@marcwebber @VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp Ha! Well,the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.

@cornelius_mark @SkyHelpTeam @primevideosport It's due to the issues with the Sky Channels on BT's TV Platform. BT and Plusnet will be using the Now TV platform for the Sky Channels, but BT want them in HD and recordable via the TV guide. Sky engineers are having to sort it out because it's a sky software issue with Youview.

Why ******** did plusnet create a new hub and remove the ability to split the ssid when like any smart device that’s not some premium **** like a Philips hue bulb depends on that? **** sake.

@Plusnet Maybe instead you could reconnect my broadband that you and #bt have managed to disconnect between you. If it wasn’t enough to cope with a bereavement we how can’t work because no broadband. Shocking inept service

@Plusnet please explain why I put up with having constant issues with your service, after having 10+ engineers at my house trying to fix the problem. This service is appalling.
