  • mrbrady72 Ken Adams ⛰️ (@mrbrady72) reported from Dalham, England

Just had my first post increase bill from the shysters who are @Plusnet - bill up by £6 a month for exactly the same service. If I could leave without penalty, I would - but their disingenuous business practices won’t allow this. #robbed

  • Warboyssnapper Andrew Bartram 🇺🇦 🇪🇺 (@Warboyssnapper) reported from Dalham, England

@PolaRooS @Plusnet Always had excellent service from BT - recently got a new 2 year contract and an open reach engineer came to install it and he rationalised wires in the house, traced an earth daily to the exchange and we gained 10Mp in speed to 78

  • bridesbysolo Brides By Solo (@bridesbysolo) reported from Dullingham, England

@Plusnet A huge Thankyou to Adam Ramsden at Plus Net. After months of no broadband with no one else helping, he’s fixed the problem & enabled me to WFH in Lockdown. A big thank you & a credit to Plusnet.

  • christinet50 Christine Taylor (@christinet50) reported from Waterbeach, England

Why am I not offered the same rates as a new customer? @Plusnet should I switch? #treatloyaltylikeroyalty

  • akpatwalia Avneet Patwalia (@akpatwalia) reported

@Plusnet On a instant speed check the service seems ok but over consistent long term use it has been totally unreliable. Can someone please kindly contact me to see how we can resolve this. The router has been changed but this has not helped. @plusnethelp

  • fashionpansy Char (@fashionpansy) reported

    @LankyCarGuy @Plusnet hahahaha it’s not that bad!

  • plusnethelp Plusnet Help (@plusnethelp) reported

@luckyboblondon Thanks for getting in touch, sorry to hear you want to leave Plusnet Unfortunately we’re not able to cancel your contract here, please call 0800 013 2632 and my colleague will be able to help. -Matt

  • PamillaBAV1 Crone(akaCorona)🤒Alone😷 (@PamillaBAV1) reported

@jlandpartners Hey John Lewis - d'you have any idea what an absolutely rubbish broadband service you've put your name to? Operated by @Plusnet (MinusNet) who take the cash up front, cancel the order without telling anyone & hang on to the cash for weeks after.

  • thegriffter Griff #BritishIndependence #doingwhatsright (@thegriffter) reported

@eva_angel9 The thing is that both of those will be using the same wires, cabinets and connections. If one is not so good there's no reason to believe the new provider will be any better without engineering support. I use PlusNet and love it, BT support! Arguably the best.

  • tobiasgavin Toby Gavin (@tobiasgavin) reported

@bt_uk You are not my isp @Plusnet @plusnethelp is! Though they piggy back on a crap network in my area. Its pathetic that in this day and age we cant get a better network mSSIVE #BROADBANDFAIL

  • HeatherK72 Heather (@HeatherK72) reported

@Plusnet On/off for the last 3 days. Just in time for back to work. Awful service

  • JoelDidcott Joel Didcott (@JoelDidcott) reported

@mdsmash @BBCTech I think the issue there is the fact you're with EE. I'm with Plusnet, pay £21 p/m on a 12 month contract, got a £60 reward card and get my max theoretical speed for my area (40mbps) and get a minimum guaranteed speed else I can exit early. You've just got to shop around.

  • GilesMeredith2 Giles.. Fortunately unique. (@GilesMeredith2) reported

@eva_angel9 Have you talked to them about your router. I was with sky for years and when it got bad they replaced the router. I joined plusnet last year and had issues until they changed the router for a better one. All good now. The pipes are the same whoever you are with.
