Just had my first post increase bill from the shysters who are @Plusnet - bill up by £6 a month for exactly the same service. If I could leave without penalty, I would - but their disingenuous business practices won’t allow this. #robbed

@Plusnet for over a year I’ve been trying to move my bill date and the account has an error, two support calls logged since 26/06 and both missed the sla’s you set and still no response, customer service is dreadful not sure how you have won awards !

@Plusnet @plusnethelp no internet last 2 days in Kilburn Park Road (London), we have fibre. Really inconvenient as our house has been flooded (modem etc unaffected). Pls confirm you are addressing this as a known outage?

@Plusnet Getting fed up of waiting now. Three cancelled open reach appointments to apparently change a broken port for the broadband to be turned on in our home. Yet the previous owners had perfectly fine broadband. Yet when I call you just keep telling me to wait.

@plusnethelp made a complaint to Plusnet 15th June’21 - still not received so much as a courtesy phone call? Apparently the “manager” Craig just hasn’t bothered, and surprise surprise only Craig can help me, and he’s not back in until Saturday. Ombudsman here I come!
