    @SkyUK I switched to you for my broadband ~10days ago. Since then, internet is cutting out every 30mins or so. This never ever happened the prior year with Plusnet. Please fix! I cannot do my job with this connection.

    Still absolute shocking WiFi speeds and customer service non-existent from #plusnet @plusnet don’t return calls exit fee when service not right from day 2. Useless and can not understand how they exist. Ombudsman next I think.

    @Plusnet is there a cancellation period? I’m out of contract for the last 2 years plus. Or what do I do to cancel as I’ve switched services but technically not as I wasn’t asked if I was leaving an old broadband service for new.

    @TafftheVoice @Plusnet Trouble is, they’re the fastest in the UK. 350 mb/s and we have a shot time of devices on the network now. 🥴

    @Plusnet is there any point? If it's already migrated it seems like a done deal. I'm just annoyed that now I have to accept t&cs ofa service I didn't want and provide a load of info, just to cancel it.
