    @plusnethelp hi there. I have just joined Plusnet. Got an email saying that my phone package is ready to use. Does that mean that I can connect my WiFi router from today. Need it asap as I need to work from home. My current supplier has switched my service off.

    @Plusnet I have no idea. Spoke to a very good sales man that told me my details were in the system and I would receive it no later than 8th December and to cancel and reissue was a wasted opportunity. But here I am still waiting

    @Plusnet @SoggyMoggyComps I am a new customer who has been with you for 2 weeks and so far am very disappointed. I’m working from home and having to use a phone hotspot. We have asked for a manager to call us back twice in the last 36 hours and still nothing. Very poor! #badcustomerservice
