  @plusnethelp Hi Plusnet, I have a fault ID 70524, I can confirm I need an engineer visit please, tests to get WiFi working have not fixed issue. I can be available any time for engineer. Please call me to confirm. Thank you (I did try to call but cannot get through)

  @benbakerbooks @htwcentral We've had absolutely no problem with Plusnet since we moved in here. We get about 57Mb from an advertised max of 66 and an upload speed around 20Mb, which is good enough. Virgin was installed to the street about eight minths ago, but we've felt no need to switch.

  @Plusnet broadband stopped working from 10am. are there any known outages in WA15 postcode? your service status shows all green but many people reporting outages and reported problems on downdetector

  @Plusnet Another month and another new problem, this time random disconnects at varying times, and plenty of blocked packets. This is utter rubbish.
