  • purgstallheath Father Oliver Coss (@purgstallheath) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@marcwebber @VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp Ha! Well, the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.

  • craigwest Craig West (@craigwest) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@ruskin147 @PippaCrerar @virginmedia Virgin Media outage sounds like an issue with the broadband connection between Virgin and your home. The WiFi coverage within your home should be a quite separate issue? My Plusnet router didn’t give great WiFi coverage so I added TP-Link Deco mesh WiFi and have no issues now.

  • CraigHawker Craig Hawker (@CraigHawker) reported from Wellingborough, England

@SimonDarksideJ I'm on plusnet. No issues whatsoever.

  • alexdn32 Alex Loche (@alexdn32) reported from Irchester, England

@cornelius_mark @SkyHelpTeam @primevideosport It's due to the issues with the Sky Channels on BT's TV Platform. BT and Plusnet will be using the Now TV platform for the Sky Channels, but BT want them in HD and recordable via the TV guide. Sky engineers are having to sort it out because it's a sky software issue with Youview.

@plusnethelp I have been reporting intermittent Wi-Fi connectivity (from several devices) for several weeks now, Plusnet support checks have shown no issues, the router WAP is VERY intermittent. The router shows it is connected and the Ethernet connected devices work.

  • housley5 5arah (@housley5) reported

@Plusnet confused how you have 'lost' my parents house phone number that they have had for 35years by renewing their existing contract but claim they are now new customers? Surely you can re-asign it back to them - who doesnt remember their home tel number....???? Help pls

  • YijArt YijArt (@YijArt) reported

@RebecaQuental @Plusnet 100%, had so much connection issues the past week, and it's been happening every now and then since we started using them. Makes it worst alot of us are working from home and trying to homeschool people.

can any twitter pals help ~ i’ve been without wifi for weeks now (serious issues with @Plusnet and @OpenreachHelp. i’m not happy) and it’s not looking to be resolved for a while. i’ve absolutely rinsed my work and personal data so need a better temporary alternative.

  • jazzabellediary jazmine marie rocks (@jazzabellediary) reported

@plusnethelp this has been an ongoing issue for a month now. i’m in regular communication with the plusnet team & i hope this will be resolved asap. thanks for your offer but i do not have the energy to explain this issue via dm when i have done so via phone multiple times over the last month

  • Madfuncreative caroline Madaher (@Madfuncreative) reported

Real issues with @Plusnet @plusnethelp WiFi cutting out and poor signal not great for 3 kids in online school and parents working from home. WiFi completely out this morning anyone else got trouble?

  • goldigirllisa goldigirl (@goldigirllisa) reported

@plusnethelp Internet problems in HX6. Done your checklist (phone line/pluggedin/wires connected) but still offline. It's been an hour now. Seem to be an issue for neighbours too #plusnetinternet #internetissues #plusnet

  • EyUpPete Ey Up Pete (@EyUpPete) reported

@Plusnet is the internet service down in South Yorkshire? I've got kids trying to do live lessons with no internet

  • PhosgeneStudios Jake W (@PhosgeneStudios) reported

@Jonmitson @plusnethelp The routers do have a tendency to have a high-pitched/frequency noise. Plusnet are aware of this, and the issue only occurs when 5GHz is enabled. :)

  • toodlepipette Kate Armitage (@toodlepipette) reported

The online support robot tells me to call. As much use as a chocolate teapot. I bet the call centre to sign up to Plusnet is wide open.
