    @Plusnet absolutely gobsmacked how my Dad a new customer of yours has been treated. Been without Internet since the 14th of February, keep lying and not even calling him back. Absolutely amazes me the awful customer service. #poorcustomerservice #plusnet #newcustomerdontcare

    Hi @OpenreachHelp after 13 days many homes here still with no line, no mobile signal either so significant public health & safety issues. My ISP @plusnet unable to help. Please can you update & reply to DM please. Poor service.

    Just been on my @Plusnet support ticket. Again saying I have a fault. Ffs. Nothing will happen till Monday. For gods sake tell @WeAreOpenreach to cease and reprovide through cabinet 16. This pathetic now. @Plusnet reps keep saying they will take ownership, lying.

    @PLUSNET How about calling customers back when you promise to do so? My mothers phone has not worked for over a week and you guys don't seem to care. Keep promising but nothing happens. Even the "manager" does not call back when he promised to do so. #plusnet #terrible

    @Plusnet worst service ever. Port still hasn’t happened which was due on Wednesday and now told operations closed until Monday. So might happen next week .. but we won’t call you back so you can spend 40 mins on hold if you wnat an update. Wow!
