Still absolute shocking WiFi speeds and customer service non-existent from #plusnet @plusnet don’t return calls exit fee when service not right from day 2. Useless and can not understand how they exist. Ombudsman next I think.

@SkyUK I switched to you for my broadband ~10days ago. Since then, internet is cutting out every 30mins or so. This never ever happened the prior year with Plusnet. Please fix! I cannot do my job with this connection.

@Plusnet is there a cancellation period? I’m out of contract for the last 2 years plus. Or what do I do to cancel as I’ve switched services but technically not as I wasn’t asked if I was leaving an old broadband service for new.

Why when i ring @Plusnet from my ee mobile phone does it keep taking me to EE! I cant get hold of @Plusnet at all as the phone number keeps taking me to ee!! Only been signed up to plusnet for an hour and so far it is the worst service ive ever experienced

@Plusnet I was supposed to be connected Monday that didn’t happen then you changed my number then you changed it back but I still have no idea when I’m going live - your service is just awful - no internet now for 5 days and no idea when,if ever, it’s happening

@Plusnet If an engineer did come out yesterday they haven't fixed the problem. Tomorrow will be one month since I first made you aware of this problem. It is unacceptable that it hasn't been fixed.

Hi @Plusnet is there a known problem in the Chatham ME4 area? Internet was working fine all day but suddenly went down about 6pm.
