    @marcwebber @VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp Ha! Well,the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.

    @cornelius_mark @SkyHelpTeam @primevideosport It's due to the issues with the Sky Channels on BT's TV Platform. BT and Plusnet will be using the Now TV platform for the Sky Channels, but BT want them in HD and recordable via the TV guide. Sky engineers are having to sort it out because it's a sky software issue with Youview.

    @ruskin147 @PippaCrerar @virginmedia Virgin Media outage sounds like an issue with the broadband connection between Virgin and your home. The WiFi coverage within your home should be a quite separate issue? My Plusnet router didn’t give great WiFi coverage so I added TP-Link Deco mesh WiFi and have no issues now.

    @plusnet I’ve had no broadband internet since early Friday morning! Nothing! Nada! Nothing from your ‘Award Winning’ customer service team!! By any measure this is appalling. I want compensation! 5 days and having to spend money on more data on my mobile phone! Do not ignore me!

    @Plusnet Hi! My wifi has been down all day and I just had a message from my neighbour saying that theirs and one of our other neighbour's wifi is down too (but they're with EE and NowTV). Do you know what could be causing a wifi outage in an area for multiple providers? Thanks!

    @Plusnet My contract is out in 2 months, I've been warned without it my bill will double, the email offering me to renew gives a dead link, the site offers no clear way for me to renew or upgrade my package and frankly the speeds have been abysmal. Where can I cancel everything?
