@JessSloss @Plusnet My year with @Plusnet was the worst. Terrible WiFi, useless customer service. I moved to Sky as soon as possible. I take their £9 and run-they don’t care!

@Plusnet your team member (who was awful!) has just told me I am now hostage to the company! In spite of you saying in writing that you will "cover the cost of the bolt-ons and extra data", this will not be via a refund - but I have other bills to pay, and won't be able to!

Frank Roberts (@FrankDRoberts) reported
@Plusnet Dreadful service! signed up end of March; 10-14 days for internet, had to wait 3 weeks until the 17th April, on the 16th get further message stating internet will be ready by 30th April!!

Tempest Storm (@TempestStorm71) reported
@Plusnet a totally fed up pending customer (waiting since 3rd March and still on-going) for broadband; avoid this company if possible.

@Plusnet hi can I get any kind of response about what is happening to my not working broadband in Preston, lancs please? It went down about half an hour ago and will not come back up. Red light on the router. I work from home so I need a fix ASAP.

Ruth (@Ruth82046341) reported
@Plusnet now saying that if I leave their service (which I would have a right to do seeing how they have failed me) I will forfeit the money they owe me (which I only had to spend to fix their mistakes!) Being held hostage as their customer!!!

John Russell (@JohnRussell40) reported
@WYeates @Plusnet It's Openreach's infrastructure that's gone down, not Plusnet's. But agree it takes a long time to get through to @Plusnet's technical team to report a fault.

Ruth (@Ruth82046341) reported
@Plusnet failed to arrange internet installation on agreed date, plusnet confirmed they made the mistake (listened to the calls). Has cost me a LOT of money in bolt-ons to be able to keep working from home whilst you fix mistake. You say you'll credit me but not refund!

@Plusnet Perhaps less time on joke tweets and more time fixing poor internet stability!!

@mrmumbl35 @EddyThomas1997 You are aware that BT are the service provider for both EE and Plusnet. The only 2 main hardline service providers in the UK are BT and Virgin. All the other providers use their physical services all you are effectively doing is changing front facing company you deal with.

We left Sky because their service was **** and we’d been recommended @Plusnet, who it turns out at the moment are even worse!! Never had such poor customer service!
