@icklenellierose My rental house has Plusnet and it is very unreliable, constantly dropping out for no reason. They’re not as bad as EE (in my previous rental), but still pretty poor. It could just be a case of you need a new router.

@Plusnet so much for your customer service you bang on about. Placed order for broadband on 13/10 on your advice as would be ready within 10 working days. Now you say it will be 11/11!! We need to work from home! Complaint been ignored. Utter shambles. Complaint to @Ofcom next

Hi @virginmedia, I have only been with you a few days but I notice my promised 20mbps upload speeds are actually never breaking 2 or 3 mbps. Also finding Netflix and iplayer ran better on my previous 12 year old battered plusnet set up. Not liking what I see so far, help?

Just to add: The £10.99 credit is a good will gesture. The £19.99 line rental credit made by the previous (third) agent wasn't as it was owed to me, hence the reason for my previous tweet. Hopefully, the retraining will sort out these issues. #plusnet

@plusnethelp I was a @bt_uk for 3 years, had no issues with speed. Other than a few hours outage over that period, 💯 at 70+Mbps. I switch to @Plusnet under a recommendation from a friend, a week into a new service, avg of 20Mbps and high ping for the past day or 2. Sort your 💩

@akkw1803 I used to work in a Plusnet call centre in Sheffield. Although they were a good employer I gave up trying to trust them. Always a BT network problem which Plusnet didn't sort out. I used Zen Internet in Rochdale when I worked for them.

For a month, I haven’t been able to get reliable internet at home on my: • FTTC landline (@Plusnet) • @ThreeUK 4G HomeFi (via dual WAN router) • O2 mobile • EE 2nd mobile This is just north of Slough, not back of beyond. Has to be downstream network problems doesn’t it?
