@BBCBenThompson actually spoke with @Plusnet yesterday as I was out of contact paying over the odds asked if I could have the "new customer" deal was basically told no even though I have been a customer for many years. So I've cancelled for a cheaper deal. #nodiscountforloyalty

  • GraemeCoates Graeme Coates (@GraemeCoates) reported from Oxfordshire, England

@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

@Plusnet Are you sure about your “Award winning customer service”. If true the competition must’ve been pretty awful or non existent.

  • CharineJohn Charine John (@CharineJohn) reported from Camden Town, England

@Plusnet just had the misfortune of speaking to the most sarcastic, patronising person I’ve had the bad luck to speak to in years. His parting shot was that all complaints about him must be directed to him! How else can I contact yr complaints dept please?

Having ruled everything else out now, this seems to be an issue with @Plusnet; any clarification on why @google services aren't peering correctly (and judging by the help forum, not for the first time), guys?

@Plusnet Hi. Turns out I figured out what the problem is - Your website doesn't login under Firefox. It works fine on Microsoft Edge. Not really sure what you can do about that...

  • BridgeeCee Bridget Chapman (@BridgeeCee) reported

DAY FIFTEEN of no @Plusnet broadband. The promised router hasn't arrived. Manager who promised to update me hasn't. I work remotely. This is impacting on my ability to earn a living. For god's sake Plusnet either fix it or let me take complaint to @Ofcom. This is beyond a joke.
