    @Plusnet hi there our internet has been dropping in and out all day and it’s making working from home extremely difficult. I’ve had to reset the modem many times and it does not help

    @Plusnet , unfortunately @WeAreOpenreach weren’t able to confirm that we have an appointment, just rather enigmatically that they’ve ‘been in contact’ with you. This contact wasn’t flagged when I was on the phone to you earlier trying to confirm appointment. Can you help?

    Nice to know that I’m still waiting for my WiFi from @Plusnet. Was supposed to be sorted on the 19th, then 23rd now moves to 25th. Unreliable, unsatisfactory service

    @plusnet I am having increasing problems watching videos. This has been going on for a while, can't even watch one on here without it stopping at least twice during a 2min video. Have tried resetting hub and clearing up phone, doesn't make any difference. Help?

    @OpenreachHelp @Plusnet It’s a business and there is apparently an issue at your end. An issue that lets plusnet arrange appointments that you guys are never going to show up to. Really shocking that it’s taken almost 2 months to get nothing.

    @plusnethelp and we have no Internet again. Anyone thinking of getting Plusnet don't . Eratic service . Blame.everyone except them selves. Admit it's their fault and the after 4 days still not fixed.

    @Plusnet - I enjoy being a customer of your's but I what don't enjoy, when I am having to account for every penny at the moment due to being in between jobs, is being presented with a Bill which is two months worth of usage. It is *so important for companies like yourself to get

    @CommsOmbudsman 3 BT Group companies (Plusnet, EE, Openreach) pass the buck—no one takes responsibility. Simple Google Maps check could have prevented the whole mess. Customer paying £63/mo out-of-contract for unreliable service, distress & risk to health (needs line for health).

    @LozzaFox We had max 12-14 mb/s from Plusnet. I was paying £44/ month inc tel line ( no mobile signal either) Starlink I get 100mb/s for £35/m and VoIP for phone £4 It’s the way to go !

    @Plusnet I have been with Plusnet 30 years of wonderful service but the thing keeping me tied to plusnet was my email address, Plusnet are withdrawing their email service, now they are providing less and putting their prices up, with nothing deterring me from moving away!

    @WeAreOpenreach please can someone help. Following a no show for an installation on Tuesday. Today’s engineer M group for OpenReach couldn’t get the full fibre running. Said that another engineer would come. No update yet and Plusnet help on phone could not give any help can you?

    @SimonHawkins @Plusnet If you login to your account it shows you bill and payments underneath it's contract details and it tells you everything. Just checked mine ( broadband) but not sure if it's the same for mobile phone contract
