@BBCBenThompson actually spoke with @Plusnet yesterday as I was out of contact paying over the odds asked if I could have the "new customer" deal was basically told no even though I have been a customer for many years. So I've cancelled for a cheaper deal. #nodiscountforloyalty

@Plusnet hi. Are you doing fibre to the door? We have just had fibre installed on our street. The phone line broadband is poor do now want to use the fibre network.

@swiftness2009 @Plusnet I feel your pain, for a communications company they fall down at the first hurdle everytime. You have to jump through hoops and just end up treading water. This is the worst company by far in my past 17 years at my address, eat my dust @plusnet I'm off.

@TrooliFibre now why would you traffic shape your competition? i cant sign up to plusnet on trooli wifi. switch to 4g and takes seconds. sorry you dont cover my new house. bad practice
