@PolaRooS @Plusnet Always had excellent service from BT - recently got a new 2 year contract and an open reach engineer came to install it and he rationalised wires in the house, traced an earth daily to the exchange and we gained 10Mp in speed to 78

Ken Adams ⛰️ (@mrbrady72) reported from Dalham, England

Just had my first post increase bill from the shysters who are @Plusnet - bill up by £6 a month for exactly the same service. If I could leave without penalty, I would - but their disingenuous business practices won’t allow this. #robbed

@Plusnet A huge Thankyou to Adam Ramsden at Plus Net. After months of no broadband with no one else helping, he’s fixed the problem & enabled me to WFH in Lockdown. A big thank you & a credit to Plusnet.

Hey @plusnet - sent a DM yesterday could someone help with it please?

  • DazzaBoro

@Plusnet Your 900mbps is a joke. Wish I had never left @zeninternet . I was on 57mbps service with them and it was faster than your new service we have opted in too. How can this be? To be fobbed of with you should use a cable to connect is very poor.

    Nicky Robson (@Nicky_Robson) reported

@Plusnet I'm dealing with my father's estate & customer services won't help me - how do you deal with a bereavement query when the deceased username is not known?

  • 1066shrimprail
    SHRIMP - Hastings (@1066shrimprail) reported

Why have @Plusnet become one of worst companies do try and communicate with? Departments simply seem unable to talk to each other.

@whisperwoIf @virginmedia I mean they didn’t let customers cancel and yet they got fined yesterday by our regulator here in the UK for £28m. I can’t relate because I use Plusnet which practically never goes out or ***** up a lot

  • dysontour

@Plusnet @BECCABEAN You really aren't thinking about your customers. I asked a simple question about being moved whilst out of contract and just get the stupid bots.

@Girlw0ndr I've had EE for 2years now,so far never had any problems and definitely better than my previous supplier, Plusnet

  • Nigelh7n
    Nigel Hurneyman (@Nigelh7n) reported

@WeAreOpenreach My provider will probably be #BT, because I have to switch from #Plusnet to keep my home phone number. I know you own the network and I believe you do all BT-related updates, but do you allow other broadband providers to do their own updates on it?

  • andyplewis
    Andy Lewis (@andyplewis) reported

@Plusnet how incompetent can a company be? forced me to transition to EE without my consent, closed my account now threatening legal action for non payment of cancellation fees. Spent days on phone with you and EE nobody wants to own the issue. Refused to give an email address
