Said he'll try to chase it up but it might be end of next week before they're fixed. He was confident fibre port is likely to be the root cause of my issued. Meanwhile had a chat with James at Plusnet yesterday, another nice guy, genuinely eager to help. Maybe by next weekend...?

@Plusnet I can't find the FAQ about how your service is going to "CPI plus 3.9%" better after the 31st of March. Kindly point me to that FAQ. Thanks

@John_P_Topham @addict_opiate Hi @John_P_Topham UK is moving to digital (Internet) based 📞 services as the current system is closing. Some providers may choose to offer a broadband (data) only service such as PlusNet who may also offer you to move everything to BT if you want a digital landline📞 service too

Well not like I only get a set amount next month working out what covers what, food, gas, electric , vet bills, phone etc so this goes over the amount I get so.. but what's the point of paying for @Plusnet when I'm paying a crap service and using TP, to even get good WiFi

  • ttyEngland

@mcopsey To try out PlusNet on EE's network, I'd get an EE PAYG SIM. Add Outgoing calls with a £10 bundle for 30 days - one off. PlusNet has no PAYG but 30 day only contracts. One must pay via DirectDebit though, whereas EE still do vouchers and cash, which may be better till satisfied.

@Plusnet why are you refusing to cancel my account when I have changed suppliers? Why is your agent stonewalling? You are not owed any money.

@Plusnet absolutely useless! Maybe sending smoke signals to customer service would be more successful. #poorcustomerservice

Does anybody know why @Plusnet ignore customer feedback and do not do what they say they will?
