@Plusnet once again let down with a home broadband move, to top it off the communication is nonexistent and have to chase for updates but never get any. Another day wasted, gone downhill since being part of @BTGroup #poorservice #joke #broadband

Really pissed off with @Plusnet right now! I've been having issues with my broadband for over a week and was told it was resolved. Now on my last day I'm unable to say goodbye to colleagues due to no Internet! 🤬😡

I managed to get through to plusnet customer service - the transfer will now happen on the 30th But they'd sent me emails that haven't arrived (he failed to get one through while I was on the phone - except via the John Lewis account) and don't know why for that either *frets*

@Plusnet No internet for 15 days now. Plusnet keep giving us dates for repairs then missing deadlines. They blame Openreach and say nothing they can do. Terrible customer service.

Our new @virginmedia WiFi has already stopped working. It has only been in for 7 hours. I cannot find help anywhere online. So far, I think I should have remained with @Plusnet. #Internet #WiFi #usingdatacoswifiisbroken

@MoneySavingExp Remember that these MVNOs may not have access to all frequencies and facilities from the main network. Worth checking before switching. For instance EE supports 2G voice for wider coverage, and WiFi Calling. Plusnet does not so where I live they would not be suitable.
