    Appalling service from @Plusnet today. Tried to switch to their service but their engineer couldn’t enter the property to install the box in the correct place of our property. Now they want to charge a full cancellation fee before we’ve even started. DO NOT USE

    @plusnethelp @Plusnet Am very disappointed in the service you have given this week. I asked to upgrade to Fibre BBand almost 2 weeks ago, the line was upgraded last Weds night, however you only sent the router out that night. It still hasn’t arrived, leaving me without internet.

    Nice to know that I’m still waiting for my WiFi from @Plusnet. Was supposed to be sorted on the 19th, then 23rd now moves to 25th. Unreliable, unsatisfactory service

    @toursick @plusnethelp Resorted to dragging a 10m Ethernet cable from plusnet router to PlayStation as you can never guarantee connection/strength over WiFi. Even then streaming can be an issue. Worst I’ve ever experienced.

    1h on the phone to Plusnet trying to connect up a router I kindly got from my neighbour only to find out it’s locked and therefore can’t be used. Off for a lie down and a cry I think... 😂😂

    @Plusnet I am a recent customer, shocked to find I wasn't informed about call charges and unable to change my call plan for 10 days because my account says I can't due to a bill being prepared for the 9th march!!! Surprisingly fatty on the telly doesn't tell you this crap service

    Ended up going to buy a new Router tonight, as the @Plusnet provided one kept dropping or disconnecting the WiFi. Looking online it seems to be a common problem with them. Hopefully the new one will be much better

    it is now 16.00 on Friday & still NO landline & absolutely no information from @plusnethelp as to what is happening...been without a landline for 4 Days @Plusnet took over on 17 November & I have had a landline for 5 days of that .... please do something this is such bad service

    @jlandpcustserv I am getting really disillusioned with John Lewis and Waitrose. I have given up with their broadband and phone offering. The last straw was being charged £50 for an engineer - the engineer indicated fault was at the exchange!!!! Plusnet are awful.

    Would just like praise @TalkTalk for their online assistance and resolving our broadband issue so swiftly...very happy we have switched after a nightmare 3 yrs with @Plusnet who imo customer service & coverage was absolutely shocking!
