Alex Loche (@alexdn32) reported from Irchester, England@cornelius_mark @SkyHelpTeam @primevideosport It's due to the issues with the Sky Channels on BT's TV Platform. BT and Plusnet will be using the Now TV platform for the Sky Channels, but BT want them in HD and recordable via the TV guide. Sky engineers are having to sort it out because it's a sky software issue with Youview.

Well,the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.

The WiFi coverage within your home should be a quite separate issue? My Plusnet router didn’t give great WiFi coverage so I added TP-Link Deco mesh WiFi and have no issues now.

Stephen paul (@nextgenste) reportedPlusnet well what can I say I have been a loyal customer for 9 years and the past few years everytime I renew my contract my broadband gets less and less, I pay for 80/20 and I get now 55/10 instead of 77/19. Won't be renewing.
