Surprisingly fatty on the telly doesn't tell you this crap service

We were switching to you for broadband but nothing has been installed and now our old provider has cut our contract and we have no internet.

Plusnet copes well with small buildings but EE is showing signs of cutting out whenever I walk past the router! Same £ to keep landline. Worse signal inspite of usually more expensive... Plusnet have taken a payment after my father's death and refuse to talk to me and even refuse to take a complaint without his username which I don't know. Cheaper as well. Never going back to Virgin. They’re so bad I’m moving my O2 contracts when they expire as well.
