Our new @virginmedia WiFi has already stopped working. It has only been in for 7 hours. I cannot find help anywhere online. So far, I think I should have remained with @Plusnet. #Internet #WiFi #usingdatacoswifiisbroken

Yes, private jets are bad Knowing exactly where Elon Musk's private jet is... * Plusnet answered the phone and broke my chain of thought :P * Would I be okay about Twitter tracking where NRBs car is 24/7? Nope And not many people want to murder him 2/2

I managed to get through to plusnet customer service - the transfer will now happen on the 30th But they'd sent me emails that haven't arrived (he failed to get one through while I was on the phone - except via the John Lewis account) and don't know why for that either *frets*

@Plusnet No internet for 15 days now. Plusnet keep giving us dates for repairs then missing deadlines. They blame Openreach and say nothing they can do. Terrible customer service.

@MoneySavingExp Remember that these MVNOs may not have access to all frequencies and facilities from the main network. Worth checking before switching. For instance EE supports 2G voice for wider coverage, and WiFi Calling. Plusnet does not so where I live they would not be suitable.
