    Plusnet is crap. Don’t go there. Switched to them monday, no internet. Now told nothing until 28 Feb! Unbelievable. Come back Virgin Media all is forgiven

    @Plusnet your customer service is awful. Been on hold for 1 hour 46 minutes to cancel an engineer visit. Your customer service rep hasn’t been trained in how to cancelit so has to put me through to your tech team TO CANCEL AN ENGINEER COMING. Get better.

    @Plusnet seriously the service has been awful for weeks. No internet/some internet/occasionally good internet and then nothing for days. And the fact it doesn't work between rooms in a two room flat is frankly shit. That's all.

    @Plusnet seem to be the most difficult network/ISP to leave! Your causing such a difficulty for my services with BT to start which in turn is causing stress at home.. Whatever the marker is on the line needs to be taken care of right away.

    Why are so many ISPs scared to acknowledge faults? BT/Plusnet and openreach DSL lines as a whole seem to be down across London and only @aaisp and @zeninternet seem to have acknowledged. Plusnet/bt as of writing this say everything is fine according to status.

    @PriskMark @powerportraits @plusnethelp @Plusnet 1/2 So I have managed to get additional technical information: Report shows capacity issue on SFBB00030361 due to be resolved 13/07/2018. It is one of four vlans on this particular head-end. Unfortunately all are running hot, so there is not option at present to move the circuit.

    @brazenprods Ours has always been super reliable (Plusnet & talk talk before were push in comparison) both mobile and broadband are solid. Could you have a problem with faulty kit or they need to boost it in your neck of the woods.

    @sokudukeh That’s rubbish 😐 back in July I had no internet for 3 weeks, was pure hell, a lorry ripped the over head cables down. I’m with plusnet, cheapest out there and they use the BT Fibre network 👍🏻

    Finally fixed all my daily @Plusnet DNS / Internet connection problems... I bought my own router which is capable of doing the job, specifying my own DNS settings etc I’ve had little issues for the month it’s been in! All @plusnethelp would say is “try it wired not wifi”. Crazy.
