Alex Loche (@alexdn32) reported from Irchester, England@cornelius_mark @SkyHelpTeam @primevideosport It's due to the issues with the Sky Channels on BT's TV Platform. BT and Plusnet will be using the Now TV platform for the Sky Channels, but BT want them in HD and recordable via the TV guide. Sky engineers are having to sort it out because it's a sky software issue with Youview.

Well,the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.

Shell Energy are telling me my service is still with you, but I'm getting no service plugging the Plusnet router back in. Can't video call family on Christmas Day :-( Pls help

Moira Shepherd (@Kittygrizzle) reported@OpenreachHelp About 50 people have already done so for every different service provider, including BT, EE, Talk talk, Plusnet, Vodafone.Not all the service providers can have crashed simulataneously. There was a big local fb conversation about it. Is this just a delaying tactic?

Michelle Walters 🐯 (@MikiwaltersG) reported@Plusnet thanks for completely messing up your supposed ‘discount’ for bad internet service meaning that due a ‘billing issue’ we now have no internet service at all on Boxing Day. We’ll be heading back to BT as soon as our contract is over.
