Why am I not offered the same rates as a new customer? @Plusnet should I switch? #treatloyaltylikeroyalty

  • mrbrady72 Ken Adams ⛰️ (@mrbrady72) reported from Dalham, England

Just had my first post increase bill from the shysters who are @Plusnet - bill up by £6 a month for exactly the same service. If I could leave without penalty, I would - but their disingenuous business practices won’t allow this. #robbed

  • Chrisjohnpearce Chris Pearce (@Chrisjohnpearce) reported from Histon, England

@plusnethelp Hi Plusnet, I have a fault ID 70524, I can confirm I need an engineer visit please, tests to get WiFi working have not fixed issue. I can be available any time for engineer. Please call me to confirm. Thank you (I did try to call but cannot get through)

@PolaRooS @Plusnet Always had excellent service from BT - recently got a new 2 year contract and an open reach engineer came to install it and he rationalised wires in the house, traced an earth daily to the exchange and we gained 10Mp in speed to 78

  • bridesbysolo Brides By Solo (@bridesbysolo) reported from Dullingham, England

@Plusnet A huge Thankyou to Adam Ramsden at Plus Net. After months of no broadband with no one else helping, he’s fixed the problem & enabled me to WFH in Lockdown. A big thank you & a credit to Plusnet.

Plusnet Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • esarty Esarty (@esarty) reported

@Plusnet It's hard to believe that the default position, when moving house, is that the cease/activation dates are not the same and must changed separately (if you remember to do so). On *all* calls I was very clear that I was booking this in advance to minimise any loss of service.

  • SecretlyC Secretly Ce'Nedra (@SecretlyC) reported

@Plusnet Apparently I owe you 1p which I can’t pay you online as it’s too small an amount and you’re going to send it to collections if I don’t pay. Help please?

  • CllrAsimMahmood Asim Mahmood (@CllrAsimMahmood) reported

@Plusnet really disappointed. You guys have messed up my number port for my mobile and I’ve just learned you’ve cancelled my broadband because you think I have 2 phone lines at my house. Ever hear of contacting the customer before doing something so drastic?

  • AnneCarey28 Anne Carey (@AnneCarey28) reported

@DonaldMacleod01 @virginmedia I gave up with Plusnet 5 years ago and have tethered from my smartphone ever since. No problems

  • Meowowowowowoww katmeow (@Meowowowowowoww) reported

@Plusnet hi my internet has been down since lunchtime, can you see what is wrong at your end?

  • tandleman Tandleman (@tandleman) reported

@Plusnet Internet failing to connect today try your help says no issues. M24 area. Reboot several times doesn't help. Refresh router doesn't. Any ideas?

@KBGreyhoundlady @_loves_dogs Glad it’s sorted. We had VM at our last place for years but v expensive, kept trying to put it up, regular pestering sales calls, v poor customer service, quite a lot of outage. When we left took me a year to get final bill sorted. No probs with Plusnet, easy to contact.

  • jones293_jones Graham jones (@jones293_jones) reported

@NOWHelpTeam It’s exposed. Iv always been on virgin so never bother. But I’m sick to the back teeth of them and looking to move. Yourselves sky bt and plusnet are all looking interesting. But I’m stuck on what to do.

  • JT_Vegas JT (@JT_Vegas) reported

Hi @Plusnet, I am meant to be transferring over to you today from sky broadband. I was told that once the sky service stopped then I’d be ready to go with you guys. Sky stopped their service at midnight and yours still isn’t up and running….. any ideas when this will start?

  • RachaelParkman Rachael Parkman (@RachaelParkman) reported

@Plusnet Hi Tony, we’ve updated the router. The issue seems to be no signal coming into the router
