@Plusnet The activation went through about 12 hours later, even though I was quoted two hours. So nothing to do on that now. But aren’t you going to respond regarding the awful service I got on the phone?

Seriously @Plusnet. Can you sort out a internet service that doesn’t go down multiple times a year. Not like me or my wife need the internet to work or anything. Or is poor quality service your brand now?

  • davidrsim David Sim 🕊️ (@davidrsim) reported

Yet another @Plusnet customer here with a mobile number that has been ported but no SIM card. Brilliant.

  • dave_lakes Dave (@dave_lakes) reported

@Plusnet @YorkshireTea Do you have award winning customer service because there’s no way to complain?

  • Casarlach Seònaid Lafferty (@Casarlach) reported

@Plusnet it’s been 7 weeks since I told you about my house move. Last week my router started intermittently working (7mbps download & 0.8 upload). Today you debited my account for a service I cannot use. I’m bored of calling everyday with no resolve. I don’t trust in your service

  • N4HM3D N4HM3D (@N4HM3D) reported

I've never been through a relationship breakup, so I ask is this what a breakup is like? @Plusnet giving out toxic vibes because I want to leave them for @VodafoneUK...

  • ZuluFoxtrot7 ZuluFoxtrot (@ZuluFoxtrot7) reported

@Plusnet Question is, do we change supplier, or are you going to pull your fingers out and sort the problem?

  • PopPopSprocker 🐶🐾 (@PopPopSprocker) reported

@Plusnet absolutely shocking internet service. The amount of outages I’ve had over the last week is unacceptable. #cancelllingcontract #wfh

  • omagnon1986 Omagnon (@omagnon1986) reported

@virginmedia Will you atnotify twitter when the phonelines are back so I can speak to a member of your team about looking to cancel my service. Because I cant work from home where the service just keeps dropping. For what I pay I could get plusnet or Vodafone for about £20 cheaper
