    Plusnet is crap. Don’t go there. Switched to them monday, no internet. Now told nothing until 28 Feb! Unbelievable. Come back Virgin Media all is forgiven

    So we’re on day 5 of no internet. Can’t watch the telly because that’s through the internet. Can’t do work because I can’t even tether from my phone the signal is that bad. And @Plusnet still INSISTS they’re actually providing us with what we’re paying them for. Abysmal.

    We tell them we want out of the contract - we were away during the 2 week grace period and have proof so let us out for free. Nope, we have to pay £140 even though they are not providing us the service we’re paying for! Brilliant, @Plusnet. Just brilliant.

    We joined @Plusnet @plusnethelp on 16 October and left the country on 18 October. Arrived back 30 October. For the next week, we dealt with terribly slow speeds but let it slide because we thought the connection was settling down.

    @Plusnet your customer service is awful. Been on hold for 1 hour 46 minutes to cancel an engineer visit. Your customer service rep hasn’t been trained in how to cancelit so has to put me through to your tech team TO CANCEL AN ENGINEER COMING. Get better.

    @Plusnet seriously the service has been awful for weeks. No internet/some internet/occasionally good internet and then nothing for days. And the fact it doesn't work between rooms in a two room flat is frankly shit. That's all.

    Why are so many ISPs scared to acknowledge faults? BT/Plusnet and openreach DSL lines as a whole seem to be down across London and only @aaisp and @zeninternet seem to have acknowledged. Plusnet/bt as of writing this say everything is fine according to status.

MSE always tells you to go to your cheapest forecourt which in principle I agree with but if I’m running low on petrol but not going past the cheapest one I’m not gonna make a special journey costing time, money (& the environment).     @PellicciN @TalkTalk @bt_uk @SkyUK @Plusnet Logged into the router tonight and it shows it’s connected at 66.4 down and 20 up which is great, speedtest app still shows +-54MB though even when I change between test servers.

    Hey broadband guys @TalkTalk @bt_uk @SkyUK @Plusnet . Help me understand this. I’ve just had TalkTalk installed and getting 54MB down and my neighbor in the same apartment block is with BT and getting 67MB. Why such a difference if we both on OpenReach infrastructure?

    @PriskMark @powerportraits @plusnethelp @Plusnet 1/2 So I have managed to get additional technical information: Report shows capacity issue on SFBB00030361 due to be resolved 13/07/2018. It is one of four vlans on this particular head-end. Unfortunately all are running hot, so there is not option at present to move the circuit.

    @sadbuttrue @aaisp They are everything they are cracked up to be. A couple of years before I joined them, when I enquired because I was having an issue with my Plusnet ADSL that PN couldn't resolve, AAISP gave me the information that led to it being sorted out.

    @EmZeroJayney @Ofcom Getting fibre still major problem made worse by seemingly separate companies like EE, Plusnet, OpenReach all being part of BT. As well as operating "competing" companies BT is near monopoly fibre provider supplying co's like SKY BT needs to be broken up but @Ofcom failed to do so
