    @cornelius_mark @SkyHelpTeam @primevideosport It's due to the issues with the Sky Channels on BT's TV Platform. BT and Plusnet will be using the Now TV platform for the Sky Channels, but BT want them in HD and recordable via the TV guide. Sky engineers are having to sort it out because it's a sky software issue with Youview.

    @marcwebber @VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp Ha! Well,the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.

    @ruskin147 @PippaCrerar @virginmedia Virgin Media outage sounds like an issue with the broadband connection between Virgin and your home. The WiFi coverage within your home should be a quite separate issue? My Plusnet router didn’t give great WiFi coverage so I added TP-Link Deco mesh WiFi and have no issues now.

    @Plusnet signal is virtually gone since yesterday in Lancaster area. Is there a problem with the service? Any call to me goes straight to voicemail and it is not just me.

    @Plusnet I have no signal or mobile data on my phone. It keeps telling me to ring customer services but I can't as I have no signal. It's been like this since yesterday afternoon.

    @Plusnet I had no wifi - no light for it. Tried several of your steps, in end factory reset. No 3 green lights but wifi light is red. Help?

    @plusnet 24 hours so far with calls to 3 of our mobiles going straight to voicemail. No courtesy text to let us know the service is down. Not a great start 1 month in. Will seriously have to consider whether we remain with you.

    @Plusnet I agree that the customer service is great, particularly Sammy. However trying to get me to sign a new contract when the fault is with you. I should be getting substantial compensation for all the trouble I have had over the many months.

    @Plusnet Are you good, my people? For literally no reason whatsoever that I can find, my connection speed is so bad it's practically in the stone age. Like, 720p YouTube is pushing it. THAT bad. And given how you've started taking a massive increase off me, Not best pleased.
