    @Plusnet No your not at all, you keep people hanging on the phone for over 1/2 hour then pass from pillar to post. Your service is atrocious

    @plusnethelp reaching the end of my tether. Simply need email re-activating but customer service phoneline seems unable to make this happen despite multiple calls. What is the problem please? Maybe @BBCWatchdog can find out? #plusnet #plusnethelp

    @Plusnet BAD services. Switched provider as promised better services by you. You promised come in, the minute my provider stops. Chasing you 4 two days after my provider stoped. When you finally answered you said your engineer informed you, i can only get wifi in 4 weeks time

    @plusnet calling again on another number and still holding with the worst music ever! Your company is terrible at sorting out issues, once you have your customers money you really dont care

    @plusnethelp Hi - my broadband is due to be connected at midnight tonight and had an email saying my question closed and order cancelled as I no longer want to be with Plusnet! No idea what's going on. I need my WiFi set up as planned. Can someone help please?

    @Plusnet you call me at 830am regarding charging me £130 to leave because YOU could not provide the internet for me but you fail to deal with all my queries. Your customer service is atrocious

    @Plusnet Dear Plusnet, I’m moving my place and unfortunately I don’t have access to my old email which was used to register to your broadband service. I cannot get into my old email and therefore I cannot get user name and password to my plusnet accout. What is the solution?
