@cornelius_mark @SkyHelpTeam @primevideosport It's due to the issues with the Sky Channels on BT's TV Platform. BT and Plusnet will be using the Now TV platform for the Sky Channels, but BT want them in HD and recordable via the TV guide. Sky engineers are having to sort it out because it's a sky software issue with Youview.

@marcwebber @VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp Ha! Well,the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.

@ruskin147 @PippaCrerar @virginmedia Virgin Media outage sounds like an issue with the broadband connection between Virgin and your home. The WiFi coverage within your home should be a quite separate issue? My Plusnet router didn’t give great WiFi coverage so I added TP-Link Deco mesh WiFi and have no issues now.

@jomarshall2 Think mine is around £35 per month with PlusNet for unlimited fibre broadband plus a basic phone package that never gets used. Basically I swap between them and BT each time the introductory deal expires (12-18 months)

@Plusnet Help ticket has gone dead with zero response. Still no clearer now with the charges in your billing system under vague descriptors. You could put any old charge on there and customers would be no wiser. I’m showing my evidence to my bank. I don’t believe this is legal!

@Plusnet i think you need to give your customer service more training!!! 3 months to apply outgoing call barring. 1st attepted 24th feb, not done! , 2nd attempt 18apr , not done, called guy again, he tells me you guys dont do that service🤨....

@Plusnet we moved into our new home 3 weeks ago and we're still awaiting Internet connection. We've just been informed it will be another TWO weeks!! This is wholly unacceptable. We were recommended you as a provider for excellent customer service. I'm not seeing that whatsoever

@messalinahooper If you like I can log into the router from here and make some changes to the settings which should fix that for us. I just need to ask for your permission first as it will cause the WiFi signal to drop out for two minutes 2/2 - Adam - Plusnet Sheffield
