@Plusnet The activation went through about 12 hours later, even though I was quoted two hours. So nothing to do on that now. But aren’t you going to respond regarding the awful service I got on the phone?

Told @Plusnet Broadband that I'm leaving them for @VodafoneUK last week. Please tell me why I've suddenly got connection issues that are now unbearable today. Can't even stay connected for longer than 20mins at a time.

@Plusnet I have been out of service since 17 November, I have been told that it is an outage but I am receiving no help. This was meant to be a 3 day outage but no help has been provided. Urgently need a resolution, the service is unacceptable and making me want to cancel!

Seriously @Plusnet. Can you sort out a internet service that doesn’t go down multiple times a year. Not like me or my wife need the internet to work or anything. Or is poor quality service your brand now?

@Plusnet it’s been 7 weeks since I told you about my house move. Last week my router started intermittently working (7mbps download & 0.8 upload). Today you debited my account for a service I cannot use. I’m bored of calling everyday with no resolve. I don’t trust your service 1/

@Plusnet @plusnethelp I am asking you to be proactive and reach out to a customer who has had to consistently (almost daily) chase you for 6 weeks to ensure you are delivering a service I am paying for (which you are not). 3/
