@cornelius_mark @SkyHelpTeam @primevideosport It's due to the issues with the Sky Channels on BT's TV Platform. BT and Plusnet will be using the Now TV platform for the Sky Channels, but BT want them in HD and recordable via the TV guide. Sky engineers are having to sort it out because it's a sky software issue with Youview.

@marcwebber @VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp Ha! Well, the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.

@Plusnet 2/2 . My problem is I have fixed IP from you. Can't get mail. Web hosting company tells me IP is blocked and this is causing the problem. Apparently you need to contact the third-party companies to get it whitelisted.

Wow, Plusnet just went down for about two hours, maybe less. It was like double-lockdown. Can't do anything at home (not even have the telly on), can't go somewhere where internet doesn't matter

@milliewillie48 @IanCroombs1 @MartinSLewis Move to another Openreach supplier on a new customer deal and cashback. TalkTalk, EE, BT, Plusnet, UW, Zen and Shell are all suppliers using the same cable as Sly for broadband and phone. You could easily get it to £22 a month and get £100 cashback
