  • Warboyssnapper Andrew Bartram 🇺🇦 🇪🇺 (@Warboyssnapper) reported from Dalham, England

@PolaRooS @Plusnet Always had excellent service from BT - recently got a new 2 year contract and an open reach engineer came to install it and he rationalised wires in the house, traced an earth daily to the exchange and we gained 10Mp in speed to 78

  • mrbrady72 Ken Adams ⛰️ (@mrbrady72) reported from Dalham, England

Just had my first post increase bill from the shysters who are @Plusnet - bill up by £6 a month for exactly the same service. If I could leave without penalty, I would - but their disingenuous business practices won’t allow this. #robbed

@Plusnet My elderly, vulnerable parents' landline has been down for 16 days and counting... Plusnet knows they are reliant on an emergency telecare system connected to the line, yet they have delayed and put on hold the engineering work repeatedly. (Question ID 228600830)
