So I've cancelled for a cheaper deal. #nodiscountforloyalty

Neil Johnstone (@jigthejock) reported@EE @cARacTac Not since dial up have i had such poor boadband. I was pushed to ee from plusnet and it is terrible. Six times this evening i have had bufferring and my hub shut down entirely. I have Virgin Broadband at the bottom of my garden. In the meantime you can refund my payments.

Neil Skinner (@Randomizerbot) reported@evsmiles @TeslaFamilyYT @Starlink Well you would have the same problem with starlink. Plus way slow upload speeds and much worse ping. Plusnet 1Gig fibre here connected into a Deco BE65 mesh and I get up to the advertised speed through the house on WiFi.

DWR85 (@DWRobbo85) reported@Plusnet No that's just it, I've recently renewed at got sold my latest deal which was only a little less that what I was originally paying. Why offer me a deal that's significantly worse than your most expensive when I'm getting a lot less for my money.. Terrible service.
