But try calling them "sorry we close at 8pm". Time to cancel my Direct Debit? That might get their attention! What a joke.

So it doesn't matter if it's Sky, EE, PlusNet. As someone suggested I would use BT they can sort out issues quicker being in touch with OpenReach on a regular basis.
