@plusnethelp we are struggling with slow connection speeds. Tried calling customer services and got an automated message that they can’t take our call. Seriously @Plusnet you’re main selling point is #CustomerService and this is terrible!

@JessSloss @Plusnet My year with @Plusnet was the worst. Terrible WiFi, useless customer service. I moved to Sky as soon as possible. I take their £9 and run-they don’t care!

@Plusnet At long last I got a new router, thank you. I fitted it up and then I am left with the old one. Please what do I do with it? I have had quite a few but never been quite sure what the solution is. Please advise.

@JamesHarkin Been with plusnet for a few years now, can't remember having to contact them. Was with sky previously and and had a few problems that always seemed to be someone else's fault... Including when THEY didnt book the engineer to come out. Talk talk were good as well

So disappointed with @Plusnet! For a company that prides itself on customer service I can’t believe that you insist on your customers sitting on hold for upwards of 30 mins to talk to staff and won’t offer a call back or help via the online chat function on your website!
