@JessSloss @Plusnet My year with @Plusnet was the worst. Terrible WiFi, useless customer service. I moved to Sky as soon as possible. I take their £9 and run-they don’t care!

@Plusnet what on earth is going on with your supply recently? It cuts out many times a day (4 times already this morning), and drops down to 3-6Mbps from the usual 40Mbps (despite paying for 60+).. Been doing this since Saturday.

@Plusnet @plusnethelp Great service from your team and @WeAreOpenreach this morning. I had lost my internet connection on Saturday morning and it was all sorted by 0930 this morning after the engineers (James and Danny) found the fault and fixed it.

@Plusnet woke up at 7am to a red light and the broadband symbol flashing red. Tried all the usual recommended tricks to fix it and nothing works. Would love to know if this is a current issue and not just me. Working from home is kind of impossible when your Internet stops workin

@Tonysmini @MerlinFDC4 Yes... Going down the list. Some providers "no capacity" (TalkTalk), "wrong tech" (PlusNet), some choose to not connect to Openreach fibre (Vodafone)... Latest info is one provider may have bought the rights for 12 months (suspect it's BT)... So much for having fibre built in 😟

@Plusnet please help. My partner is trying to work from home and over the last 7 days or so our connection has become abysmal. Dropping out all the time. It’s becoming a real problem!
