@SkyUK I switched to you for my broadband ~10days ago. Since then, internet is cutting out every 30mins or so. This never ever happened the prior year with Plusnet. Please fix! I cannot do my job with this connection.

Still absolute shocking WiFi speeds and customer service non-existent from #plusnet @plusnet don’t return calls exit fee when service not right from day 2. Useless and can not understand how they exist. Ombudsman next I think.

@plusnethelp router constantly disconnecting today. Connection is not stable or reliable. Completed all troubleshooting, restarted router, logged in to router.... paying for service we aren't receiving. Not impressed. This has been an ongoing issue since joining plusnet.

@Plusnet customer support or lack of it sadly means no yoga sessions this weekend. My service is down no phone and no broadband but CS sending me round and round in circles. Not good enough at all. Even the fault checker isn’t working. I despair

Every time I hear the @Plusnet advert, stating that they have won @UswitchUK awards for #CustomerService it makes me want to spit. #plusnet are without a doubt the worst company with which it has ever been my misfortune to deal. 🙄😒

Got two local fibre connection providers offering service without the need for the landline. Not ready yet, but it’s something to consider. I wonder if plusnet my current provider will ever bring back a package without land line again?

@plusnethelp no response to need for assistance, 28 minutes in queue on phone only to be hung up on by call taker Joel, cheers buddy. And a new customer still has no service....seems I made a mistake joining Plusnet

@welsh_stu time to switch then? I've had very few issues with Plusnet even after being swallowed by BT. Also offer static IP and allow you to use your own router if you want. Both important for me.
