    @BBCBenThompson actually spoke with @Plusnet yesterday as I was out of contact paying over the odds asked if I could have the "new customer" deal was basically told no even though I have been a customer for many years. So I've cancelled for a cheaper deal. #nodiscountforloyalty

    I managed to get through to plusnet customer service - the transfer will now happen on the 30th But they'd sent me emails that haven't arrived (he failed to get one through while I was on the phone - except via the John Lewis account) and don't know why for that either *frets*

    @Plusnet vulnerable elderly Mother in law's broadband down for 40 days, f-o-r-t-y daaays. This was back in August. You have since confirmed that through the compensation scheme she is due £377.94, confirmed on the 21st of November. Still no sign of the cheque. #Shambles

    @simonbg12 @JohnLewisRetail @Plusnet Too be honest Simon, they’ve just charged me £218 for 4 months left on my contract, cancellation fee as I’m jumping ship to BT. My monthly bill is £31 which I questioned with JL but I was assured I’m not being overcharged! I reckon i am and can’t wait to go after loyal service!

    Really pissed off with @Plusnet right now! I've been having issues with my broadband for over a week and was told it was resolved. Now on my last day I'm unable to say goodbye to colleagues due to no Internet! 🤬😡

    @Plusnet there's an outstanding account on my credit file for £50 but I've never had Plusnet I've always had @VodafoneUK 17yrs and more recently @O2 as Vodafone got to Greedy can you advise ??

    @Plusnet This was many days ago. Never even got to connecting services because of all the delays that Plusnet didn't bother informing me of. Finally got through after over an hour wait and cancelled everything.
