    @PolaRooS @Plusnet Always had excellent service from BT - recently got a new 2 year contract and an open reach engineer came to install it and he rationalised wires in the house, traced an earth daily to the exchange and we gained 10Mp in speed to 78

    @plusnethelp Hi Plusnet, I have a fault ID 70524, I can confirm I need an engineer visit please, tests to get WiFi working have not fixed issue. I can be available any time for engineer. Please call me to confirm. Thank you (I did try to call but cannot get through)

    @Plusnet A huge Thankyou to Adam Ramsden at Plus Net. After months of no broadband with no one else helping, he’s fixed the problem & enabled me to WFH in Lockdown. A big thank you & a credit to Plusnet.

    Just had my first post increase bill from the shysters who are @Plusnet - bill up by £6 a month for exactly the same service. If I could leave without penalty, I would - but their disingenuous business practices won’t allow this. #robbed

    @Plusnet Ok. I will wait for them to contact me then as I'm not chasing again, given I get ofcom-mandated compensation for missed appointments and delays of starting a service after an agreed date.

    I have been a loyal plusnet customer for a number of years. I received an EE router and a text to switchover to EE, without wishing too. I have followed the steps to switchover and encountering problems. My logins are not working for either provider, can you help? @Plusnet

    Sadly we are still last mile copper here, no Community/Open Reach fibre yet but we do have Virgin Media (old cable)... Yes I know...but I suspect support will be as **** like nearly all of them now....if Plusnet wasn't dropping phones and Zen wasn't hyper expensive I'd use them.

    Hey @Plusnet , you bandits. You fail to inform me clearly that I'm out of contract, then whack my bill up by 100% while then offering me one that is 100% less. Why not offer the latter in the first place? Vile shower @Ofcom @WhichUK Oh, and your emails are dead donotreply ones.

    @whisperwoIf @virginmedia I mean they didn’t let customers cancel and yet they got fined yesterday by our regulator here in the UK for £28m. I can’t relate because I use Plusnet which practically never goes out or ***** up a lot
