Darn. So fed up with our @Plusnet broadband I was looking forward to changing supplier next month so imagine my disappointment when I realise I signed up for a 18 month contract. The modem is pathetic (and noisy) and wifi quality is shockingly bad.

Graeme Coates (@GraemeCoates) reported from Oxfordshire, England
@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

Still absolute shocking WiFi speeds and customer service non-existent from #plusnet @plusnet don’t return calls exit fee when service not right from day 2. Useless and can not understand how they exist. Ombudsman next I think.

@Plusnet You guys really need to spice up your adverts on TV. You have used the same guy in your adverts Craig Murray for what like 20 years? Your adverts make it feel like he's your only customer. You need to change up your advertising with something fresh and new...

Rachael Parkman (@RachaelParkman) reported
@Plusnet It’s the same old problem. Unreliable and it’s not our router.

@Plusnet I use wired ethernet for my Network Drive and desktop computer, but it helps a lot that my phone-line master socket, modem, and computer are close together. Not every place I have lived has that advantage.

Alix Traynor (@AlixTraynor2) reported
@Plusnet Why no update re no mobile signal? Can't make calls. You need to do something and let users know. We can't email as you have no email address, can't call so we're stuck. GU27 area.
