Prof Neil Martin (@ThatNeilMartin) reportedHey @Plusnet, you bandits. You fail to inform me clearly that I'm out of contract, then whack my bill up by 100% while then offering me one that is 50% less. Why not offer the latter in the first place? Vile shower @Ofcom @WhichUK. Oh, and your emails are dead do-not-reply ones.

New Forest Dog 🌈 and Her Indoors (@NewForestDog) reported@Jemima114 Thanks. Yes. Plusnet come out top for customer support in my online searches. But always good to get views from actual users too!
-
Rob Dyson (@dysontour) reported@amandajp17 @Plusnet Absolutely. For a company that prides itself on customer service it's pathetic. Heaven forbid if they want to keep their landline and in a poor mobile area. It's always call them....and wait. As most of the current moves aren't at a customers behest, they should be ringing us.
