@Plusnet Absolutely shocking service, or no service in my case. Some of your staff need some training in speaking to people... that alone was enough to make me walk away, let alone you want to charge a cancellation fee for a service you failed to provide

@Plusnet So today was meant to be my swap over day from Sky to Plusnet, and here I am stuck with nothing, the router hasn't arrived and it seems my sky service has been terminated. Care to help?

Carlsberg don't do sh*t customer service, but if they did, they'd probably ask @Plusnet for help! #FobbedOff

Is plusnet treating its customers with contempt? A customer submitted an official complaint when he was unable to access his VPN for more than 5 weeks, was invited to leave. He just wanted the firewall issue resolved and fixed (like all frustrated customers)!
