Well,the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.

Yes we've done the normal troubleshooting. No it's still not working. Please fix this or cancel our contract. BA22 8EU.
