Well,the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.

Bill Gee (@Billgee6) reported@Plusnet why is it I can get WiFi on my cell phone, yet no Internet via WiFi or ethernet to any of my TV's, sky Q box or Amazon TV stick. Checking each receivers, they say "connected" then "no Internet connection" I've checked ALL cables, reset All receivers. Still no joy. HELP!
