    Still absolute shocking WiFi speeds and customer service non-existent from #plusnet @plusnet don’t return calls exit fee when service not right from day 2. Useless and can not understand how they exist. Ombudsman next I think.

    @SkyUK I switched to you for my broadband ~10days ago. Since then, internet is cutting out every 30mins or so. This never ever happened the prior year with Plusnet. Please fix! I cannot do my job with this connection.

    @ajayjagota @GBNEWS @LloydsBank Agree. All the major banks seem as bad. I phoned Plusnet though this year... 45 mins.. Sorry our it system is down call back tomorrow. When I called back... Today we are honouring or covid hero's and support is closed! I swore quite a lot.

    @Cousins155 @Plusnet They dont... then when you go further they issue refunds but end up taking more money from you instead of giving you the refund... companys a joke.. im moving to bt..

    @Plusnet There is a known issue on EE but we have had no info from Plusnet. No info on your website either. It is supposed to be put right by this evening but it has taken much too long to fix

    @Plusnet are ridiculous. Couldn't fix our internet after we renewed the contract, cancelled 4days into the 14days cooling off period yet now trying to charge us a full cancellation fee! CS are no help, 3 manager call backs requested but not had 1. I'm going to trading standards.

    @si610 @VodafoneUK Don’t use PlusNet, the worst of the worst. Took them 5 weeks to get my internet sorted after a provider switch

    @Plusnet Well you may say you will behave differently to what the T&C's allow but how can I know you would be more reasonable than just cutting off the service?

    @Plusnet Actually, there is. I've just noticed that I'm getting charged more than I thought & would be on a cheaper (approx. £10/month less) deal as a new customer. What can I do about that?
