@JessSloss @Plusnet My year with @Plusnet was the worst. Terrible WiFi, useless customer service. I moved to Sky as soon as possible. I take their £9 and run-they don’t care!

@plusnethelp we are struggling with slow connection speeds. Tried calling customer services and got an automated message that they can’t take our call. Seriously @Plusnet you’re main selling point is #CustomerService and this is terrible!

@Plusnet absolutely the worst customer service. We used the home move "service" and 7 weeks later still no internet. No updates on when we will get internet & no call backs when you say you will call back. Now can't get intouch with customer service at all. #shambles

@Plusnet just had my text to say my service is up and running, went to set it up and I don’t have an ONT. I wasn’t asked about this and I already had a delay from your side before connection. Now I cannot get through to customer services! I work from home and need connection!

@Plusnet new customer and no internet working - was passed onto technical team but they were closed. Phone service on your end keeps breaking this morning. So far I have no internet at all since joining. This is not good and needs sorting

@Plusnet “il do you proud” no, not really, an absolute let down. No landline for 2 weeks, can’t even dial 999/911. As a carer, I can’t co-ordinate the care needed as I can’t liase with the teams and specialists appropriately.😡😡 what a I paying for?
