@plusnethelp Hi Plusnet, I have a fault ID 70524, I can confirm I need an engineer visit please, tests to get WiFi working have not fixed issue. I can be available any time for engineer. Please call me to confirm. Thank you (I did try to call but cannot get through)

@Plusnet Hello, in TA4 area, is there a known issue with your BB FTTC service in this area? Have had no internet service for over 30 mins, your service status page will not load.
