Still absolute shocking WiFi speeds and customer service non-existent from #plusnet @plusnet don’t return calls exit fee when service not right from day 2. Useless and can not understand how they exist. Ombudsman next I think.

@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

@Dee_WkdCreative @DIFTK We’re with @Plusnet and honestly, just haven’t had it in me to kick arse today. Apparently there’s an issue with the earth cable?! Glad you’re ok!

Darn. So fed up with our @Plusnet broadband I was looking forward to changing supplier next month so imagine my disappointment when I realise I signed up for a 18 month contract. The modem is pathetic (and noisy) and wifi quality is shockingly bad.

As @Plusnet is down again (that very much won't do) we're rediscovering the magic of DVDs this evening. I do hope they figure it out by tomorrow. I have a LOT of work to do.
-
Edward Lui (@edwardlui) reported from Milton Keynes, England
@Plusnet is there a cancellation period? I’m out of contract for the last 2 years plus. Or what do I do to cancel as I’ve switched services but technically not as I wasn’t asked if I was leaving an old broadband service for new.

@plusnethelp Thanks for NOT letting my part-sighted 80 year old mother keep her email address. Your agent said he was filling out a form to request it be kept, but someone decided she was not worthy enough. So Plusnet should be hanging it’s head in shame. Poor service

Sarah-jayne Gilbert (@gilby1985) reported
@Plusnet no internet for 4 weeks due to you disconnecting us. You are still taking our money but cannot resolve the issue! Absolutely abysmal! We are about to loose our jobs as we work from home!
-
THOMAS (@IllSupremus) reported
here’s the kicker. plusnet uses the ee network. like... i get more bang for my buck and lose absolutely nothing.

@plusnethelp Hi Plusnet, my parents are having issue with the speed of their account at the moment, they can't even surf the web. Could you help?
-
Ruth Wells (@Ruthmw) reported
Anyone else have real problems with @Plusnet @plusnethelp internet? We’ve switched wireless channels so many times to try & get a decent internet speed. Now zilch internet.
-
Sarah-jayne Gilbert (@gilby1985) reported
@Plusnet @plusnethelp 1) you disconnected us instead of upgrading our package and now we have been left with no internet connection for 4 weeks and counting. No one will take responsibility for the issue! An issue that you created! We work from home and depend on the internet for work.
-
Golfer (@Beltonparkgolf) reported
@Plusnet @plusnethelp Now a full day after our new broadband supply should have been up and running. No email, no text, no nothing. Not a great start to our journey together. A great example of bad customer service. Here's hoping 'the only way is up' 🎤🎶

Andy O'Brien (@golferaob) reported
I advise everybody do not use @Plusnet dire customer service. #incompetent

Sarah-jayne Gilbert (@gilby1985) reported
@Plusnet @plusnethelp We work from home and depend on the internet for work and for the children to complete school work. And you are still charging us for a service you cannot provide! One day you tell us you will pay for any data we have to buy to ensure we can still work and the next you retract.
