    @PolaRooS @Plusnet Always had excellent service from BT - recently got a new 2 year contract and an open reach engineer came to install it and he rationalised wires in the house, traced an earth daily to the exchange and we gained 10Mp in speed to 78

    Just had my first post increase bill from the shysters who are @Plusnet - bill up by £6 a month for exactly the same service. If I could leave without penalty, I would - but their disingenuous business practices won’t allow this. #robbed

    @Plusnet Dear chaps, why is it impossible to contact anyone from your tech support team via email ? We had a business DSL line moved and I need to ask about it but your website makes it impossible to contact anyone unless I spend spend 3 hours on the phone.

    @Plusnet my broadband is slow! Dear plusnet my broadband is really slow - It’s been slow since Thursday, 27th of May I did it I did a test using ookla iPad app. Please see results: download 4.78 upload 0.71

    @SkyHelpTeam I've had a look,and this is just for recordings. My actually recordings are fine,its the downloads from catch up that are really poor and going back to the start while trying to forward. Would it be an Internet problem with @Plusnet rather than my box.

    @Plusnet worst company to sign up for...how after 2 weeks you "forgot" my account as a new customer and want me to wait another 3 weeks? No this is why people leave you..we just a number not a customer
