Well,the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.

No amount of turning onto airplane mode, or turning on again is helping. I see numerous community forums on your site with this problem and no resolution. Is my only solution to switch?

Awful upload/download speeds. Youve done this before. Whenever its not used a while you slow the service right down & I have to do this over again
