@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

@Plusnet Hello since yesterday I've not been able to make and phone calls period . Network busy message or just a beep then drop call. This is the same on my daughter's phone and my wife's as we are all on Plusnet. I would like to know what's going on as I am unable to call them.

@dotwaffle @Plusnet Well this is what I'm trying to work out. I'm seeing problems on certain routes and even random DNS dropouts, but both my WiFi and router seem fine. The only thing I have is that throttling, which I didn't see earlier in the week, but as pointed out there's no loss after that hop

@kristianvanders @Plusnet That's fine, most routers are ICMP rate limited. So long as your destination isn't seeing any packet loss, there's no problem to report.
