@Plusnet Our WiFi signal is really poor. If we connect our phones to the WiFi while streaming something on Netflix or Amazon prime it will start buffering constantly. We have unlimited fibre extra so should be able to handle this. What can be done to get it working correctly?

@Plusnet Part 1 - Hi I’ve been without broadband since this morning and the technical team have told me that it’s a server outage in my area and that BT have been notified but it could take upto midnight to rectify the problem, I am working from gone at the moment
