    @Plusnet I was tricked into a 2 year contract. Was quoted 26.99 after a negotiation and month later went up to 29.50. Said was in contract! Even though negotiated over phone. Have tried complaining but no resolution.

    @Plusnet can you please look into my Internet connection cod it's actually awful. Constantly cutting out and not accessible in every room. Why do I pay for a subpar service because its been ongoing for a while. Regret renewing a contract that is shoddy

    Recently moved. Cancelled my broadband with #plusnet. If you don’t pay up the contract in 14 days, your account sent to collection agency. No discussion available, no chance of a discount. £140 to terminate…..

    Hello @Plusnet, why do you disallow texting to short form numbers? So many emergency services and utilities use them. Today it was @UKPowerNetworks and again I was unable to make contact when I needed to.

    @Plusnet Hi, I signed up to Plusnet when they were offering a cashback of £75. T&Cs state I should have received an email to claim the £75 cashback after my service went live, that was on 4July 2022 and still not received an email?
