocking.

    @Plusnet Hey-- my intermittent service (messaged about last week) has returned 🙃 Our landline got a phone call and the WiFi dropped out, because your service seems to think it's 1997 I guess? Can you look into this?

    @Plusnet worst customer service I have ever experienced. Absolutely appalling and no way to get through to a manager to resolve the issue after years of terrible internet.

    @Plusnet We/I cancelled our Plusnet mobile account in June but despite contacting Plusnet and being promised refund three times still awaiting the promised refund. Glad I left now customer service leaves a lot to be desired.please sort for me
