@plusnethelp we are struggling with slow connection speeds. Tried calling customer services and got an automated message that they can’t take our call. Seriously @Plusnet you’re main selling point is #CustomerService and this is terrible!

@JessSloss @Plusnet My year with @Plusnet was the worst. Terrible WiFi, useless customer service. I moved to Sky as soon as possible. I take their £9 and run-they don’t care!

@nigelstreet @HA11NNH @SpaceX My house had satellite installed by previous owner. V expensive & terrible latency. Now have 4G mobile broadband from EE as discovered signal here pretty good (other networks not good). Unlimited data, less than £40/mo & faster than plusnet fibre in old house.

Today I should have been connected to the net but @Plusnet has disconnected my neighbour and directed my new number to them. Customer service didn't listen to me so now I'm sitting with no internet. No Netflix tonight 😢
