@marcwebber @VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp Ha! Well,the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.

@ruskin147 @PippaCrerar @virginmedia Virgin Media outage sounds like an issue with the broadband connection between Virgin and your home. The WiFi coverage within your home should be a quite separate issue? My Plusnet router didn’t give great WiFi coverage so I added TP-Link Deco mesh WiFi and have no issues now.

@cornelius_mark @SkyHelpTeam @primevideosport It's due to the issues with the Sky Channels on BT's TV Platform. BT and Plusnet will be using the Now TV platform for the Sky Channels, but BT want them in HD and recordable via the TV guide. Sky engineers are having to sort it out because it's a sky software issue with Youview.

Apologies to anyone trying to reach me by e-mail today - @Plusnet e-mail down since *last night* & pretty dire lack of meaningful updates from them since as to when it will be sorted. Latest (rare) update suggests possibly tomorrow?

Everytime I’ve complained to Plusnet my service ***** up for about a week after it….. Whoever voted them the best wifi provider in the U.K. clearly got paid off!! They are ******* AWFUL!!
