Only upgraded to Plusnet this year to help with home schooling and haven't received the promised speeds either. Any suggestions?

I asked to upgrade to Fibre BBand almost 2 weeks ago, the line was upgraded last Weds night, however you only sent the router out that night. It still hasn’t arrived, leaving me without internet.

But try calling them "sorry we close at 8pm". Time to cancel my Direct Debit? That might get their attention! What a joke.

We have been given no information about what has caused the problem or when or even IF we will ever have a working email again.
