@PolaRooS @Plusnet Always had excellent service from BT - recently got a new 2 year contract and an open reach engineer came to install it and he rationalised wires in the house, traced an earth daily to the exchange and we gained 10Mp in speed to 78

Why am I not offered the same rates as a new customer? @Plusnet should I switch? #treatloyaltylikeroyalty

Just had my first post increase bill from the shysters who are @Plusnet - bill up by £6 a month for exactly the same service. If I could leave without penalty, I would - but their disingenuous business practices won’t allow this. #robbed

@Plusnet A huge Thankyou to Adam Ramsden at Plus Net. After months of no broadband with no one else helping, he’s fixed the problem & enabled me to WFH in Lockdown. A big thank you & a credit to Plusnet.

@Kearney96 it's weird how plusnet and giffgaff tried that route to be more relatable using the north instead of using southern english voices and instead what happened was i came to resent the north as a whole new customer service enemy

@btbusinesscare I have had a fault with my BT Business line since 22 June. Last week the line dropped to around 5Mbps. Supposedly they've been working to fix the problem but it's still just as bad. Our home connection with Plusnet was fixed within a few days and on that we get 30Mbps and it was

@Ofcom I have registered a complaint but I have the impression that OFCOM are going to do NOTHING just log the issue against Plusnet. Am I wrong on this? Is OFCOM going to do anything? Call Plusnet and ask why their service is so poor? Hold them to account?

  • twistedart CaptureArt (@twistedart) reported

@Plusnet Hi there, I'm having trouble understanding my latest bill costing £44.31. I recently purchased a new contract with Plusnet for 18 months with new hub from 04/07/2022, where a monthly subscription will be £26.50 for 18 months. Can you help?

  • Claire832022 Claire (@Claire832022) reported

@Plusnet I rang to cancel and after I went through all the options to select I was cut off. How else can I do this

  • Commentor22 douglas (@Commentor22) reported

@Plusnet Hey Plusnet. "Award-winning-customer service" Does that include refusing to close a mobile account for almost four months. Despite two separate calls wherein a customer service manager swore down the account was closed? I will be looking to take this matter further.

Me: I've been made homeless.... Plusnet: That's fine, your cancellation fee is £189 🙃 Kick a gal whilst she's down why don't you. 😩

@Vesidia_ @Plusnet My partner reports that ours is often bad after midnight too - just after 1am seems to be a consistent drop-out time, so much so that I've asked before if Plusnet do maintenance then, but I'm told not
