@plusnethelp Hi Plusnet, I have a fault ID 70524, I can confirm I need an engineer visit please, tests to get WiFi working have not fixed issue. I can be available any time for engineer. Please call me to confirm. Thank you (I did try to call but cannot get through)

@Plusnet Although it seems the four blackouts over five days were not the fault of PlusNet, I dont get any decrease in my monthly for loss of service. BT owns PlusNet so what's going on?

@Plusnet hi. We were expecting an engineer to attend tomorrow to install new fibre router etc. The date was changed by yourselves to a day we are unavailable. Tried contacting to rearrange but no joy, is there anything you can do to help? Thanks

@Plusnet Be careful they will steal your money, if you pay a deposit to start an internet service and you change you mind before 14 days you won't get you money back First it was 5 to 10 days then 21 days, then they said we can only pay you back on the date of your contract, still nothing
