@JessSloss @Plusnet My year with @Plusnet was the worst. Terrible WiFi, useless customer service. I moved to Sky as soon as possible. I take their £9 and run-they don’t care!

Outage continues, affecting also the local convenience store/post office et al. If @Plusnet rely on @BT_Openreach to swap out dead batteries from roadside cabinets and they in turn rely on the power company to provide uninterrupted power , who is the power company?

Plusnet. Anything better than what I’ve endured last 3 weeks. Business loss, business partners webinars loss. The list.. and stress goes on.! I want revenge for all of the trouble and stress caused to me .. Am sure I’m not alone…
