    What I wouldn't give to just have *1* day without any internet problems from @Plusnet counting down the days till I can leave and go to someone with decent customer service and internet that doesn't drop every 10 minutes

    @SkyUK I switched to you for my broadband ~10days ago. Since then, internet is cutting out every 30mins or so. This never ever happened the prior year with Plusnet. Please fix! I cannot do my job with this connection.

    @Plusnet is there a cancellation period? Iโ€™m out of contract for the last 2 years plus. Or what do I do to cancel as Iโ€™ve switched services but technically not as I wasnโ€™t asked if I was leaving an old broadband service for new.

    Still absolute shocking WiFi speeds and customer service non-existent from #plusnet @plusnet donโ€™t return calls exit fee when service not right from day 2. Useless and can not understand how they exist. Ombudsman next I think.

    Literally the worst internet company surely. Every day calls drop. I can never connect. And they do nothing to help. Roll on December when I can *finally* get out of this contract @Plusnet

    As @Plusnet is down again (that very much won't do) we're rediscovering the magic of DVDs this evening. I do hope they figure it out by tomorrow. I have a LOT of work to do.

    @gary_mutimer @EE Total con. What's the use of being hassled by Plusnet to move to fibre broadband and getting a copper speed. Rank customer service. After five calls (three of which the call was cut) the adviser refuses to repeat their name and eventually tells me "complain online" HOW???

    @Starlink star link is excellent -solved all of our issues. We live in a rural part of Britain with only option plusnet or talktalk using the same sluggish speed/lines. Starlink set arrived the next day, took 10 minutes to set up / much faster and no contract. For RURAL parts itโ€™s best
