@cornelius_mark @SkyHelpTeam @primevideosport It's due to the issues with the Sky Channels on BT's TV Platform. BT and Plusnet will be using the Now TV platform for the Sky Channels, but BT want them in HD and recordable via the TV guide. Sky engineers are having to sort it out because it's a sky software issue with Youview.

@marcwebber @VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp Ha! Well,the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.

@ruskin147 @PippaCrerar @virginmedia Virgin Media outage sounds like an issue with the broadband connection between Virgin and your home. The WiFi coverage within your home should be a quite separate issue? My Plusnet router didn’t give great WiFi coverage so I added TP-Link Deco mesh WiFi and have no issues now.

@OpenreachHelp It was reported to plusnet but because this issue with the poles was reported 5 years ago and you have done nothing about it they told me to log a complaint with you which is impossible.

@NOWHelpTeam Hi I've just got your broadband and the WiFi range is shocking. As soon as I leave the room the router is in it drops - never had this issue with PlusNet... what can be done to avoid cancelling?

All the deals I picked here include 5G, so even though you’re saving money, you’re not missing out on anything. Also pay as you go, so no contracts or credit checks. Not been able to find anything similar for EE network - Plusnet mobile is closest price rise but is 4G only
