@PolaRooS @Plusnet Always had excellent service from BT - recently got a new 2 year contract and an open reach engineer came to install it and he rationalised wires in the house, traced an earth daily to the exchange and we gained 10Mp in speed to 78

Just had my first post increase bill from the shysters who are @Plusnet - bill up by £6 a month for exactly the same service. If I could leave without penalty, I would - but their disingenuous business practices won’t allow this. #robbed

@Plusnet Thanks for the response. I've had this issue before and it is never the hardware at fault. It seems to have stabalized back to normal but it's taken 24 hours to get there. I'll monitor and advise.

@STEcopywriting We’ve been happy with PlusNet since ditching virgin. Have had a few disruptions but never lasted long. Can save money by signing up to prepaid landline but watch out for the 18 month period.
