    @OpenreachHelp @Plusnet It’s a business and there is apparently an issue at your end. An issue that lets plusnet arrange appointments that you guys are never going to show up to. Really shocking that it’s taken almost 2 months to get nothing.

    @plusnet I am having increasing problems watching videos. This has been going on for a while, can't even watch one on here without it stopping at least twice during a 2min video. Have tried resetting hub and clearing up phone, doesn't make any difference. Help?

    Biggest mistake is signing up with @Plusnet for broadband. Poor customer service, order delayed no explanation. May i please cancel the order with you i cant deal with this. Been on the phone for more than an hour waiting for customer service and here you hardly get a response.

    @ConstableChaos I use @Plusnet They were really good when I first had internet years ago, and now again that I need to buy utilities once more. Some of the arrangement processes appear to have become less efficient, but once the service is in, it is reliable, as fast as I can get and only £23.
