@marcwebber @VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp Ha! Well, the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.

  • craigwest Craig West (@craigwest) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@ruskin147 @PippaCrerar @virginmedia Virgin Media outage sounds like an issue with the broadband connection between Virgin and your home. The WiFi coverage within your home should be a quite separate issue? My Plusnet router didn’t give great WiFi coverage so I added TP-Link Deco mesh WiFi and have no issues now.

  • alexdn32 Alex Loche (@alexdn32) reported from Irchester, England

@cornelius_mark @SkyHelpTeam @primevideosport It's due to the issues with the Sky Channels on BT's TV Platform. BT and Plusnet will be using the Now TV platform for the Sky Channels, but BT want them in HD and recordable via the TV guide. Sky engineers are having to sort it out because it's a sky software issue with Youview.

  • ddtowe Dale Towers (@ddtowe) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@plusnethelp are there problems with your service? My plusnet connection has been flakey for a while now and this morning had gone down twice already. NN3

@Plusnet just had the misfortune of speaking to the most sarcastic, patronising person I’ve had the bad luck to speak to in years. His parting shot was that all complaints about him must be directed to him! How else can I contact yr complaints dept please?

  • jane_touil Jane Touil (@jane_touil) reported

This morning = no internet! Frustrating call to Plusnet Support who tried to tell me the lack of Internet was linked to the landline fault. They finally agreed it was not. They said I need to be ‘educated on how to install the router’ which was working yesterday 5/

  • mpatersondj Michael Paterson (@mpatersondj) reported

My connection keeps dropping and then need to unplug router etc to get it back on. Happening a few times a week. @Plusnet Can you help?

  • RossMatthewGat3 @RossMatthewNorthLondon.com (@RossMatthewGat3) reported from Camden Town, England

@Plusnet - I enjoy being a customer of your's but I what don't enjoy, when I am having to account for every penny at the moment due to being in between jobs, is being presented with a Bill which is two months worth of usage. It is *so important for companies like yourself to get

  • shefaliTIG Shefali (@shefaliTIG) reported

@Plusnet No response all day, such a ridiculous service and no wonder I want to leave plusnet. The sooner the better at this rate. Most awful customer service I have ever seen. Sort it out

@Plusnet been waiting for more than 4 hours for someone to respond to my message, will you care to help please!?

  • snavEwerdnA Andrew Evans (@snavEwerdnA) reported

Having ruled everything else out now, this seems to be an issue with @Plusnet; any clarification on why @google services aren't peering correctly (and judging by the help forum, not for the first time), guys?

  • purple_dragon25 kelly (she/her) (neurodiv.) (@purple_dragon25) reported

  • rjsleven Becky Sleven💙 (@rjsleven) reported

Hi @Plusnet, I got a system popup on my phone just before 1pm, saying the network provider had turned off my 4G, and have had no internet since. Calls & texts are fine, ditto WiFi. Can you help? I'm well within my usage allowance.

@eliistender10 Only if your service provider support ls short number messaging. Your mobile service wouldn’t support this would it @Plusnet?
