    @JessSloss @Plusnet My year with @Plusnet was the worst. Terrible WiFi, useless customer service. I moved to Sky as soon as possible. I take their £9 and run-they don’t care!

    @Plusnet Please can you tell me the cost of your full fibre with phone calls. As we are not connected yet ( though shortly will be) I cannot find this information as, when I put in my address etc. it states not available. I am a customer of your broadband

    @inacentre @Plusnet @Plusnet are so stupid they would rather forego twenty five pounds per month , than do the correct thing and tell you PROPERLY you are out of contract charging you the 35 pounds when you get cross and move to a different provider.... customer retention mean anything?

    Weird PR / comms decision for @Plusnet to remove their customer service email option, have telephone support restricted to office hours, and encourage disgruntled customers trying to leave their overpriced awful service to "contact them" (?) in public on Twitter instead! 🤷

    @Plusnet I've tried DM but it's not working. Why do you keep setting up my cancelled order over and over again? Received confirmation but have had 2 more welcome messages and my current provider keeps giving me a leaving date even though they stop it. What's happening?

    @Plusnet Hi Will. I have reset multiple times and called up. I ordered a new router (which I requested September 2022) hopefully, when that turns up, it solves my issues

    @Plusnet We’re now living in New Zealand and want to cancel our Broadband as 47.54 per month to keep wifi on just to control our central heating is bonkers. We can’t call you (13 hrs ahead)you have no other options on your website. how we can cancel our contract???

    Is anyone else having a weird problem with their internet ? This is working still because I haven't closed the tab but everything else that I try to open gets the whirling donut of never ending loading. I'm with Plusnet.

    @Plusnet Usually companies do something when they make request in this fashion. So far, nothing heard privately from @Plusnet. Your customer service is beginning to match your broadband service.

    @Plusnet Yes that's correct, Robert said there were several fibre ports in the cabinet that were in need of repair and that it would take a couple of days to arrange which I said was fine. And even if it doesn't resolve my problem, it's been helpful for all concerned.
