    @plusnethelp Hi Plusnet, I have a fault ID 70524, I can confirm I need an engineer visit please, tests to get WiFi working have not fixed issue. I can be available any time for engineer. Please call me to confirm. Thank you (I did try to call but cannot get through)

    Just had my first post increase bill from the shysters who are @Plusnet - bill up by £6 a month for exactly the same service. If I could leave without penalty, I would - but their disingenuous business practices won’t allow this. #robbed

    @PolaRooS @Plusnet Always had excellent service from BT - recently got a new 2 year contract and an open reach engineer came to install it and he rationalised wires in the house, traced an earth daily to the exchange and we gained 10Mp in speed to 78

    @STEcopywriting Avoid plusnet most useless service I’ve ever had. Have had horrible issues since Feb and they’ve been zero help despite calling them 4 times a week

    @Plusnet There is still no working internet, I have just called customer service to tell me that the system says the issue was fixed, however the test he has run on the system says it is not. He advised I call back on Monday. I have never had 3 days on no internet with any other company

    @virginmedia They said 'because it isn't active'. But I was told to cancel my @plusnet phone account this Thursday, so obviously it isn't active! Doesn't make any sense to me.

    @Plusnet Dear team, I have no internet since Friday evening. I was assured by your customer service team this was due to a major service outage in “my area”. Despite your website claiming all weekend there was good service. This was due to be resolved on Saturday at 4pm.
