    Still absolute shocking WiFi speeds and customer service non-existent from #plusnet @plusnet don’t return calls exit fee when service not right from day 2. Useless and can not understand how they exist. Ombudsman next I think.

    @Plusnet is there a cancellation period? I’m out of contract for the last 2 years plus. Or what do I do to cancel as I’ve switched services but technically not as I wasn’t asked if I was leaving an old broadband service for new.

    Darn. So fed up with our @Plusnet broadband I was looking forward to changing supplier next month so imagine my disappointment when I realise I signed up for a 18 month contract. The modem is pathetic (and noisy) and wifi quality is shockingly bad.

I spent 2 hours on the phone Wednesday - all of which is my precious time, trying to get this sorted. One could seem to help me and a support question was opened - which is now being ignored.

    @Plusnet Username: kindpeter: DO NOT CANCEL OUR PLUSNET WIFI!!! WE HAVE NOT ASKED TO CANCEL. got your email to say our ac will be stopped from midnight. PLEASE DON'T. This happened once before and we had no wifi + it took ages to open a new account.

    @SandraToFriends I signed up with them when I came home fae Cyprus. Nightmare! The engineer never showed up and trying to get through was awful 😖 I've been with PlusNet for 7yrs and touch wood no issues x

    @HannahAlOthman BT retail itself is absolutely awful. Plusnet is their subsidiary for people who want good service at sensible price. The legacy BT retail is pitched to people who want to pay more for poor service that's got the BT brand attached to it.

    @Plusnet hi plusnet I cancelled my broadband (was end of contract) and it was confirmed on email and on phone no cancellation charges. Received email last week saying I owe £6.84 in charges and if not received in 14 days,bailiffs. I have messaged the team, no response please help
