But try calling them "sorry we close at 8pm". Time to cancel my Direct Debit? That might get their attention! What a joke.

I asked to upgrade to Fibre BBand almost 2 weeks ago, the line was upgraded last Weds night, however you only sent the router out that night. It still hasn’t arrived, leaving me without internet.

Tried to report via EE Fault reporting tool but it won’t accept it as my number is not showing as an EE number. Call quality and signal is still hopeless, even outside in farm shop car park.

Plusnet was cut off today and BT isn't live until mid-August. They've moved back to Plusnet, but it's ~10 days to reactivate. Can you help please?
