Still absolute shocking WiFi speeds and customer service non-existent from #plusnet @plusnet don’t return calls exit fee when service not right from day 2. Useless and can not understand how they exist. Ombudsman next I think.

@SkyUK I switched to you for my broadband ~10days ago. Since then, internet is cutting out every 30mins or so. This never ever happened the prior year with Plusnet. Please fix! I cannot do my job with this connection.

@Plusnet how wonderful first day of my plusnet and its not working, i work from home and now cannot, “someone hasn’t done something right” oh great what a wonderful excuse while i lose money for 3 days... 🙄
