@Plusnet Actually, there is. I've just noticed that I'm getting charged more than I thought & would be on a cheaper (approx. £10/month less) deal as a new customer. What can I do about that?

@Plusnet The reason you are no longer conversing is because your response is incorrect – you probably know that now. Plusnet suspend pre-paid services if they do not always have access to your bank account. Plusnet customer services reps lie rather than solving issues in an honest manner.

@Plusnet we have not had mobile phone service since Monday. Why? When is it coming back? Why no obvious info on your website?

@UswitchUK @Plusnet Tarnishing your brand with appalling customer service which you reward with your customer service awards.

Hey @Plusnet My fibre router is about 6 years old and now sad, slow and unreliable. (Happens to the best of us) I'm still in contract as I started a new one just under 2 years ago. What's the process please? UN: litwardle
