@JessSloss @Plusnet My year with @Plusnet was the worst. Terrible WiFi, useless customer service. I moved to Sky as soon as possible. I take their £9 and run-they don’t care!

@plusnethelp we are struggling with slow connection speeds. Tried calling customer services and got an automated message that they can’t take our call. Seriously @Plusnet you’re main selling point is #CustomerService and this is terrible!

@supertanskiii Had slow Plusnet broadband AND poor WiFi distance. Bought an old BT router off eBay (as recommended on forums) for £6 two years ago and perfect. Never had a problem with things like watching streamed UHD etc. since.

@supertanskiii I’ve got Plusnet, and the WiFi on the router is poor (I just had a survey from them & I rated the WiFi as poor). I have put a couple of TP-Link WiFi access points in my flat to get better coverage, all hanging off the network ports on the Plusnet router!

Dear @Plusnet As a soon to be ex-customer, I shall be telling everyone I know how my #broadband has suddenly got substantially worse since I told you I was changing providers. I shall also be changing my Mum’s provider too, and neither of us will ever come back to you. #PlusNet
