@icklenellierose My rental house has Plusnet and it is very unreliable, constantly dropping out for no reason. They’re not as bad as EE (in my previous rental), but still pretty poor. It could just be a case of you need a new router.

Also, while we're at it WHY did I have to create a second WiFi network on a SEPARATE ROUTER purely and only for APPLE DEVICES? Because they do not connect to the Plusnet Hub One hubs (I have TWO) at all. I have to use a Virgin Media Hub in "Switch" Mode to add another network.

@Plusnet Man I don't have a single clue what it is with your routers, but my networks IP addresses are so borked right now. I can list at least 5 IP addresses, that when given to any device on my network, the router will refuse to give them an internet connection.
