@JessSloss @Plusnet My year with @Plusnet was the worst. Terrible WiFi, useless customer service. I moved to Sky as soon as possible. I take their £9 and run-they don’t care!

@Plusnet hi there, I'm in Spain and my phone's not connecting to any networks. I can't see if Roam Like at Home is enabled on my account, can't see how to enable it on your website, and can't call you because I'm on wifi. Any help?

Massive thank you to @Plusnet for supporting me in leaving my wifi service early with no charges due to needing to leave an uninhabitable/unsafe flat. The landlord has caused me stress and panic to no end, but this small relief from #Plusnet has honestly made my day.

Happy Friday to me from @Plusnet they sent me a bill for £140 as an "early termination charge" - for the account THEY had to close as it was a broken account. Had weeks of problems and spent WAY too much time trying to resolve, now they chuck this one at us. "That won't do" 🙄
