@BBCBenThompson actually spoke with @Plusnet yesterday as I was out of contact paying over the odds asked if I could have the "new customer" deal was basically told no even though I have been a customer for many years. So I've cancelled for a cheaper deal. #nodiscountforloyalty

@Plusnet Can you help me? Your support are useless all they can tell me is that my speeds are below minimum for my contract and that it’s up to me to pay for the engineer to fix it?

  • Miss_Faulkner18 Miss_F (@Miss_Faulkner18) reported

@plusnethelp I'm still waiting for my refund its disgusting. I would warn everyone off using plusnet. All I have had is bad experiences and them not returning my money after zero service.

@bt_uk Plusnet, I know who owns them but obviously convention is I must go through them. Not the network owner where the issue is. I have posted to their forum including the details of past MP & savidjavid interactions. Hopefully, as before, this helps BTw or BTo "find" the real fault.

  • frank10743117 frank (@frank10743117) reported

@plusnethelp How is it acceptable for businesses to have a 72 hour service turnaround #plusnet

  • RussellMoores1 The NWRA🔰 (@RussellMoores1) reported

@TollingtonLTN @Kitrhodes @Nigel_Farage So how many people would have to lose their jobs in all this? Certainly not bt workers, but how about virgin, o2, plusnet, talk talk. And who pays for all the court cases? Free at the point of service is a Labour buzz statement. It's nonsense.

  • drlargepants Seán Connolly (@drlargepants) reported

@silentbazz Same network as plusnet then

  • Anna30566420 Anna (@Anna30566420) reported

@Plusnet Stay connected? Shame you haven’t helped us stay connected since end of November- how much do you think it has cost me in mobile data? With a baby to provide for also I’m a very unhappy customer going to take my business elsewhere

  • GMGardnerITV Grace Melody-Gardner (@GMGardnerITV) reported

Hi @Plusnet @plusnethelp, I was told by your team that someone from your complaints resolution dept would be contacting me following the poor handling of my service move. This was two weeks ago. When can I expect this discussion please?
