    @JessSloss @Plusnet My year with @Plusnet was the worst. Terrible WiFi, useless customer service. I moved to Sky as soon as possible. I take their £9 and run-they don’t care!

    @plusnethelp Hi Plusnet, I have a fault ID 70524, I can confirm I need an engineer visit please, tests to get WiFi working have not fixed issue. I can be available any time for engineer. Please call me to confirm. Thank you (I did try to call but cannot get through)

    @Plusnet I've had to dm you again. Can someone please read it and get in touch. We were told a fix was done. It's still not working. Worried now bt think it's fixed but it's not. Have phoned. No joy. Just in limbo here. No network, can't work. Just stressed 😫

    @Plusnet If only I was so lucky. Trying to sort a complaint with you for the last 3 months where you slammed my line. Despite having an open complaint with you and pro-actively ringing up to pay 10 pounds you considered owed pro-actively so I wouldn't be passed to debt collection agency.

    @SlowPsycho @theroyalfactor @Plusnet Getting any form of customer service is proving a right headache and everytime COVID is being peddled as the excuse. Its becoming rather tedious and infuriating at the same time.

    @theroyalfactor @Plusnet I can think of one where they insisted you use FB Messenger to contact customer services, then suddenly they can't reply on that anymore so you have to email. Maybe it was to do with all the customers they were blocking on Facebook for highlighting their 8 tentacled shadiness.

    @Plusnet our fibre broadband drops connection at around 21:30ish every night. It usually comes back on a few minutes later. Could you help please?
