@Plusnet A huge Thankyou to Adam Ramsden at Plus Net. After months of no broadband with no one else helping, he’s fixed the problem & enabled me to WFH in Lockdown. A big thank you & a credit to Plusnet.

  • christinet50 Christine Taylor (@christinet50) reported from Waterbeach, England

Why am I not offered the same rates as a new customer? @Plusnet should I switch? #treatloyaltylikeroyalty

  • mrbrady72 Ken Adams ⛰️ (@mrbrady72) reported from Dalham, England

Just had my first post increase bill from the shysters who are @Plusnet - bill up by £6 a month for exactly the same service. If I could leave without penalty, I would - but their disingenuous business practices won’t allow this. #robbed

@TalkTalk I have sent a DM. I’m in W2 nowhere near the service outages posted. That is what I checked first. There was apparnetly an outage last night in my area (not on your list). Neighbours on @Plusnet have had their service reinstated within 5 hours and are happily working. Help please

  • LittleLostLad Jake Lambert (@LittleLostLad) reported

@Plusnet hi. I have no internet. I called yesterday because the signal was weak and now it’s non existent. Tweeting you here instead of DMs in hope that helps in some way.

  • FionaHarvey30 Fiona Harvey (@FionaHarvey30) reported

@Plusnet why has our internet service got so much worse since you provided us with a new router? We pay a lot of money for unlimited fibre optic. Now looking at other providers. Please reply

  • SimonWhalley1 Simon Whalley (@SimonWhalley1) reported

@TalkTalk She cancelled her existing @TalkTalk contract on 11 January in order to join @Plusnet (who's customer service has been excellent by the way).

  • runxuan runxuan (@runxuan) reported

Very frustrating when informing @Plusnet I am moving home, customer service using high-pressure sales locks me in for another 24 months (£29 per month) for the same deal that is offered to new customers as a 12 months contract for 22.99. What are my options? @MartinSLewis

  • DavidMcAusland David McAusland 👽🍵🍔 (@DavidMcAusland) reported

@ddphotograph @virginmedia Virgin are the worst broadband service by miles! I've gone with Plusnet, super fast speeds, great customer service, no drop outs in service

  • scottjordan16 scott jordan (@scottjordan16) reported

@Plusnet @SkintDad So how’s a bit of help with this issue I’ve spoken to open reach and they say I’ve to ask you to escalate what their moron engineer has done and I’m still speaking to open reach. No one wants to help. I’ve been with you 2 days and it’s nothing but a debacle

  • SimonWhalley1 Simon Whalley (@SimonWhalley1) reported

@TalkTalk @Plusnet After resolutely trying to resolve the problem privately, she was promised a call back by a @TalkTalk manager. That was at 13.32 - it's now 15.47. Over 2 hours she's been waiting.

  • RBonlett Roland Bonlett (@RBonlett) reported

Aaaarggh! Does ANYTHING work any more? I decided to renew my contract with Plusnet (had lapsed, was paying too much) so after AN HOUR on phone I had it renegotiated on Unlimited Fiber Extra (80-20). Went online this morning and I'm now getting 40 down and 10 up! FFS!!!

  • Newton4Maryport Steve Newton (@Newton4Maryport) reported

Thanks @Plusnet... Broadband gone live today, no router... Customer support say it's not even despatched. So that'll be least 5 days without broadband for us, and homeschooling to do for a GCSE year student. Not a good impression - new customer. "That'll Do!" #Plusnet #ThatllDo
