    @Plusnet @lizcooperclark 'Plusnet emails can be accessed using an email client as normal.' No they can't. Email clients using IMAP & POP3 are still getting authentication errors. DM me for an example.

    @Plusnet @drc1947 With respect, this is untrue, please stop saying this. Plusnet email cannot be accessed using a client. We are now into day 5 of this outage (please admit that it started late on the 9th), and all we hear is this repeated, formulaic non-truth.

    @Plusnet hello, I've just seen that you're having webmail issues. I can log onto my account but it won't display emails. Do you know when this will be fixed?

    @Plusnet It is STILL not working now. Did for a short while this morning but now stopped again, not receiving any emails. It is farcical.
