So I've cancelled for a cheaper deal. #nodiscountforloyalty

I am forced to be your customer because when I try and get a PAC number, it says I have to pay an exit penalty I never agreed to. I believe I should not have to be held to that in these circumstances.

Starting to happen every night my box tunes out and flashes orange and then when I checked my bill I'm charged more. Not happy.
