Just had my first post increase bill from the shysters who are @Plusnet - bill up by £6 a month for exactly the same service. If I could leave without penalty, I would - but their disingenuous business practices won’t allow this. #robbed

@PolaRooS @Plusnet Always had excellent service from BT - recently got a new 2 year contract and an open reach engineer came to install it and he rationalised wires in the house, traced an earth daily to the exchange and we gained 10Mp in speed to 78

@Plusnet was told at 3:30pm that it would be ‘20 mins’ before I heard from a customer service person. It’s not 4 hours later and still nothing. Terrible customer service.

Cancelled my PlusNet accounts today. So many security questions blah blah they have no idea why I left. Customer service has been dire. And the EE network is rubbish.

What a time to live. Internet is as slow as it was in 2006 and YouTube video quality is working out about the same! I gotta say tho I absolutely did NOT miss buffering!! Can't even watch YouTube, Netflix or any streaming service. Thanks @Plusnet for the quality service 👌

Getting fed up with @Plusnet who I have been with forever nearly. Every time it rains I lose my internet for a couple of minutes. When I log a fault they say it is fine now or monitor it for 2 days and close the incident. Of course it hasn't rained. Help!
