    @plusnethelp Hi Plusnet, I have a fault ID 70524, I can confirm I need an engineer visit please, tests to get WiFi working have not fixed issue. I can be available any time for engineer. Please call me to confirm. Thank you (I did try to call but cannot get through)

    @Plusnet 10pm and my box has cut out again. Been fine all day connected to 5hgz and 10 pm cute straight out...really not happy with the service I am paying for. Starting to happen every night my box tunes out and flashes orange and then when I checked my bill I'm charged more. Not happy.

    @Plusnet You can help me my broadband keeps dropping out. I have tried changing the router as per mentioned in the forum changed erthernet cables along with micro filters and it’s still happening
