So I've cancelled for a cheaper deal. #nodiscountforloyalty

    (@BW400CN) reported@Markgsparrow I doubt it would solve your problem, but I changed ISP from BT to PlusNet and my upload/download speeds trebled. The change also halved my monthly cost. PlusNet charge only £25.99 a month including phone line rental. Ironically, PlusNet is owned by BT.

I'm a new client, with no internet speed as promised, advised by your team to buy a private router (only works by cable), and just now a member of costumer service denied to provide his details/ended the call on me
