@plusnethelp I've just noticed I cannot connect to my WiFi on my android phone in the front room of my house today. Wasn't an issue yesterday. Only upgraded to Plusnet this year to help with home schooling and haven't received the promised speeds either. Any suggestions?

@hookandpinweb @Plusnet You can change your monthly data bundle every month up or down. Depending what data you're on now it's only like 2.50 to double it in most cases

Just spoken with them and checked a couple of different routers … both saying ‘no internet’ Openreach unaware of issues but Plusnet end & our routers aren’t the issue … so it must be an exchange problem

Damn, spend ages trying to set up a password that's short enough and insecure enough for an @virginmedia account only to get told I can't set up an account at the moment. Can we please get a useful ISP in the UK? We used to have @Plusnet but they got bought out by @bt_uk
