No WiFi/no Internet/no land line connection since Tuesday afternoon! I think it's time to terminate and find a new provider! Awful service

Only the other night we were watching Happy Valley on iPlayer (TV connected to router by ethernet cable) when connection dropped at the usual time. Had to watch last 10 mins on iPlayer app via mobile data...

Plusnet texted me to say they're expecting to fix it at about 3:20pm - whether that's when they expect it to come back up or when they'll take initial stock of what the problem is and then work out what to do with it, I don't know

Kat (@mostly_sleepy) reported@pipmadeley @Plusnet Try setting all your devices to static IPs (will be in DHCP in the router settings), that solved a very similar-sounding problem my printer/laptops-talking-to-printer and FireTV had on my network.
