No WiFi/no Internet/no land line connection since Tuesday afternoon! I think it's time to terminate and find a new provider! Awful service

Thraxar (@thraxar) reported@PaulKozinski I use plusnet, it’s fine but uses BT Openreach lines so if there’s an issue it can take a bit longer to get resolved. Going to switch to Vodafone probably when renewal is up as they’ve just laid down highspeed fibre on my road.
