    @BBCBenThompson actually spoke with @Plusnet yesterday as I was out of contact paying over the odds asked if I could have the "new customer" deal was basically told no even though I have been a customer for many years. So I've cancelled for a cheaper deal. #nodiscountforloyalty

    @Plusnet Maybe instead you could reconnect my broadband that you and #bt have managed to disconnect between you. If it wasn’t enough to cope with a bereavement we how can’t work because no broadband. Shocking inept service

    @Chamnesia @TalkTalk I’ve, actually, not had many issues myself Been with them for years The thing that’s pissing me off is, they have no UK call centres All in India & the language barrier is an issue All I’ll say is, do NOT go plusnet They over charge you all the time, Sky are **** also

    @Plusnet WiFi really slow yet again yesterday and today have reported this previously followed instructions to change wireless channel online which helped for a while but now as bad as ever !!

    @Plusnet and #BT have screwed up our broadband. Cancelled the landline account due to bereavement and the broadband account cancelled too. Working from home now impossible - surely we don’t have to wait 7 working days for reconnection when it’s not our fault! Shocking service
