@plusnethelp we are struggling with slow connection speeds. Tried calling customer services and got an automated message that they can’t take our call. Seriously @Plusnet you’re main selling point is #CustomerService and this is terrible!

@JessSloss @Plusnet My year with @Plusnet was the worst. Terrible WiFi, useless customer service. I moved to Sky as soon as possible. I take their £9 and run-they don’t care!

Well Done. EE is a wholly owned subsidiary of BT, and is being used as its main marketing arm. Plusnet is another, more at the budget end, and with fewer strings to its bow. Finally, Openreach is another subsidiary that installs and maintains the network for all suppliers, so it has a degree of autonomy.

@wmarybeard @VodafoneUK Firstly you will be entitled to compensation-won’t help you now I know but I ended up with nearly 1 free year from Plusnet for something similar. But you can attach your mobile to your laptop and run that from the phones 5G. Google it for instructions how

@stuffierescue Been with PlusNet for years, good customer service. That said, we're very rural, so I can't comment on whether they do excellent broadband speed.
