@plusnethelp and we have no Internet again. Anyone thinking of getting Plusnet don't . Eratic service . Blame.everyone except them selves. Admit it's their fault and the after 4 days still not fixed.

@toursick @plusnethelp Resorted to dragging a 10m Ethernet cable from plusnet router to PlayStation as you can never guarantee connection/strength over WiFi. Even then streaming can be an issue. Worst I’ve ever experienced.

@Plusnet I am a recent customer, shocked to find I wasn't informed about call charges and unable to change my call plan for 10 days because my account says I can't due to a bill being prepared for the 9th march!!! Surprisingly fatty on the telly doesn't tell you this crap service

@Gadgetoid @Plusnet Fortunately it is not my model of router but another customer's. They used to be so much better than this, including proactively getting in touch when I found a vuln in another company's router years ago when they realised theirs might have similar firmware (it did).
