AS (@sarru001) reportedHi @Plusnet, I mistook my contract day expiry as 14th April and logged in today to renew. Unfortunately it expired on 10th April. Could you please renew my previous contract or Cancel if it is not possible. I am currently out of UK and hence could not reach out to you over phone
