@Plusnet my broadband has been down in the South West since Wednesday 00:30. I've had an engineer call to say it was a major incident in the morning. No update or service since. No mention of it on your status page. Terrible transparency of your service status.

@JamesStant @bt_uk PlusNet has been very good for me over the last 15 years. Can't really tell you about customer service, though, as I've basically never had to use it. Upgrades have always been very smooth.
