    @JessSloss @Plusnet My year with @Plusnet was the worst. Terrible WiFi, useless customer service. I moved to Sky as soon as possible. I take their £9 and run-they don’t care!

    @plusnethelp we are struggling with slow connection speeds. Tried calling customer services and got an automated message that they can’t take our call. Seriously @Plusnet you’re main selling point is #CustomerService and this is terrible!

    @Plusnet Hi, need to move a family member of PSTN and onto fiber. Do you offer a VoIP service to retain a 'landline' and can the existing number be kept. Thanks.

    @Plusnet Ok. I will wait for them to contact me then as I'm not chasing again, given I get ofcom-mandated compensation for missed appointments and delays of starting a service after an agreed date.

    @LeeJarvis10 If you only need broadband then I'd say Plusnet. Cheap as chips and have acclaimed service. I changed from BT to Plusnet in March, cost for identical service dropped from £78 to 29!

    @TomK_Brit1993 Not a real landline of course... Phone still won't work in a power cut, more like an additional mobile. Plusnet has really good customer service

    @Plusnet I have given them another try. There is no option in the menu for what I need, but the recorded message does say I can go onto your website and raise an online support request. Please give me a link to where I can do this.

    My sister who was with plusnet but was then changed to EE ( Both part of B.T.) It has taken 3 mnths but they have lost her landline , given another which means telling everyone. So Brit Telecom not world leaders in communication but champions of very poor service .

    @ScotsValkyrie @bt_uk I pay about £90 with BT, ridiculous amount, decided to make a switch via a comparison site, found a deal half the price but then told sorry you can't have it as BT own EE as you're an existing customer, as is Plusnet. Options seem limited!!

    @EE rubbish customer service. Plusnet changed over my contract to you 2 weeks ago and each day I have to reset my Internet connection to sky. On hold for almost an hour tonight and no reply. I do not want online help I want to speak to a human who can explain why this happens.
