  @Plusnet I'm a new broadband customer effective yesterday having left EE. Your service supposedly faster 900 seems slow and glitchy. Is this the new norm do I need an engineer to call rd to check set up? I've messaged your tech bot guys and awaiting there response. Unimpressed.

  @EE Hi, please can someone respond to my complaint sent yesterday morning, urgently! My Mum has been without a landline for two weeks, due to move from Plusnet. My Dad is in a home with Alzheimer’s & she has to keep topping up her mobile to stay in contact. Causing huge stress!

  @BasilTheGreat It's worse, if you have BT, EE, or Plusnet broadband with their router, part of YOUR bandwidth & electricity is used to help provide THEIR public WiFi network. (It's hidden in the Ts & Cs but you can opt out in your account settings)

  @Benleo Damn those half-Spanish-owned companies, eh? Why not go with a good solid British-owned broadband provider like Zen Internet, Plusnet or Andrews & Arnold or even good old BT! It seems a classic case of “do as I say, not as I do” — preaching economic nationalism while happily relying on foreign-owned services to **** up your broadband !
