    @plusnethelp Hi Plusnet, I have a fault ID 70524, I can confirm I need an engineer visit please, tests to get WiFi working have not fixed issue. I can be available any time for engineer. Please call me to confirm. Thank you (I did try to call but cannot get through)

    Just had my first post increase bill from the shysters who are @Plusnet - bill up by £6 a month for exactly the same service. If I could leave without penalty, I would - but their disingenuous business practices won’t allow this. #robbed

    Customer service at @Plusnet seems to be somewhere between awful and nonexistent. No chatbot; no email; no text; just phone for music on hold for 1/2 hour and no answer

    Now we have no internet our mobile signal is patchy (3 have just told us they are working in area so it’ll be bad until tomorrow) so are basically cut off. Tomorrow will be the 3rd working day @Plusnet so it’s not looking good, is it? Big legal meeting next week online too.😬😥

    @chrishainstock @AndyWoodturner @StickEandBrown Plusnet are a part of BT but are run very separately and their customer service is a great deal better than BTs.

    @Plusnet still no mobile service in OX39 area, and no response from my message yesterday. This is becoming a regular problem, I’m missing important health related phone calls due to this!

    @MikeGradysez Gave up on them years ago, I changed to Plusnet, owned funnily enough by BT now but great service and you actually speak to people based in Yorkshire. That'll do for me.
