@Plusnet The CS guy emailed me. Apparently his system went down, that cut him off. It doesnt excuse the boring "we're expereicneing high call volumes" nonsesne. Every corp now uses this excuse for not hiring enough staff. Plusnet have always been head & shoulders above the rest. Now same?

I have @Plusnet broadband (@JohnLewisRetail branded). I have moved house and tried to switch the service to the new house. PlusNet have told me the house is full fibre and that can't to provide that service - but want to charge me £139 cancellation fee. How can that be possible?

@jesuisunhananas @VOXI_UK Yes I'm leaving for plusnet for that reason. Not that the PAC code works or anyone can understand in customer service what my issue is. Shocking
