So the engineer who was booked in today had the audacity to say that I didn’t call them up to confirm. Hello, it’s confirmed through the isp! @plusnet there’s something up when the engineers you hire give a stupid excuse like this.

@Hardennizen @Plusnet I was referring to Virgin cable TV. My broadband is with a different company so I don't lose that as well when Virgin goes down. Called not putting all your eggs in one unreliable basket.
