Darn. So fed up with our @Plusnet broadband I was looking forward to changing supplier next month so imagine my disappointment when I realise I signed up for a 18 month contract. The modem is pathetic (and noisy) and wifi quality is shockingly bad.

  • GraemeCoates Graeme Coates (@GraemeCoates) reported from Oxfordshire, England

@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

  • GlennMillward G (@GlennMillward) reported from Milton Keynes, England

Still absolute shocking WiFi speeds and customer service non-existent from #plusnet @plusnet don’t return calls exit fee when service not right from day 2. Useless and can not understand how they exist. Ombudsman next I think.

  • GlennMillward G (@GlennMillward) reported from Milton Keynes, England

Avoid Plusnet like the plague. Awful customer service.

@Plusnet are there issues in the GU27 area? No mobile signal for the 2nd day running.

  • Plusnet Plusnet (@Plusnet) reported

@ailsabcd To let us know about cancelling, you'll need to speak to our Retentions Team who are available on 0800 432 0200 and choose option 1, 5, 3. Or you can call the direct line for Customer Option Team on 0800 013 2632 and choose option 3 then 5. - Curtis, Plusnet Sheffield 4/4

@Plusnet You guys really need to spice up your adverts on TV. You have used the same guy in your adverts Craig Murray for what like 20 years? Your adverts make it feel like he's your only customer. You need to change up your advertising with something fresh and new...

  • RachaelParkman Rachael Parkman (@RachaelParkman) reported

@Plusnet It’s the same old problem. Unreliable and it’s not our router.

  • WolfBaginski Wolf Baginski💙 (@WolfBaginski) reported

@Plusnet I use wired ethernet for my Network Drive and desktop computer, but it helps a lot that my phone-line master socket, modem, and computer are close together. Not every place I have lived has that advantage.

  • AlixTraynor2 Alix Traynor (@AlixTraynor2) reported

@Plusnet Why no update re no mobile signal? Can't make calls. You need to do something and let users know. We can't email as you have no email address, can't call so we're stuck. GU27 area.

  • ailsabcd ailsa (@ailsabcd) reported

@Plusnet hi, my contract has ended and I'm looking to move to a new provider. Do I need to contact you to cancel or will my new provider do this?

  • Plusnet Plusnet (@Plusnet) reported
