  @Plusnet I've been going through the text message service and apparently there is a fault; I thought it might have just been a temporary hiccup but maybe there's something more serious going on. Seems to be stable for now at least, but there's been times where it's up and down constantly

  @Plusnet No that's just it, I've recently renewed at got sold my latest deal which was only a little less that what I was originally paying. Why offer me a deal that's significantly worse than your most expensive when I'm getting a lot less for my money.. Terrible service.

  So... for the 2nd time in a week @Plusnet @plusnethelp have not got back to me after promising to do so to resolve an account complaint. I'm officially bored. Do I really have to make 8 calls to resolve a very simple issue. 9th looming...
