Well,the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.

Online apos and pages no longer open and your iwn webpage looks bad. Yiu cant access community on yiur own damn webpage. Abysmal treatment of customers.
