    So I joined @Plusnet @plusnethelp a couple of months ago. Now every evening this week at about 9pm, my internet becomes unstable. But try calling them "sorry we close at 8pm". Time to cancel my Direct Debit? That might get their attention! What a joke.

    @octoberclub We’re with plusnet but thinking of upgrading so good news! We have had zero problems with the regular speed broadband so far unlike TalkTalk.

    1h on the phone to Plusnet trying to connect up a router I kindly got from my neighbour only to find out it’s locked and therefore can’t be used. Off for a lie down and a cry I think... 😂😂

    @plusnethelp @Plusnet Am very disappointed in the service you have given this week. I asked to upgrade to Fibre BBand almost 2 weeks ago, the line was upgraded last Weds night, however you only sent the router out that night. It still hasn’t arrived, leaving me without internet.

    Appalling service from @Plusnet today. Tried to switch to their service but their engineer couldn’t enter the property to install the box in the correct place of our property. Now they want to charge a full cancellation fee before we’ve even started. DO NOT USE

    @Hanrahandsy Well I was trying to sign up to Plusnet and our sky broadband is just rinsing us for a crap service, for the amount we're paying we should be getting fibre broadband and have a newer router.

    Went with @sky (now broadband) cos it's cheap. Works ok, after some problems getting connected. Not as fast as @Plusnet.

    @toursick @plusnethelp Resorted to dragging a 10m Ethernet cable from plusnet router to PlayStation as you can never guarantee connection/strength over WiFi. Even then streaming can be an issue. Worst I’ve ever experienced.

    @Plusnet 7 days ago, we enabled call diversion. Not active, not working. Service unavailable. Support requested @OpenreachHelp apply settings again last Thursday 'you'll get an email'. Guess what. No email and this service is not jolly well available 4 days later.

    Anyone else having problems today with @Plusnet ? Especially in the Southampton area. My internet has been useless all day (nothing new really) and when I really needed it this evening for a Zoom catch-up it disappeared altogether. Disappointed and frustrated!!!

    @realcoolskin @Plusnet Hampshire I rang them and was on hold for about 20 mins but after I spoke to someone they passed the issue to OpenReach to get the fault sorted. I got told I would get a text when its fixed but not heard anything yet 😟

    tfw I have to upload a podcast ep for a premiere this eve and the internet decides it doesn't want to work 🙃 Shout out to @Plusnet lady for assisting me but unfortunately it's not a quick fix and it's currently still down 😢 fingers crossed I get the vid up on time 🤞😣🤞
