K Jackson (@kjackson1984) reported from Barnet, England@icklenellierose My rental house has Plusnet and it is very unreliable, constantly dropping out for no reason. They’re not as bad as EE (in my previous rental), but still pretty poor. It could just be a case of you need a new router.

Placed order for broadband on 13/10 on your advice as would be ready within 10 working days. Now you say it will be 11/11!! We need to work from home! Complaint been ignored. Utter shambles. It now says the order has been cancelled and there is a problem and I cant get through on the phone or via online chat.I was expecting a better level of customer service!
