  • purgstallheath Father Oliver Coss (@purgstallheath) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@marcwebber @VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp Ha! Well, the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.

  • PaulWestlake Paul Westlake  (@PaulWestlake) reported from Bedford, England

Looks like PlusNet is down again. Can you confirm @plusnethelp @Plusnet - Modem reboot worked earlier, but not now.

  • CraigHawker Craig Hawker (@CraigHawker) reported from Wellingborough, England

@SimonDarksideJ I'm on plusnet. No issues whatsoever.

  • alexdn32 Alex Loche (@alexdn32) reported from Irchester, England

@cornelius_mark @SkyHelpTeam @primevideosport It's due to the issues with the Sky Channels on BT's TV Platform. BT and Plusnet will be using the Now TV platform for the Sky Channels, but BT want them in HD and recordable via the TV guide. Sky engineers are having to sort it out because it's a sky software issue with Youview.

  • steveatsilsoe steve plant (@steveatsilsoe) reported from Bedford, England

@Plusnet I have hung on for 40 mins for customer service. Any other way to contact you

  • craigwest Craig West (@craigwest) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@ruskin147 @PippaCrerar @virginmedia Virgin Media outage sounds like an issue with the broadband connection between Virgin and your home. The WiFi coverage within your home should be a quite separate issue? My Plusnet router didn’t give great WiFi coverage so I added TP-Link Deco mesh WiFi and have no issues now.

  • ddtowe Dale Towers (@ddtowe) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@plusnethelp are there problems with your service? My plusnet connection has been flakey for a while now and this morning had gone down twice already. NN3

  • PaulWestlake Paul Westlake  (@PaulWestlake) reported from Bedford, England

Is PlusNet broadband down in Bedford?! @plusnethelp - No connection since 23:15 last night.

How hard can it be to reply to your customers? My internet signal disappeared - I'm working from home and just had installed "award winning" fibre broadband from #plusnet I've reached out to troubleshooting tool online and the CS chat - no luck. Happy Valentines Day #plusnet

  • pipmadeley Pip (@pipmadeley) reported

@Plusnet Thanks for your help, Curtis. 15 March is quite long to wait for a visit. My contract ends 3rd April. How much notice do I have to give to leave Plusnet? I don't wish to renew my contract until the problem is resolved, nor do I want to be charged double if I fall out of contract.

  • pipmadeley Pip (@pipmadeley) reported

@Plusnet Thank you. The actual physical connection goes down, so the underlying protocols that control the DSL signals goes down. Personally I think it's losing connection to your management systems, which are dropping the connection.

  • ukmcfry Paul (@ukmcfry) reported

@bt_uk Hi James, I'm not sure if you can help as I'm with Plusnet but I know they're part of BT and that BT control the network speeds.

  • sophiegcollins Sophie G Collins (@sophiegcollins) reported

@bencsmoke Plusnet is actually legit nice! Always have a good time with them. Good customer service, decent cost, good connection. I rate em.

  • craig13mcc Magic Cram Crock (@craig13mcc) reported

@Plusnet Hi guys, my broadband speed has been significantly lower than what I'm expecting and paying for over the past 2 night. How much longer should this continue for before I can raise an issue/complaint? Cheers C

  • NUFC786 George Khan (@NUFC786) reported

@rebelpaws @Plusnet Try Vodafone. I pay 20quid and get 82Mbps. Never let me down once.

  • roddytherobot Ray Rodden 🇬🇧 (@roddytherobot) reported

@inacentre @Plusnet Gifgaf is good. Relative has it and pays £10 a month for what she needs. They send out a free sim card. When my contract finishes, I think I will use them. They run on the o2 network, so good coverage.

  • sophiemac89 Sophie Mac (@sophiemac89) reported

Changed internet provider to @Plusnet They cut me off my current provider but didn’t connect me with them, then said it would be 3-5 days, a week later I ring and they haven’t actually placed the order! Worst company I have ever dealt with! AVOID PLUSNET ✊🏼✊🏼✊🏼✊🏼✊🏼 #plusnet
