  • CraigHawker Craig Hawker (@CraigHawker) reported from Wellingborough, England

@SimonDarksideJ I'm on plusnet. No issues whatsoever.

  • alexdn32 Alex Loche (@alexdn32) reported from Irchester, England

@cornelius_mark @SkyHelpTeam @primevideosport It's due to the issues with the Sky Channels on BT's TV Platform. BT and Plusnet will be using the Now TV platform for the Sky Channels, but BT want them in HD and recordable via the TV guide. Sky engineers are having to sort it out because it's a sky software issue with Youview.

@marcwebber @VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp Ha! Well, the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.

  • craigwest Craig West (@craigwest) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@ruskin147 @PippaCrerar @virginmedia Virgin Media outage sounds like an issue with the broadband connection between Virgin and your home. The WiFi coverage within your home should be a quite separate issue? My Plusnet router didn’t give great WiFi coverage so I added TP-Link Deco mesh WiFi and have no issues now.

@Plusnet . Does the wifi ever work !!!!. Any fault after 8pm and we are offline till you come back to work 8am!!!! Not good enough !!. Pay for wifi to use tv that also pay for that dont work so now pay for mins on phone network to watch my phone. What a lovely set up !!

  • Plusnet Plusnet (@Plusnet) reported

@tamikonatsu Thank you for confirming that. As that's the case, it's unlikely that the fault lies with your internal wiring or equipment. Please let me know if you continue to have connection problems as we can arrange another engineer visit if so. Regards, Emily Plusnet Leeds 🌞

  • CForwood Chris Forwood (@CForwood) reported

@HarriettSG I used to be on BT. Great when it worked, but when it did not it was either call them, fine if you have a LOT of time to wait, or use an interactive service which never came up with an answer. With Plusnet someone answers the phone (I know!) & either tells you how to fix it 1/2

@LindaNanny20 Hi Linda, while I understand you're unhappy with offers we have for new customers; should you be out of contract or near the end of your current one, I'd recommend giving our Customer Options Team a call; as they can look at what new offers we can provide -Tony Plusnet Sheffield

@Chanlouise94 Hi Chantelle, thanks for getting in touch. For any faults, should the issue last longer than 2 working days after the issue was raised to us; then a credit will be applied to your account to go against your next bill. -Tony Plusnet Sheffield

@Plusnet Only thing I can't do is check phone as I've never had a landline phone due to no need for it. Router has always been plugged into the master socket (it's only around 5ft from master socket to my PC).

  • AWoudhuysen Alice Woudhuysen (@AWoudhuysen) reported

@Plusnet Thanks, I've dealt with the problem now.
