@JessSloss @Plusnet My year with @Plusnet was the worst. Terrible WiFi, useless customer service. I moved to Sky as soon as possible. I take their £9 and run-they don’t care!

@Plusnet Two weeks ago you sent me a hub one as you said my existing hub one might not be reliable. Now you come out with this. You could have waited and sent me a new hub two. The spare hub one has stayed in its box because I was never convinced the hub was the issue. Happy to return.

@OpenreachHelp any idea when problem affecting LNTOT exchange will be resolved‽ My fibre connection via Plusnet has been down since ~06:20 this morning, and the estimated clear time keeps getting later & later.
