@Plusnet once again let down with a home broadband move, to top it off the communication is nonexistent and have to chase for updates but never get any. Another day wasted, gone downhill since being part of @BTGroup #poorservice #joke #broadband

@plusnethelp A joke to give £10 for elderly people as faulty line. What are elderly suppose to do know, cannot go out as of Corona, watching tv all day is boring as rubbish on tv. Plusnet is terrible waited just over 30mins on phone just to hold

@Plusnet Doesn't work. My rent and council tax are 50%. The remaining bills/food takes up 40-45% so lucky if I have £100 for the month after bills and food are taken care of. Oh and I work full time 40hrs a week

Multiple missed dates of completion (told it’ll be fixed 9pm that day 3 times) to be then told Friday 19th 9pm latest. That has been and gone with no service. To be fair plusnet can only work with what they’ve got but every agent telling me an outage of this length is unheard of.

What do you mean plusnet don't provide my car radio? Who does? @BorisJohnson @GCHQ ? I fixed my fast start up in windows 10 probs BTW @BillGates p.s. windows mail sucks. Graah. Something went wrong ... Its your new book bill.

@turkishtabs @Plusnet @WeAreOpenreach they have left my 81 year old mum without internet for months refuse to send a engineer and instead expect her to deal with their broken tech, bloody disgraceful service

@Plusnet So I rang to have plus net installed ( I am moving into a new build with bt line installed ) but was told I have to pay £49 for installation when it should he free! Loss of a committed customer 😕
