@cornelius_mark @SkyHelpTeam @primevideosport It's due to the issues with the Sky Channels on BT's TV Platform. BT and Plusnet will be using the Now TV platform for the Sky Channels, but BT want them in HD and recordable via the TV guide. Sky engineers are having to sort it out because it's a sky software issue with Youview.

@marcwebber @VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp Ha! Well,the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.

@Plusnet my wifi is ridiculously slow. Constantly crashing, i can't stream anything and often cuts out whilst I'm trying to work, not ideal when i have online business meetings to be in! I contacted you yesterday but it's still not sorted.

Hello @plusnethelp @plusnet - our b/band has been terrible over the last year - we were planning on moving last year & didn't want to switch to fibre (the final recommendation from your technical team) until we moved but have finally cracked. We've been with you for c15 years...

@plusnethelp Sent back to the God awful website to try and navigate reporting a fault. This looks simple until you reach the point where you can't check the dial tone on your landline, because you don't have one. Something Plusnet are told every couple of weeks when you're reporting another..

@VAVelocity @plusnethelp Can you tell me how to post on plusnet Twitter page. Been directed messaging them and they are not replying. Don’t understand why Twitter is the only means of contacting them. They stupid chat doesn’t work and nobody answers the phone

@plusnethelp @Plusnet So on the website you can talk to a chat agent immediately if you want to join up but not if you want help. I'm on the phone now ... 20 seconds until someone answered "oh you need technical support" I've now been on hold for 10 minutes ...

@plusnethelp Fault. I'd love to see the awards you've won for your customer service as if they're anything other than a Plusnet mug with 'we're the best' written on it with the blood of a customer, I'll be astounded.
