@plusnethelp Hi Plusnet, I have a fault ID 70524, I can confirm I need an engineer visit please, tests to get WiFi working have not fixed issue. I can be available any time for engineer. Please call me to confirm. Thank you (I did try to call but cannot get through)

  • mrbrady72 Ken Adams ⛰️ (@mrbrady72) reported from Dalham, England

Just had my first post increase bill from the shysters who are @Plusnet - bill up by £6 a month for exactly the same service. If I could leave without penalty, I would - but their disingenuous business practices won’t allow this. #robbed

  • christinet50 Christine Taylor (@christinet50) reported from Waterbeach, England

Why am I not offered the same rates as a new customer? @Plusnet should I switch? #treatloyaltylikeroyalty

  • bridesbysolo Brides By Solo (@bridesbysolo) reported from Dullingham, England

@Plusnet A huge Thankyou to Adam Ramsden at Plus Net. After months of no broadband with no one else helping, he’s fixed the problem & enabled me to WFH in Lockdown. A big thank you & a credit to Plusnet.

@Plusnet Hello. Please can you set the downstream rate on my line correctly. It's laughably poor at the moment

  • pipmadeley Pip (@pipmadeley) reported

@Plusnet Afraid I no longer have a home phone with which to check. Openreach engineer passed line yesterday with almost negligible FEC errors being reported. Nothing to suggest line would suddenly become noisy at night. Has the possibility of an issue at the exchange been explored?

  • IBaxterSoundArt Ian Baxter (@IBaxterSoundArt) reported

@Plusnet It's fixed now, thank you. You should pass on, if you're able, that hiking prices, not just by inflation but by inflation plus an extra 3.9% mid contract is terrible PR for Plusnet. I know it's not just Plusnet and this is industry wide.

  • DeeCee65058630 DeeCee (@DeeCee65058630) reported

@HelenAshby72 Ours with Plusnet was easy. It even suggested making a cup of tea whilst waiting for it to find its signal. My kind of manual. Good luck.

  • ProfoundYellow A Profound Suffusion of Yellow (@ProfoundYellow) reported

@pipmadeley @Plusnet If it is an exchange problem, only a non-openreach supplier would make a difference. So cable or 5G basically

  • pipmadeley Pip (@pipmadeley) reported

@Plusnet Thanks for your help, Curtis, I appreciate your efforts and will wait an update. For what it's worth, the adjoining house is empty but the problem started long before it was vacant anyway, so I can confidently rule out any interference coming from within the two properties.

  • MrsRLoader Rachel Loader (@MrsRLoader) reported

@Plusnet @Plusnet I am trying to cancel my mobile phone service, I don't need to transfer my number and have a 30 day contract. I can't find any info on how to do this on the app, help!!!

  • tianamaydawson Ttt (@tianamaydawson) reported

@Plusnet I wouldnt bother having plus net, bunch of con men!!! setting people up to fail

  • pipmadeley Pip (@pipmadeley) reported

@thatcedric Giving Plusnet the benefit of the doubt and a month to solve it. Of course the problem could well be affecting everyone else in the area across different ISPs but we're probably the only ones usually awake at that time. Definitely needs investigating though.

  • jezprime Jez Prime (@jezprime) reported

@pipmadeley @Plusnet Checked mine in case there is an obvious global problem with Plusnet, mine’s been connected since Feb 4, when I unplugged and re plugged everything for reasons unrelated to t’internet. Whatever it is: it’s not a global problem
