    @plusnethelp we are struggling with slow connection speeds. Tried calling customer services and got an automated message that they can’t take our call. Seriously @Plusnet you’re main selling point is #CustomerService and this is terrible!

    @plusnethelp Hi Plusnet, I have a fault ID 70524, I can confirm I need an engineer visit please, tests to get WiFi working have not fixed issue. I can be available any time for engineer. Please call me to confirm. Thank you (I did try to call but cannot get through)

    @JessSloss @Plusnet My year with @Plusnet was the worst. Terrible WiFi, useless customer service. I moved to Sky as soon as possible. I take their £9 and run-they don’t care!

    @chrisdingleb It's okay - I am off to my home town today and I've let work know. Plusnet are in big trouble here. I am unhappy to put it mildly and the repeated "It's just email" when broadband is down coming on for 24 hours isn't acceptable. I will be moving provider as will many others

    @MarcAllera @EE How about a course for your plusnet technicians on how to maintain and support an email service. Are you aware that the service has been down for more than 48 hours after suffering issues for a number of weeks?

    @Plusnet Thanks for your reply. I think most users have found Customer Support responses over the past couple of days to be wholly inadequate, and lacking a bit of honesty. So I think you should as a company, use this as a moment to learn from so in future you comminicate better.

    Good morning @Plusnet - email issue still not fixed I see. Can’t receive or send any. And no explanation from you as to what has actually happened. This is beyond a joke now.

    I really don't know who's at fault but every night, I lose connection as the router cannot connect to the internet and the only solution seems to be to reset the router @plusnet @TPLINKHelp
