@Dee_WkdCreative @DIFTK We’re with @Plusnet and honestly, just haven’t had it in me to kick arse today. Apparently there’s an issue with the earth cable?! Glad you’re ok!

  • GraemeCoates Graeme Coates (@GraemeCoates) reported from Oxfordshire, England

@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

  • GlennMillward G (@GlennMillward) reported from Milton Keynes, England

Still absolute shocking WiFi speeds and customer service non-existent from #plusnet @plusnet don’t return calls exit fee when service not right from day 2. Useless and can not understand how they exist. Ombudsman next I think.

  • CllrWarrenWhyte Warren Whyte (@CllrWarrenWhyte) reported from Buckingham, England

Darn. So fed up with our @Plusnet broadband I was looking forward to changing supplier next month so imagine my disappointment when I realise I signed up for a 18 month contract. The modem is pathetic (and noisy) and wifi quality is shockingly bad.

  • GlennMillward G (@GlennMillward) reported from Milton Keynes, England

Avoid Plusnet like the plague. Awful customer service.

  • James54359785 James (@James54359785) reported from Milton Keynes, England

@Plusnet Any issues in MK3, your web just won't connect.

  • edwardlui Edward Lui (@edwardlui) reported from Milton Keynes, England

@Plusnet is there a cancellation period? I’m out of contract for the last 2 years plus. Or what do I do to cancel as I’ve switched services but technically not as I wasn’t asked if I was leaving an old broadband service for new.

  • MattJamesDeacon Matt Deacon (@MattJamesDeacon) reported from Shepshed, England

Our @Plusnet WiFi has been so poor since we renewed. It can barely hold two IPhones on the WiFi, never mind both laptops for work 👎🏻

  • GailBrodie2 Gail Brodie (@GailBrodie2) reported

@Plusnet Thanks. No signal again today.

  • G6JPG_ jpeg. Let's have 𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒑𝒐𝒓𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔 in news! (@G6JPG_) reported

@wenlockhouse @HelenNotArcher He works for PlusNet now: he's actually about the only member of the customer response team there that ever gets anything done (he's more on the engineering side).

  • owenblacker Owen Blacker (@owenblacker) reported

@Plusnet Thanks Emily. It seems to be, though it's been come until this morning, so we had thought the new hub had fixed the wifi issues. Today though both my laptop and phone have been falling off the Internet several times

  • Play_Ruff 🏳️‍🌈Dean Ashford🏳️‍🌈 (@Play_Ruff) reported

@Plusnet We pay for 36Mbps (fastest our property can get unfortunately), with a minimum guarantee of 20Mbps, but we're often down at 8-16, or in bad spots at 1-3, and they just tell us its wifi. Contract or not, Ofcom Broadband Speed Code of Practice lets us leave if this continues.

  • lyorkie74 andy (@lyorkie74) reported

@Plusnet My WiFi hasn’t worked since I took out the contract. It’s not really been an issue as I only use to hard wire it but now I’m using WiFi it’s unusable

  • anewethics A New Ethics (@anewethics) reported

@Plusnet Can you tell me how your compensation scheme works? Another day with no broadband, while trying to work from home. Diabolically bad service so far.
