    @JessSloss @Plusnet My year with @Plusnet was the worst. Terrible WiFi, useless customer service. I moved to Sky as soon as possible. I take their £9 and run-they don’t care!

    @plusnethelp we are struggling with slow connection speeds. Tried calling customer services and got an automated message that they can’t take our call. Seriously @Plusnet you’re main selling point is #CustomerService and this is terrible!

    @plusnethelp Hi Plusnet, I have a fault ID 70524, I can confirm I need an engineer visit please, tests to get WiFi working have not fixed issue. I can be available any time for engineer. Please call me to confirm. Thank you (I did try to call but cannot get through)

    @fraserboyd No one else takes days to get their service back up, even when its running PlusNet's email is shocking, I have important legal docs that I have to reply to within a timescale and the service doesn't work, poor from a big company like PlusNet.

    @Plusnet I see your latest 'Status Update' is just a copy of the last one, and the next one is not due until 9:30 tomorrow. This level of customer service is appalling. It does not give customers any sort of answers when we deserve something better.

    It has now been more than 2 days with no explanation about why plusnet email still not working or indication of when it might be back. Not good enough. #plusnetdown

    @naomhgallagher @virginmedia PlusNet is probably the cheapest. We’ve been with them for 8 months and no complaints. And their customer service rates well. We tried Virgin a few years ago but after several visits they said there was a 1 metre gap between the cable in the street and the start of our drive.
