@Plusnet Yes I have done that many, many times. It does nothing to help.

  • louise_sarah Louise 🌈 (@louise_sarah) reported from St Albans, England

What I wouldn't give to just have *1* day without any internet problems from @Plusnet counting down the days till I can leave and go to someone with decent customer service and internet that doesn't drop every 10 minutes

  • louise_sarah Louise (@louise_sarah) reported from St Albans, England

Literally the worst internet company surely. Every day calls drop. I can never connect. And they do nothing to help. Roll on December when I can *finally* get out of this contract @Plusnet

@Plusnet And infact the last update to the router software was 14th July which is exactly around the time the issues started?!

  • bbinzzz 🆗 (@bbinzzz) reported

  • Silentjake1 Silentjake (@Silentjake1) reported

@Plusnet constant disconnects 5-6 times today at least, incredibly slow speeds when it is working, nothing seems to fix the issue as after around an hour it just goes back to flashing orange again

  • SlTstalwart Eds (@SlTstalwart) reported

@Plusnet @plusnethelp I’ve had no phone/internet since last Thursday. I’ve spent 3 hrs on the phone, assured the fault would be sorted in 48 hrs, been told someone rang me on Sat (they didn’t), been told I’d been registered as a priority welfare case; today told I wasn’t. Poor.

  • MrHadz Mr Hadz (@MrHadz) reported

@B__Rani @virginmedia I've used PlusNet many times over the years and never had a problem. Saying that, Sky and BT have also been OK if more expensive

  • kernowrach Rach Reeve (@kernowrach) reported

@sarahdal You can report spam texts by forwarding to 7726 (spells SPAM). It'll ask you what number it came from. The sender will be blocked and providers investigate when they get enough reports. I can't do this on Plusnet as they don't support texting short numbers but most providers do

  • neodragon0863 sky_dragon0863 (@neodragon0863) reported

@Plusnet you need to fix your Internet and its ****

  • 2mimik Maria (@2mimik) reported

@Plusnet Your tweets are cute but you are not getting engagement maybe because people are unhappy with the service and the high cost. But don't be put out and keep tweeting. I always read your tweets:)

  • RosalindO16 Rosalind.O (@RosalindO16) reported

@KennedyDiarmuid @Plusnet Appalling lack of service. Meanwhilw sherpas can phone home from the top of Everest.

  • beedoubleyou_ B**jamin W***iams (@beedoubleyou_) reported

@BibiLynch @Plusnet @VodafoneUK Yeah we kept blaming our poor old devices for how **** our Internet was, when it was Plusnet all along. They're just a bit **** and not worth the couple of quid a month saving.
