@PolaRooS @Plusnet Always had excellent service from BT - recently got a new 2 year contract and an open reach engineer came to install it and he rationalised wires in the house, traced an earth daily to the exchange and we gained 10Mp in speed to 78

  • mrbrady72 Ken Adams ⛰️ (@mrbrady72) reported from Dalham, England

Just had my first post increase bill from the shysters who are @Plusnet - bill up by £6 a month for exactly the same service. If I could leave without penalty, I would - but their disingenuous business practices won’t allow this. #robbed

  • christinet50 Christine Taylor (@christinet50) reported from Waterbeach, England

Why am I not offered the same rates as a new customer? @Plusnet should I switch? #treatloyaltylikeroyalty

@Plusnet my download speeds are terrible, your advisors are rude and condescending, and nobody has got back to me about my complaint. It is terrible customer service and I want to leave but your exit fees are ridiculous.

  • G6JPG_ jpeg. Let's have 𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒑𝒐𝒓𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔 in news! (@G6JPG_) reported

Calls asking about roof insulation. (Repeatedly asking "what is the name of your company" makes them hang up [they pretend to be some body].) Calls show number if I dial 1471, but if I try block it (1572 option 1 with PlusNet), "unknown". Come on, @Ofcom. Make telcos block these

  • iD_Mobile_UK iD Mobile (@iD_Mobile_UK) reported

@geo_louu EE is currently experiencing network issues. This also includes customers of other providers that use EE’s infrastructure, such as Lyca Mobile, BT Mobile, Plusnet Mobile, 1pMobile, Spusu, Talk Home, Ecotalk, IQ Mobile, and Utility Warehouse, among others. - Anika

  • TomWoWPR Tom Walker Media (@TomWoWPR) reported

If, as @EE claim, they’re the best mobile network in the country, I would hate to see the worst. Ever since I transferred over to them from Plusnet two or three years ago, I have had a succession of problems with them; the latest being the random cancellation of my sim,

  • johnreed222333 John Reed (@johnreed222333) reported

So let’s be clear about @EE. They only guarantee the flow into the router. NOT the Wi-Fi signal, and Wi-Fi 6 covers less than Wi-Fi 5. When you change from plusnet to @EE no one explains this.
