    @JessSloss @Plusnet My year with @Plusnet was the worst. Terrible WiFi, useless customer service. I moved to Sky as soon as possible. I take their £9 and run-they don’t care!

    Looks like PlusNet is down again. Can you confirm @plusnethelp @Plusnet - Modem reboot worked earlier, but not now.

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp bd ordered 23rd nov, blamed bt,not one call, email,smoke signal,4 update,called everyday for 12 days to be told the same BS over & over again. 3 little boys are going without presents this year thanks to your BS & no existent CS

    @plusnethelp @Plusnet I still cannot activate my reward card, I’ve sent several emails to info@pure card and received the standard reply that they would reply within 72 hours, but nothing since my first email of 24/11. Absolutely fed up with you! Help!!

    @plusnethelp what kind of a third rate company has no tel no and no email-#plusnet thats who. So Friday is the day I cancel my direct debit. No service no money’s simples-see you in court!!!

    @BarclaysUKHelp unable to respond to your text message because @Plusnet don't allow short code numbers on their network. Tried live chat X3 times. First no response from advisor, second the app logged me out then back, now, no response.

    @Plusnet Please stay away from plusnet they are the worst internet provider going, I am now getting 2 X less speed than my previous supplier and 3 X less than their guaranteed speed, I've only been with them 14 days but they are horrendous company to deal with
