@Plusnet once again let down with a home broadband move, to top it off the communication is nonexistent and have to chase for updates but never get any. Another day wasted, gone downhill since being part of @BTGroup #poorservice #joke #broadband

Stream cancelled tonight because, guess what?!, my Wi-Fi cut out - despite being assured 2 weeks ago that it had been repaired! I've finally had enough @Plusnet and I'll be switching providers at the earliest possible opportunity

@MillieWiller If you’re going with BT, try Plusnet, it’s a BT company, but often a lot cheaper, plusnet always top of the customer service surveys too.

@Plusnet I won't be available at all for the next few days so I'll get in touch with timeslots when I am free so I don't miss any appointments and if the issue persists. I'll just have to use my mobile data for now. Just an FYI I also replaced the micro filter which didn't resolve it.

@Plusnet hi, my wifi connection is horrible for the past week. The download can went from 10mbps to 1 mbps within minutes. The upload speed never passed 1mbps. How to solve this?

@Plusnet Big thumbs up to Plusnet. They sent an engineer, nice man, found and fixed the problem. More to do with (old) existing telephone line point. 2 weeks on, NIL dropouts.
