@JessSloss @Plusnet My year with @Plusnet was the worst. Terrible WiFi, useless customer service. I moved to Sky as soon as possible. I take their £9 and run-they don’t care!

@plusnethelp we are struggling with slow connection speeds. Tried calling customer services and got an automated message that they can’t take our call. Seriously @Plusnet you’re main selling point is #CustomerService and this is terrible!

@Sinister_Pete @Plusnet And they have tested my BB and told me it's in the house. So their testing capability is also rubbish. Been waiting an hour for an agent and when I rang back system told me to ring tomorrow. Wow this really is award winning customer service

Oh. . . hang on. . . it might've been @Plusnet. Reconnected my @Google Nest WiFi router and it successfully connected this time. Networking is like black magic, I should've just sacrificed a chicken when it went down

@Plusnet It wasn’t a short time!!! It went down at midnight & didn’t come back on til 9 this morning!! Why lie?!?!? I’ll be switching provider if this is how you lie to customers!!!
