@ThreeWordsWork @Peston @Meish52 Ofcom the same. Plusnet are signed to the voluntary service agreement which will never ever pay. Let me know if you know otherwise. Left us without usable internet for weeks and loads of missed appointments. Scammers all of them.

@maddoodleK8 @jeremyiwhite @whippletom VM did that for me. I said I NEVER watch their TV so I was leaving. I said as a pensioner I couldn’t afford them any more and was moving to Plusnet. Funny they cut my BB only price and it’s not only cheaper but better! So VM 👍

@QuietstormJay @Plusnet interesting i've joined @Plusnet and have the same problem, also been waiting on phone for nearly 1 hour to talk to a human. What was the problem with the orange light?
