  • CllrWarrenWhyte Warren Whyte (@CllrWarrenWhyte) reported from Buckingham, England

Darn. So fed up with our @Plusnet broadband I was looking forward to changing supplier next month so imagine my disappointment when I realise I signed up for a 18 month contract. The modem is pathetic (and noisy) and wifi quality is shockingly bad.

  • GraemeCoates Graeme Coates (@GraemeCoates) reported from Oxfordshire, England

@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

  • aohereng Association of Heritage Engineers AOHE (@aohereng) reported from Chalgrove, England

    @TheEddChina @adam_crowton @blackpoolstig @Plusnet @plusnethelp Top customer service according to the ad🙄

@Chanlouise94 Hi Chantelle, thanks for getting in touch. For any faults, should the issue last longer than 2 working days after the issue was raised to us; then a credit will be applied to your account to go against your next bill. -Tony Plusnet Sheffield

@Plusnet Just given an invite to renew my internet package via a renewal deal..Brilliant.However there appeared to be a display/programming issue on the page when using an iPad 2 mini. I could not enter or see the continue button,After filling in my details.

@ThreeUKSupport Think you should know the issues with ringing landlines isn’t just with Talktalk. I can’t ring my Plusnet landline. (I’m in West Wales SA31)

  • HarbourAdam A742321 (@HarbourAdam) reported

I used to think @Plusnet were the best customer service provider ever…. On how thing change. Account details online are wrong, tec support don’t know the basics. You can’t raise a fault from your account or even access a exist fault. And nobody answers the phone .

  • Plusnet Plusnet (@Plusnet) reported

@smh85 If you can try these changes for the next 24/48 hours and let us know if you're still having any issues; we'll see what additional support we can provide should you need it. -Tony Plusnet Sheffield

  • AMLeditorial AMLeditorial (@AMLeditorial) reported

@ChadWeather @virginmedia We've got plusnet; they have real people in their customer service team. From Yorkshire, which is not that far away.

  • tamikonatsu Amy Duffield (@tamikonatsu) reported

@Plusnet Previous notes from the two engineers that came over might help with more information on what was done etc.

  • Plusnet Plusnet (@Plusnet) reported

@Amanda_1979Xx Hi Amanda, thanks for getting in touch and I'm sorry you're having issues with your connection. From testing your line, while we're showing no external faults; I can see a high number of disconnections over the past few days. -Tony Plusnet Sheffield

  • Plusnet Plusnet (@Plusnet) reported

@tamikonatsu Thank you for confirming that. As that's the case, it's unlikely that the fault lies with your internal wiring or equipment. Please let me know if you continue to have connection problems as we can arrange another engineer visit if so. Regards, Emily Plusnet Leeds 🌞

  • tamikonatsu Amy Duffield (@tamikonatsu) reported

@Plusnet Only thing I can't do is check phone as I've never had a landline phone due to no need for it. Router has always been plugged into the master socket (it's only around 5ft from master socket to my PC).
