feel like pure **** just want to watch some good old cs streams but most are set to 1080p60fps and plusnet cant handle that without buffering 10 times within 5 seconds

@Plusnet so my broadband is out for the 2nd time today. Go to support pages, says you are open until 10pm, phone up and lines say you closed at 8pm. Live chat also not available all day. Not great :(
