@JessSloss @Plusnet My year with @Plusnet was the worst. Terrible WiFi, useless customer service. I moved to Sky as soon as possible. I take their £9 and run-they don’t care!

@plusnethelp we are struggling with slow connection speeds. Tried calling customer services and got an automated message that they can’t take our call. Seriously @Plusnet you’re main selling point is #CustomerService and this is terrible!

@Plusnet why is my sim only picking up 3G every time I go abroad,I put SIM card from my other phone into this phone and get 4G no probs? Therefore this is not an iPhone problem but SIM card prob ?? Thanks

Time to change my broadband provider again I always do it every 18 months to get a cheaper deal 18 months ago moved from Plusnet to Vodafone to save money now moving from Vodafone back to Plusnet to save £8 a month. For 18 months with the new customer deal all fun and games

@Plusnet I just want internet in my bedroom im disabled and spend a lot of time upstairs but all this is driving me crazy the router hub 1 is powerful enough to send a signal upstairs..so deffo need another router tech guy said
