    @marcwebber @VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp Ha! Well,the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.

    @Plusnet Dear team, I have no internet since Friday evening. I was assured by your customer service team this was due to a major service outage in “my area”. Despite your website claiming all weekend there was good service. This was due to be resolved on Saturday at 4pm.

    @bt_uk Why settle for anyone else?? Because over the last 4 days I’ve tried to order a new BT service 3 times and each time it’s been cancelled by your system. So, think I’ll settle for someone else who has managed to set up and account and connect me in 24 hours. Kudos @Plusnet

    @Plusnet When I am calling your customer service number or the number to advise for moving house, both are saying that the number is not recognised. Its not me dialling incorrectly as I am clicking on the link! I need to speak to someone urgently!
