    Just had my first post increase bill from the shysters who are @Plusnet - bill up by £6 a month for exactly the same service. If I could leave without penalty, I would - but their disingenuous business practices won’t allow this. #robbed

    @PolaRooS @Plusnet Always had excellent service from BT - recently got a new 2 year contract and an open reach engineer came to install it and he rationalised wires in the house, traced an earth daily to the exchange and we gained 10Mp in speed to 78

    @Plusnet A huge Thankyou to Adam Ramsden at Plus Net. After months of no broadband with no one else helping, he’s fixed the problem & enabled me to WFH in Lockdown. A big thank you & a credit to Plusnet.

    @joclegg @plusnet I'm in ME8. They've told me its a major outage but will be fixed by 6.20 pm. That Downdetector is rubbish.

    @Plusnet hello! Last week I phoned to say I wanted to stay with your service - now I have a load of texts from you telling me my installation and router are set to happen/arrive - but I’m already installed and have a router…this is surreal

    @TomK_Brit1993 Not a real landline of course... Phone still won't work in a power cut, more like an additional mobile. Plusnet has really good customer service

    Dear idiots @Plusnet and also @EE as u both have done it this month, if my payment date is set to 6th of month trying to take payment on the 3rd and then restricting services for your **** up won't magically make my money come in 3 days early, both account show 6th so do it!

    My Internet has been playing up all week and they said someone was coming Wednesday. they didn’t now saying they’re coming to fix it now it’s Monday. I’m not happy @Plusnet this is not your usual good service if you don’t get this it means the Internet is gone wrong again
