    Just had my first post increase bill from the shysters who are @Plusnet - bill up by £6 a month for exactly the same service. If I could leave without penalty, I would - but their disingenuous business practices won’t allow this. #robbed

    @PolaRooS @Plusnet Always had excellent service from BT - recently got a new 2 year contract and an open reach engineer came to install it and he rationalised wires in the house, traced an earth daily to the exchange and we gained 10Mp in speed to 78

    @greencoatboy These companies are a nightmare, I've not found one that can get a job done or a basic problem resolved without endless back & forth bureaucracy & plain incompetence. Plusnet repeatedly failed to collect correct DD payments, then blamed me & throttled my internet as a punishment!

    @Plusnet I need someone to contact me regards an issue, which I believe to be my router, where the connection intermittently drops and then reconnects. Most tests advised on your website have been done with no joy

    @Plusnet In Poland. I only have H+ (2G) while my wife (same handset) also on Plusnet, has 4G. No amount of turning onto airplane mode, or turning on again is helping. I see numerous community forums on your site with this problem and no resolution. Is my only solution to switch?
