Well,the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.

The WiFi coverage within your home should be a quite separate issue? My Plusnet router didn’t give great WiFi coverage so I added TP-Link Deco mesh WiFi and have no issues now.

BT and Plusnet will be using the Now TV platform for the Sky Channels, but BT want them in HD and recordable via the TV guide. Sky engineers are having to sort it out because it's a sky software issue with Youview.

ken (@uk12345) reported from Romford, England@nowtvhelp I've been told by BT that I can't uninstall NOW TV on a YouView box also it's not just me customers with BT Plusnet also got the same problem as me breaking up pictures freezing pictures I've been a lot of forums and they still complaints going on about the NOW TV app on YouView
