Neil Johnstone (@jigthejock) reported@EE @cARacTac Not since dial up have i had such poor boadband. I was pushed to ee from plusnet and it is terrible. Six times this evening i have had bufferring and my hub shut down entirely. I have Virgin Broadband at the bottom of my garden. In the meantime you can refund my payments.

Gladimir (@DrGladimir) reported@JessfromW At least with plusnet you can speak to a nice person in the UK usually, who attempts to help, not some evil 3rd worlder who will say or do literally anything to stop you getting an open reach visit (although I've disappointingly got someone from the subcontinent,in the UK, once).

And to think I have 3 more family accounts with you aswel.. So much for loyalty.. Time to switch 😒

It could be a node, it could be a cable, a pole, hell.. it could even be another user of that same net that has a device that's faulty, which results in a very unstable connection for you and A LOT of other users of that same cable that goes through your den.
