@JessSloss @Plusnet My year with @Plusnet was the worst. Terrible WiFi, useless customer service. I moved to Sky as soon as possible. I take their £9 and run-they don’t care!

@plusnethelp we are struggling with slow connection speeds. Tried calling customer services and got an automated message that they can’t take our call. Seriously @Plusnet you’re main selling point is #CustomerService and this is terrible!

@edwbaker Also Plusnet. In 6 years I’ve never had a reason to contact them so I take that as a plus, it just works! Remember them being good when we had issues getting connected though.

@plusnethelp can you please check our broadband connection speed. I have contacted Plusnet a number of times since March this year about lower than guaranteed speeds. We have Unlimited Fibre Extra but never get anywhere near our guaranteed speed let alone our estimated speed.

@Plusnet maybe in your pinned tweet you should point out your wonderful service doesn’t apply to #colonsay you seem to think it’s ok for elderly, shielding customers to wait until the 11th January for an engineers visit. Appalling!
