@BBCBenThompson actually spoke with @Plusnet yesterday as I was out of contact paying over the odds asked if I could have the "new customer" deal was basically told no even though I have been a customer for many years. So I've cancelled for a cheaper deal. #nodiscountforloyalty

@Plusnet absolutely beyond disappointed switching to you. Broadband is shocking but stuck in contract. Switched mobile SIM too with the deal stating I'd get a reward card that's never arrived despite me chasing it with customer service. 10/10 do not recommend

@Leslemcee @Plusnet Having the exact same problem, one week no service , seem stuck between my new and old number after porting. Customer service useless, just fobbed off with were working on it but don't know when it will be fixed. Luckily on a 30 day contract so be cancelling soon. Awful

@MsEmmaChaplin @Plusnet I'm with @OriginBroadband - very few issues and good service when setting up (real humans!). Strong signal on all floors (including attic room) and in courtyard garden. No need for separate phone line which appealed to me.

@Plusnet @cool_papillon1 is the account owner, and she contacted you about this before. Despite frequently claiming you were doing things to resolve it, including splitting it up into a '5GHz' network, none of your actions have made the slightest different, and it's really not good enough

Been without a working phone now since Friday, due to issues moving my old number over to @Plusnet. Been trying to call customer support all week, but with little luck. One advisor just hung up on me instead of putting me on hold. When is this going to get sorted out PLEASE
