    Do @jlandpcustserv @Plusnet know how very poor their WiFi help is!? Spent many hours trying to get through to speak to someone. If you’re moving house don’t bother with them. Waited 3 weeks for transfer.

    @plusnethelp I spent 2.5 hours this morning on the phone to plusnet, who told me that broadband tests showed the problem as internal to my property, eventually a new router was ordered. Plusnet failed to mention the major bt outage in my area and lo it now works. Not impressed.

    @plusnethelp unauthorised/fraudulent use of my details to allegedly open an account with plusnet and it is now 2 weeks since plusnet is suppose to get back to me. Talk of basic customer service!!!

    @plusnethelp @plusnet no phone no internet for 24hrs. Chat doesn't work, an hour waiting on the phone doesn't work & you're not answering DMs. I tested the line (like the way you get customers to do the work for you) & there is a fault on the line. What am I paying you for?

    @Plusnet after signing up to PlusNet 1 month in my contract why cant i get the service you promised me and my 2 disabled brothers you don't do us proud at all.

    @plusnethelp @Plusnet You’ve had 42 days since our first complaint. Can you please fix our internet before the 25th so we can see family on video on Christmas Day. Please call me on 07421 319937 and let me know when you’re going to fix this.
