@plusnethelp Hi Plusnet, I have a fault ID 70524, I can confirm I need an engineer visit please, tests to get WiFi working have not fixed issue. I can be available any time for engineer. Please call me to confirm. Thank you (I did try to call but cannot get through)

@JessSloss @Plusnet My year with @Plusnet was the worst. Terrible WiFi, useless customer service. I moved to Sky as soon as possible. I take their £9 and run-they don’t care!

@plusnethelp we are struggling with slow connection speeds. Tried calling customer services and got an automated message that they can’t take our call. Seriously @Plusnet you’re main selling point is #CustomerService and this is terrible!

@Plusnet I have done some changes at home and got connected but things are still not working properly so the thing the engineer did today hasn't worked he needs to come back and sort all this mess because what he did hasn't worked in fact a waste of time

@Plusnet Whilst your IMAP servers have never worked well they're really bad now. Thunderbird on 2 PCs (one Windows 10, the other Linux) each with different accounts unable to fetch new email since 25 September. TCP timeout upped to 600 but server keeps disconnecting.
