  • alexdn32 Alex Loche (@alexdn32) reported from Irchester, England

@cornelius_mark @SkyHelpTeam @primevideosport It's due to the issues with the Sky Channels on BT's TV Platform. BT and Plusnet will be using the Now TV platform for the Sky Channels, but BT want them in HD and recordable via the TV guide. Sky engineers are having to sort it out because it's a sky software issue with Youview.

Looks like PlusNet is down again. Can you confirm @plusnethelp @Plusnet - Modem reboot worked earlier, but not now.

  • PaulWestlake Paul Westlake  (@PaulWestlake) reported from Bedford, England

Is PlusNet broadband down in Bedford?! @plusnethelp - No connection since 23:15 last night.

  • purgstallheath Father Oliver Coss (@purgstallheath) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@marcwebber @VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp Ha! Well, the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.

  • craigwest Craig West (@craigwest) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@ruskin147 @PippaCrerar @virginmedia Virgin Media outage sounds like an issue with the broadband connection between Virgin and your home. The WiFi coverage within your home should be a quite separate issue? My Plusnet router didn’t give great WiFi coverage so I added TP-Link Deco mesh WiFi and have no issues now.

But apparently we can't leave and sign up to a different provider because we're 'under contract'. Do contracts only work one way then? @Plusnet Because I don't remember signing up for paying full whack for a consistent failure of service Surely this can't be allowed @Ofcom

  • sophasaurus_111 Sophie Willcox (@sophasaurus_111) reported

@plusnethelp @Plusnet my new SIM hasn't arrived and my phones already switched numbers so I cannot contact you by phone, please help.

  • tandleman Tandleman (@tandleman) reported from Middleton, England

Getting fed up with @Plusnet who I have been with forever nearly. Every time it rains I lose my internet for a couple of minutes. When I log a fault they say it is fine now or monitor it for 2 days and close the incident. Of course it hasn't rained. Help!

  • timmybanana Tim Wright (@timmybanana) reported

The @Plusnet attempt at resolving the problem? They're attempting the same 'fixes' that they've tried numerous times before that have constantly failed #ifyoualwaysdowhatyouvealwaysdoneyoullalwaysgetwhatyouvealwaysgot Still more than happy to take my full payment each month tho

  • AndyJCole65 Andy Cole (@AndyJCole65) reported

@Plusnet my broadband has been down since storm Arwen apart from a brief time this morning. I haven't reported this because I think its due a local power failure (LA12 7DD), do you have any forecast for a repair?

  • TheEmJD Emma (@TheEmJD) reported

@MoneySavingExp Yeah but ones like plusnet don't use all the masts or the same strength or something. I was with them and it was ****. EE directly is much better signal.

  • Plusnet Plusnet (@Plusnet) reported

@drkcarrutherst Hi Kate, I'm really sorry to hear about this. If there is anything we can help with, just drop us a DM. - Curtis, Plusnet Sheffield
