@plusnethelp we are struggling with slow connection speeds. Tried calling customer services and got an automated message that they can’t take our call. Seriously @Plusnet you’re main selling point is #CustomerService and this is terrible!

@JessSloss @Plusnet My year with @Plusnet was the worst. Terrible WiFi, useless customer service. I moved to Sky as soon as possible. I take their £9 and run-they don’t care!

The thrill of having a phone installed at home was immense, and the thrill of my business paying for its own ADSL line to go in was equally visceral - it never worked, we were too-early adopters of what was later to become @Plusnet (later a client).

Right sorted enery new tarrif out, got that down to £105 per month (taking into account my credit of £530 in the black). Ordered Home Essentials BT broadband at £15 per month (Plusnet £36). Trying to rearrange my finances so I can have at least a meager life & food.

@phoenixbaggie @mikehemm Plusnet offer decent prices but are owned by the devil (BT). Utility Warehouse do good deals but never really show prices. These two have decent support, the rest are much of muchnesses with crap support. If you dont need huge speed go for 36Mbs and save a couple extra quid.

@Plusnet impossible to raise a complaint online, only options to call. 10 months and still can’t sort the correct tariff!! 🤬
