Just had my first post increase bill from the shysters who are @Plusnet - bill up by £6 a month for exactly the same service. If I could leave without penalty, I would - but their disingenuous business practices won’t allow this. #robbed

@Plusnet I'm used to having to regularly turn my router off and on because of no WiFi I'm used to the signal dipping to the point where my phone wants to switch to 4G even though I'm beside the router What I won't put up with is paying for a service and getting no WIFI ALL day

Is @Plusnet UK's worst phone/internet supplier? My a/c was hacked in mid-Nov. & still not back online & no compensation offered at busiest time of year for book sales - talk about ruining Christmas - all they want to talk about is getting my direct debit working again
